INTRODUCTION
The trolley has 3 main functions
1. load/unload from co ee vans,
2. step-up/step-down from obstacles,
3. Go up/down stairs
Safety is the main priority in the production of this trolley. With various safety mechanisms in place, the trolley, if operated correctly, will carry your co ee equipment safely in and out of most buildings and vehicles
This instruction manual will highlight all the operating procedures in order to get you going, all further training is provided by the reseller.
Make sure you practice and familiarise yourself with the trolley before strapping up your co ee equipment. Test the trolley without any weight, once you feel comfortable test with 20kg of weight strapped on, before you move into strapping up your co ee machine
You should not for any reason use this trolley unless fully trained on the functionality and risks. We recommend to only use this trolley for its designed purpose as it is outlined in this manual. Any other use of the trolley not outlined in this manual becomes the sole responsibility of the user/ owner.
REQUIREMENTS
Most co ee equipment can reach weights up to 120kg, we urge the user to be physically able to grasp and move the trolley around without di culty.
Users with previous back problems are encouraged to not operate the trolley, as well as children, pregnant and elderly persons.
For any use of going up and down stairs, we encourage two people operating the trolley at all times if heavy lifting is involved.

UNDERSTANDING THE FOLDING MECHANISMS
There are two folding latches/handles that allow each of the wheel-ends to fold. The frontside latch allows the trolley to be folded in and out of a co ee van. The backside latch allows for the user to operate the trolley up and down curbs and stairs.
Understanding which folding latch system is to be used and when, is crucial for the safe transportation of the co ee equipment and the overall safety of the user The following instructions will outline when each system is to be used.
AT A POSITION, THE ONLY TIME IT SHOULD BE UNLOCKED IS WHEN LOADING INTO A COFFEE VAN.
FRONT
WARNING!
DON'T BE A HERO, ALWAYS KEEP YOUR LOAD STRAPPED.
Now that the co ee equipment is strapped, it is ready to be loaded into the co ee van.
When loading into a co ee van, you will be holding the trolley from the frontside end, allowing the backside wheels (closest to the trolley’s handles) to be placed safely onto the vans ooring.
Once the backside wheels are rested on the van, the safety lock can be moved to its ‘UNLOCK’ position. With the trolley in ‘UNLOCK’ position, you can grab the trolley from the frontside end and begin to push into the van. At the same time one pushes into the van, one will activate the frontside latch allowing the backside end to collapse into the van and fold.
TIP:
In order for smooth folding you can hold the latch with one hand and the frame with the other, allowing the mechanism to be folded while being pushed into the van
For unloading the trolley one will be repeating most of the same steps, but backwards. We begin by pulling the trolley outwards from the frontside end. Pulling the trolley from the frontside end will allow the frontside wheel system to be automatically folded down to the oor, once the bigger wheels touch the oor and the locking system is aligned, we can place the trolley into ‘LOCK’ position
With the frontside wheels on the oor we can grab the backside handles which will be still inside the van and pull the trolley out with a bit of upwards pressure to ensure backside wheels spring back into place. This motion will lock the backside wheel system in place and make the trolley ready to be rolled out.
Do not use trolley in UNLOCK position for any reason apart from loading/unloading. Severe injury and damage can occur if operated without training.
LOADING/ UNLOADING
WARNING!
ALWAYS PLACE ITEMS TOWARDS THE BACK END OF THE TROLLEY.
UNDERSTANDING CENTER OF GRAVITY IS AN ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILL!

GETTING OVER OBSTACLES
Some obstacles that the user will encounter will be curbs on the side of the road. In order to safely move the co ee equipment up or down these obstacles, please follow these operating instructions.
TIP:
When going up a curb, the trolley should be held from the backside, with the safety in ‘LOCK’ position.
Holding the trolley from the backside the user will now face the obstacle with their back to it. While holding the backside handles one can now reach and operate the latch which will fold the wheels closest to your feet, this will ensure the trolley to be easily rolled up the curb.
Keep in mind once the the folding latch system is activated there will be more weight distributed to the side of the user, be prepared to grasp the trolley rmly in order to be rolled up the obstacle.
If the backside folding mechanism keeps locking/springing back into place, the user can use their foot to give it a slight push in order to maintain the trolley folded and be pulled up the step or curb. In some cases the trolley will have to be lowered from the backside end in order for the folding mechanism to rest on the obstacle and allow for the user to pull the trolley onto the obstacle easily.
GETTING DOWN OBSTACLES
Going down the step or obstacle will be the same procedure but backwards. One begins by holding the trolley from the backside With the trolley in ‘LOCK’ position one can activate the backside latch and allow the back wheels to fold. Keep in mind more weight will be distributed to the user’s side
With the help of the back wheels folded on the oor, one can push the trolley down the step. Once the front wheels are down the step we can push forward with momentum allowing the backside system to be folded back into place.
CLIMBING STAIRS
Following the same steps above one can climb up/down stairs. We encourage two people to operate the trolley when climbing stairs. Make sure the system is always in ‘LOCK’ position when going up or down stairs. Take your time in this procedure and always use your legs for lifting in order to avoid physical strains.
