THE DOLOMITES. THE PALE MOUNTAINS TAKE ON A PINK HUE.
Superlatives are a must when talking about the ‘king’ of skiing carousels: imposing, sleek, powerful, majestic. Looking at these beautiful mountains, one would never think of adjectives such as demure or restrained. Not even one’s emotions can be held back, for here everything, even one’s feelings, are amplified, charged with energy and transformed into something only your senses can grasp. That’s why the Dolomites have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. That’s why these unbridled emotions are let loose on the slopes of Dolomiti Superski: scintillating ups and downs of pure delight which you’ve never experienced before. Take the ‘enrosadira’, for example. Loosely translated from the Ladin, this means ‘turning pink’. True to its name, on a
clear night, just as the sun is about the set, the Dolomites take on a light pink hue. Red at night, skier’s delight for days filled with excitement, pale mountains during the day, to accompany you on your downhill slopes, from long to short, adventurous to sweet. A harmonious carousel with 12 skiing areas and stateof-the-art lift facilities with a good 1,200 km of daily groomed slopes, and sunny slopes you just can’t wait to get your skis gliding over. You’ll be spoilt for choice, as there’s a slope for everyone: from the easiest one, for beginners following by ski instructors, to places of daring you’d never thought of going before. Simply amazing.
It’s hard to picture that among these surprisingly beautiful mountains and valleys, surrounded by a peaceful environment, many of the major battles of World War I took place. No other place is like Dolomiti Superski, because nowhere else strikes such a perfect balance between thrilling slaloms, following the footsteps of world cup champions on the Gran Risa, Saslong or on the Olimpia delle Tofane, and the sudden sense of peace that will embrace you when you stop to listen to the orchestra of voices from a nearby forest covered in snow. Regardless of the reason you’re here, if you’re looking for a thrill or the bliss of silence from the mountains, your heart will sing out loud in joy!

KRONPLATZ PLAN DE CORONES
EXPERIENCE THE ADVENTURE A sun–kissed day is all you need to discover the beauty of this mountain: strong and comforting at the same time, powerful yet sweet. Open your eyes to the white spectacle stretching out in front of you: a pleasant slope unfurling at your feet, reminding you of the white topped peak of a Christmas pudding. There, in the distance, you’ll see Kronplatz– Plan de Corones. 2,275 metres altitude with a 360° view all over the valley. Once on the peak, just look around to see the real beauty, the silence of these open valleys and long slopes. Legend has it that Princess Dolasilla was crowned in this exact spot. The most thrilling and demanding slopes give way to the easier ones. Renowned names, such as Sylvester, Hernegg, Olang and Erta rush by you and split into so many different slopes: 5 slopes for 5 different towns, where the oldest Ladin traditions were born. From Concordia bell at the top of the mountain, you can reach Riscone (Brunico), San Vigilio di Marebbe, Valdaora, Piculin and Perca. The “Piculin” cable car and the shuttle services allow you to reach the other 130 km of superb slopes in Alta Badia. The completion of the Versciaco train station acts as a link between the Val Pusteria “Kronplatz–Plan de Corones”and the “Three Peaks Dolomites” ski carousels, making an incredibly beautiful single ski carousel.

ALTA BADIA
THE PASSION FOR TRADITION MEETS INCREDIBLE PEAKS: AN ALL–ROUND, PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE Corvara, Colfosco, La Villa, San Cassiano, Badia and La Val: five names which are automatically associated with an outstanding winter season. In Alta Badia everything is organised to the last detail, giving you the holiday of a lifetime. Sport here is a pure thrill but also leads to relaxation and wellbeing. Tradition opens the door to our modern times, with elegant and luxurious mountain huts and the most exclusive furnishing mixing with Ladin traditions. Dine in 3 Michelin starred restaurants, able to reinterpret an ancient cuisine and give it long-lasting veneer. Skiing is “Sciare con Gusto”, celebrating the marriage between sport and haute cuisine. On the Gran Risa, the World Cup race takes place: but you can also find pockets of peace and wellbeing, gaining access to the Sellaronda and its 500 km of connected slopes nearby. You will be taken in by the beauty of these imposing peaks, from the Santa Croce massif, the La Varella– Conturines–Lagazuoi chain, Settsass, the Sella Group, the Cir chain, the Ciampac, Sassongher and Gardenaccia. These are the mountains home to fairies and groundhogs, the inhabitants of the Fanes legends.

