Day 1 MOL started by a prayer through a video presentation by Balayan East and West, roll call of participants wherein each district sung their municipal hymn facilitated by Calaca, dance energizer with the song “Girl in the Mirror” in which participants showed their grooves and upbeat moves initiated by Calatagan and insights rendered by chosen participants from Lemery.
