Al Jumeriah Hotel Apartments. Doha, Qatar
A beautiful chandelier welcomes guests to the Jumeirah Hotel Apartment. Around it from a ring profiled steel, like a precious flower petals, start ceilings that lead the visitor to the reception and bar. The gypsum boards are embellished with tiny lights that refer to a starry sky as to chandelier material. The new design project, replacing the previous plasterboard and taking advantage of the same height, comes out of the full height glass reception to insert in the nearby gym, creating a continuum homogeneous between inside and outside, the main building, the ramp that leads to the garages and the near volume with solution of continuity. The design of the mezzanine of Jumeirah Hotel Apartment born from 'need to provide the structure of a fully equipped gym for about 25-30 people, table tennis and pool table, a sitting room with cafeteria, and a dedicated space for children to play. It was decided to create two distinct spaces accessible from two different inputs: going from the lift right leads to the gym and to the table tannos and biliard room; left to the space designated to relax with the new sitting room and cafeteria, television, and about 16 sofas and armchairs, directly connected with the kids playground. This allows users of the hotel to avail two areas dedicated to their favorite activities without disturbing each other. The bathrooms are accessible from all circles find place in a central position in a strategic space and easy to drainage.
The layout has been developed providing different areas of limited size, connected by paths that allow a different use of space and equipment, depending on your fitness level and your own preferences. Rather than have the tools into one undifferentiated environment, it was decided to divide them into environments of smaller, diversified by type of training or part of the body trainable. The spatial subdivision has been highlighted by colors, graphics and aerial environments, which make it immediately recognizable areas, facilitating users in their course of training. Each area involves the insertion of stickers in theme with the work done, as the multiple function of the sense of belonging 'user who is carrying out the activity, visual filter and recognizing from outside. Jumeirah Hotel Apartment will be in this unique and visible in Doha. Limited space, partly enclosed by visual separation also allows to train in an atmosphere more relaxed and with a small group of people who share the same kind of workout. This condition promotes a higher quality level of socialization and multiple interactions. The new sitting room is in direct contact with the bar provided on the opposite side of the facility, through a gallery in which space is found for two other toilets By distributing the functions in this way, parents can bring their children to play and watch them relaxing in the sitting room at the same time. In the window outside of the kids playground will be placed a sticker dedicated, as done for the gym, to emphasize and accentuate both internally and externally its function.

Private Villa. Gabicce, Italy
International style villa designed following the bioarchitecture principle. The design is measured by the rotation of the sun and the bio climate, such as to make the building energy self-sufficient. It is divided into three levels: the welfare plan, in the basement, the living area at the ground floor, and the sleeping area on the top. It has two swimming pools, one indoor and the other directly in the garden. Light is the key to the property, and the sun illuminates the different environments compared to its destination.

Private Villa. Rimini, Italy
The intervention falls within the Municipality of Morciano di R. (RN) in an area destined to a progressive predominantly residential urbanization, with related activities, identified as urban mending with the city center, part of a new Masterplan and e General Urban Plan to a residential area on the hill with a panoramic view of the Riviera Adriatica Coast. The intention was to build with particular attention to the constructive elements, decorative, finishes and colors, given the particular characteristics of the housing development, aimed at respecting the surrounding area, so as to create the least possible impact on nature.
It represents, with its design, a good example of sustainable building, developing the shapes and volumes typical of rural estates of early Twentieth century of the region, re-enterpreting them in a contemporary style. The building organization is arranged along an EastWest orientation axis with the day spaces oriented to the south. The geometry of the structure is irregular, with an H shape, and can be inscribed in a rectangle with dimensions equal to 18x16m. The building intervention consists of a basement used as a garage, laundry and service room. A ground floor with entrance hall, living room, kitchen, utility room, 3 bathrooms and 3 masterbedrooms. The first floor is accessable from the open staircases, consisting of a living space that overlooks the living room below, an accessory room used as a storage area - kids playground room , a technical service wall/wardrobe and an additional bathroom and a big terrace, two livable attics complete the building.

Lounge SPA My Dominus Suite Franchise. Italy
The heart of the project is the Relax Area, conceived as a large agora around which all the other elements rotate. A dry heat sauna, a steamed steam bath, two emotional showers - as well as a comfortable relaxation area with a striking Bar Bar. A hydromassage tub, designed to be a real play tub, equipped with a whirlpool bench, massage barrels with nozzles at different heights, water blades and blowers. The Corian pool curb used as a seat for its entire length up to the Bar Bench which can also be used comfortably from the large tub. The Wellness Center is completed by a space dedicated to beauty treatments, the Vanity area.
The Spa is a place where to experience complete physical and mental well-being, in the name of comfort and privacy, elegance and a multi-sensory aesthetic impact, operational and managerial efficiency. The chalky surfaces of the bathroom linings, characterized by a soft and natural hand polish, delineate the personality of wellness environments, interpreting wellness in a modern way. Thanks to the Wave relief finish, a whole wall turns into a continuum of waves, combining with all the shades of the coating. The Wellness Center, recognizable by the elements and finishes, as well as by the recurring details, manages to elastically adapt to the different types of spaces.