VAL GARDENA ALPE DI SIUSI
NATURE IN ALL ITS GLORY The cradle of all winter sports, slopes which you can only dream of stretching out into infinity for moments of pure sport. Val Gardena has always been connected to skiing: not only for the beautiful Saslong and the extra hard Ciampinoi, but also for the perfect facilities and the warm welcome extended by locals. The largest plateau in Europe, Alpe di Siusi, is a haven for beauty and peace, with a vast network of slopes, gently unfurling in the distance: a perfect treat for families and kids. The two carousels make up for a breathtaking scenery, a perfect marriage between nature and services which only increases the beauty of the Dolomites. From the famous villages of Ortisei, S. Cristina, Selva, Siusi and Castelrotto, make your way to the imposing massifs of the Sassolungo, Odle, Cir and the Sella Group. Twice the fun: the Sellaronda slopes and the 500 km of connected slopes. The Sciliar, home to King Laurin and his legendary rose garden, become unforgettable when taking the Spitzbühl chair lift, its cliffs rising perpendicular to you, scraping the sky.

VAL DI FASSA CAREZZA
DOLOMITES
AN ENCHANTED WORLD, A FAIRY TALE WINTER The ancient villages of Vigo, Pozza, Campitello and the frescoes on the houses of Canazei welcome you to the Val di Fassa/Carezza skiing carousel, which stretches out until Eggental and to the Carezza Lake. In the old days, a wood nymph used to hide here; this is where you can find the end of the rainbow, which broke into a thousand pieces, falling into the small lake and colouring it with manifold hues, making it a rarity for your eyes to behold. The legend also chronicles the magic of the imposing Latemar massif, which uses the lake as a mirror. A paradise for families, kids and skiers looking for flat and soft slopes. “Between sky, snow and peaks” you can embark on a panoramic tour starting from the Catinaccio and Buffaure, passing by Ciampac until the Belvedere Passo Pordoi. Three beautiful skiing areas which are waiting just for you. And, as though that weren’t enough, the Col Rodella is the door to the legendary Sellaronda tour and to the 500 km of connected slopes nearby.

ARABBA MARMOLADA
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN, MARMOLADA, WELCOMES YOU TO HER KINGDOM OF UNTOLD BEAUTY The cable car ride itself is simply breathtaking and slows down your thoughts, leaving everyone speechless. We can but bow to her Majesty the Marmolada, Queen of the Dolomites with its 3,342 m , the highest peak of the Dolomiti Superski, as well as the most imposing glacier in northern Italy. It was witness to the WWI fights and, today, this ancient border is an outdoor museum and awaits for the arrival of winter sport enthusiasts. From the 3,265 m high panorama terrace of Punta Rocca you can see all the mountains which surround it, from the Sella Group, to Tofane, Pelmo, Civetta until the Pale di San Martino. And from its top you can face the 12 downhill km red slope called “Bellunese”. You can take your physical prowess to the next level and ski uninterrupted or stopping from time to time and observe nature untouched in this carousel dedicated to the lovers of altitude and mountain silences. The other side is just as beautiful, with the Padon and Porta Vescovo, the most loved by expert skiers. Passing through the village of Arabba, type locality of the Dolomites, you can quickly reach the soft sides of the Burz and Cherz. These, together with the facilities taking you to the Pordoi, lead directly to the Sellaronda circuit and the 500 km of slopes of the areas nearby.

THREE PEAKS DOLOMITES
THERE’S A NEW KID ON THE BLOCK WHEN IT COMES TO SKIING TOURS: THREE PEAKS DOLOMITES Who doesn’t dream of going on a skiing tour and immersing oneself in a sea of peaks? We’re talking about the Sextner Dolomiten with its world-famous Three Peaks of Lavaredo. Now this unique ski trip experience in Alta Pusteria, which goes by the new name “Three Peaks Dolomites”, is presented as the aspiring alpine destination of Sexten (Sesto), Innichen (San Candido), Toblach (Dobbiaco), Niederdorf (Villabassa) and Prags (Braies). The ski resort, with 93 km of slopes and 32 lift facilities, makes for the best slope quality in all of Italy (2015/16 Test Winner for ski area test), won the “Insider tip” category and due to the successful Helm-Rotwand is also “Newcomer of the Year”. For ambitious skiers and demanding pleasure-seeking holidaymakers, the Three Peaks Dolomites region boasts an unrivalled natural and mountain atmosphere. Nowhere are the jagged peaks of the “Pale Mountains” displayed more prominently – blending in with the originality of its inhabitants and its enchanting character. In addition, the region has more to offer: 5 linked ski mountains between South Tyrol and the Italian Veneto, the new rail connection to Kronplatz every half hour, a total of 200 km of slope and proximity to Cortina d’Ampezzo, the host of the 2021 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships, only 30 km away. Highlights include the new Helm-Rotwand ski link, the only reindeer herd in the Alps, the “Holzriese”, Italy’s steepest t t slope, l th the giant i t snowmen, th the “Gi “Giro d delle ll Ci Cime”” and d th the A Audi di FIS C Cross-Country C t Skii Skiing W World ld C Cup at the Three Peaks.

