Day 1 MOL started by a prayer through a video presentation by Balayan East and West, roll call of participants wherein each district sung their municipal hymn facilitated by Calaca, dance energizer with the song “Girl in the Mirror” in which participants showed their grooves and upbeat moves initiated by Calatagan and insights rendered by chosen participants from Lemery. Meanwhile, day 2 MOL was managed by the remaining districts. Nasugbu East district headed the prayer through a group song, roll call from Nasugbu West, energizer from Taal and insights from Tuy. Finally, during the closing program Mrs. Eduarda U. Alon challenge each and every one to be part of the change in the system and be more cooperative and responsible. The program ended in the distribution of certificates of participation led by districts under Area 2.