VAL DI FIEMME OBEREGGEN
PERFECT HARMONY BETWEEN SPORT, NATURE AND TRADITION. Sunshine, snow, jazz and relax. Give the Obereggen snowpark a try, or a Dolomite slope at the Latemar Ski Centre, or a sunset ride on a slope at Bellamonte, a night ski on the Cermis mountain. Under the March sun, the New Orleans jazz wafts its way across white scenes in the ‘Dolomiti Ski Jazz’. After all, the slopes snake their way across thickets of trees which are veritable musical forests: the ‘violin forests’ aren’t called that way for nothing. Ski across the carousel of the Ski Center Latemar, 46 km between Pampeago, Predazzo and Obereggen, and in the ski area Bellamonte–Alpe Lusia, coasting the Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Nature Park. You can ski on the Rolle Pass, looking up towards the Pale di San Martino. From the Alpe Cermis, beyond the long Olimpia slopes (7.5 km) you can enjoy one of the most beautiful Dolomite panoramas. Other scenarios on the legendary mountains include the Passo di Lavazè-Oclini, where alpine skiing meets cross-country skiing. Small guests can have fun in the ski-kindergarten! The ‘0 km’ restaurants belonging to the ‘Tradition and Taste’ club unite the secrets of the most refined Italian cuisine to genuine mountain tastes and dishes. Even the slightly less refined menus are a constant surprise in other huts, which you can also enjoy at dinner, after a moonlight snow walk.

SAN MARTINO DI CASTROZZA ROLLE PASS
WHERE NATURE SHINES AND SNOW FUN IS ABSOLUTE BLISS In the peaceful silence of the Paneveggio–Pale di San Martino Nature Park lies a veritable natural treasure trove with forests, mountain lakes and Dolomite peaks: it’s the San Martino di Castrozza and Rolle Pass ski carousel. Beauty is a thing of wonder at every hour of the day here with a dazzling display of colours. A natural setting which makes this area the pearl of Trentino. The Pale di San Martino and the Lagorai range surround the mountains which pepper the landscape and the most famous of the summits, such as the Sass Maor, make for a real fairytale scene. From Paneveggio you head up to Passo Rolle where you have the steep and imposing Paradiso slope, or the gentler slopes of the Castellazzo, in front of the Cimon della Pala, and which are sure to gift you unforgettable days. In San Martino di Castrozza you have slopes for all levels winding down from the sun-kissed Alpe Tognola; it also connects to the Ces area, where nature abounds and in the characteristic mountain homesteads you can taste local dishes such as the “Tosela” cheese. The Col Verde facilities will attract families and the ‘daredevil riders’ who want to challenge themselves on the jumps and acrobatic features at the Snowpark Colverde - open also in the evening. And for the smaller ones a lot of fun is to be had at the Prà delle Nasse and Passo Cereda ski schools. VEZZANA 3192 m

VALLE ISARCO
AN ENCHANTING HOLIDAY IN BRESSANONE Just a stone’s throw away from Bressanone, medieval city of culture and conferences, you can find the Plose and Gitschberg/Jochtal skiing carousel, two jewels set on the southern side of the Valle Isarco, encompassing a good 100 km of slopes. Rio Pusteria, Maranza, Valles and all the other villages of the valley are the perfect frame for this mountain area which, from above, offers one of the best panoramic views in South Tyrol. Two panoramic platforms offer a beautiful view over 500 mountain peaks, amongst which the splendid Dolomites. From the Plose you can see the Odle and the Sasso Putia in the Puez–Odle Nature Park. A balm for body and soul which will renew your energies, ready to face the slopes of the area, particularly ideal for carving. The Trametsch is especially well known: the longest downhill valley slope in South Tyrol with 9 km length and 1,400 m elevation gain. Just like the RudiRun sledge slope with its 9 km making it one of the longest in the region. And if you don’t want to go downhill, but fly? Then go to the Valles Snowpark or the Plose Funpark, 2 km of jumps, kick, box and rails. And don’t forget to pass by the traditional huts for some mouth-watering dishes.

ALPE LUSIA SAN PELLEGRINO
AN ADVENTURE FOR YOUNG FAMILIES The energy of the sun and the perfectly snow-covered slopes emanate an irresistible call to come to Moena, Falcade and San Pellegrino Pass. Three youthful and welcoming locations that, together, bring to life a modern skiing reality where the ski pleasure has no boundaries and the mountain offers itself up in its thousands of facets like a winter fairy tale that never ceases to astonish. Sport and relaxation among traditional barns and splendid scenery. Here you can have fun on 100 km of slopes, 3 adrenaline fuelled snow parks and an exclusive slope dedicated to freeriding. For the children there are playgrounds on the snow, training slopes with only slight inclines, simple timed trails and boardercross, as well as specialized multilingual ski instructors and numerous events. On the Veneto side, the FalcadeLe Buse gondola lift will take you to the top, whereas the Ronchi-Valbona-Le Cune di Moena gondola lift arrives at the top of the beautiful Alpe Lusia slopes. The wide slopes reached by the Costabella chairlift go very well with the more exciting trails that descend to San Pellegrino Pass from Cima Uomo and from the 2,500 metres of Col Margherita, including the new La Volata slope, a hair-raising black run for true experts, 2,350 metres of pure adrenaline with a 600-metre difference in altitude and walls that reach a maximum gradient of 56.80%.

CIVETTA
TIMELESS BEAUTY The largest skiing carousel in Veneto waits for you in all its elegance. The Doges from Venice already knew these areas, famous for its artisans but also for its unspoiled nature, for its timeless charm which captivated the first ever tourists and which still does today, strolling by Alleghe, Selva di Cadore, Zoldo and Palafavera. The two giants of the region, Monte Pelmo and Monte Civetta are the guardians of beautiful slopes: perfect for all levels, a breathtaking scenic backdrop at your feet. The Pelmo, also known as ‘The Throne of God’, rises in all of its magnificence to 3,168 metres, offering divine views regardless of your position, but a particularly stunning view can be seen when taking the cable car of Palafavera and going down the red slope “Duell”. 80 km of slopes meet the needs of every skier. Not enough? The WWI Tour is a beautiful historic skiing tour around the mountain of the Col di Lana. A carousel which passes by Civetta, Pelmo, Nuvolau–Averau, Cinque Torri, Tofane, Lagazuoi, Cime di Fanes, Conturines, Sasso della Croce, Settsass, Sassongher, Sella Group and the Marmolada.

BALANCE EQUALS HEALTH. HEALTH EQUALS BEAUTY. Dolomiti Superski makes quite a first (and lasting) impression on connoisseurs and initiates alike, showing off its sheer strength and balanced nature. The Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, strikes a chord in whoever wants to find peace of mind and recharge their batteries. In fact, when speaking of ‘regeneration’, we’re talking about a lot more, thanks to spacious wellbeing and chill-out areas of high level which many hotels, from 3 stars and up, offer. The latest sports, beauty and regeneration treatments, beauty alpine treatments, are used in conjunction with local cosmetic and regional products based on centuries of healing plant traditions and recipes. For example, the famous hay baths which favour blood circulation, stimulate metabolism and create a mental positive approach to all the activities you carry out. A perfect and unique solution which will transform every holiday, from the shortest to the longest, in an outstanding break improving your beauty and wellbeing.
WHAT A TASTY HOLIDAY! Dolomiti Superski bursts with flavour! Think we’re exaggerating? Let us set the record straight: there are a good 13 Michelin restaurants in the mountains of Veneto and South Tyrol; more than 400 huts which, every day, serve local recipes at high altitude. Five different culinary traditions which, when they meet, make your holiday into something which has to be shared and shared again. Dishes from the Ladin, Tyrolean, Veneto, Trentino and Mediterranean tradition will surprise you with their homey and bold flavours, giving you that extra bit of energy (and calories) that can be burned on 1,200 km of slopes.
