Cork county & city called on to support the Team Hope Christmas Shoebox Appeal Team Hope is calling on schools, families, parishes, communities and businesses across Cork county and city to help turn just another day in a child’s life into something special by participating in the 2012 Team Hope Christmas Shoebox Appeal. Team Hope is aiming to deliver 195,000 shoeboxes from the island of Ireland into the hands of needy children in Africa, the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, whose families typically live on less than €1 per day. For many, it is the only Christmas present they will receive. The closing date for receipt of Shoeboxes is 12th November. Niall Barry, Team Hope Executive Director, explains how easy it is to help: “Simply root out a spare shoebox, wrap with Christmas paper and fill with gifts for a child to write (items for
school), wash (small hygiene items), wear (small clothing items) or wow (a treat) and attach €4 to cover transport costs. Close the box with an elastic band but don’t seal it with tape as each box is carefully checked for customs and safety requirements by Team Hope staff and volunteers.” In the receiving country the Team Hope network of partners deliver the shoebox gift right into a child’s hands – in hospitals, schools, shelters, churches, orphanages, community centres or family homes.
• Fundraiser at Marks & Spenser Douglas for the Marie Keating foundation Aine Downey, Sean Cummins, Dave Cunningham, Michelle Long.
Schools, communities and organisations who wish to organize shoeboxes for the appeal should visit www.teamhope.ie or ring 01 294 0222. Follow Team Hope on Facebook www.facebook.com/ team.hope.ireland and Twitter @ TeamHopeIreland

Poetry Corner with Ronnie McGinn
It’s very flattering to learn that this column which also appears in the Irish Examiner USA has over a hundred thousand readers in the United States that of course explains why we regularly feature American poets. It bears no reflection on our local poets; actually its popularity in the United States is due entirely to the popularity of our local poets amongst the Irish Americans. But occasionally we like to return the compliment. Our poem this week comes from Hortense Roses of Bayside New York. There is a mysterious aura about this poem and yet it has a natural flow that in our minds eye, relates to a real or imaginary experience, that we are all familiar with. Poetry which has no surprise cannot attract our attention and Hortense has found a way to keep us focused with a fairytale theme that carries a lovely sublimal message.
Forces of Poetry On the rivers of my mind once upon a time it was a castle where a prince wished to spend Spring. Love was passing by And I loved him. By a mystery of loving glory, he cared too. Feelings bloomed to the ends of time with intensity to eternity, and……. Not even death Could us apart, One of the forces Of poetry! Hortense Roses Send your poem to ‘The Poetry Corner’ / Douglas Post, Unit 29 C, St Patrick’s Mills, Douglas or you can email it direct to ronniemcginn@ eircom.net. If possible keep your poem to 20 lines. You may choose any subject you like, in any form you like as long as it’s original. We look forward to hearing from you. RonnieMcGinn

Parkinson’s disease Parkinson’s disease develops gradually, often starting with a barely noticeable tremor in just one hand. But while tremor may be the most well-known sign of Parkinson’s disease, the disorder also commonly causes a slowing or freezing of movement. Friends and family may notice that your face shows little or no expression and your arms don’t swing when you walk. Speech often becomes soft and mumbling. Parkinson’s symptoms tend to worsen as the disease progresses.
Causes Many symptoms of Parkinson’s disease result from the lack of a chemical messenger, called dopamine, in the brain. This occurs when the specific brain cells that produce dopamine die or become impaired. But researchers still aren’t certain about what sets this chain of events

in motion. Some theorize that genetic mutations or environmental toxins may play a role in Parkinson’s disease.
Tests and diagnosis No definitive tests exist for Parkinson’s disease, so it can be difficult to diagnose, especially in the early stages. And parkinsonism — the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease — can be caused by many other types of problems. A diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease is based on your medical history and a neurological examination. As part of your medical history, your doctor will want to know about any medications you take and whether you have a family history of Parkinson’s. The neurological examination includes an evaluation of your walking and coordination, as well as some simple hand tasks. Your initial response to Parkinson’s treatment can be dramatic. Over Diabetes, what do I do now?
time, however, the benefits of drugs frequently diminish or become less consistent, although symptoms can usually still be fairly well controlled. Your doctor may recommend lifestyle changes, such as physical therapy, a healthy diet and exercise, in addition to medications. In some cases, surgery may be helpful.
Lifestyle and home remedies If you’ve received a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, you’ll need to work closely with your doctor to find a treatment plan that offers you the greatest relief from symptoms with the fewest side effects. Certain lifestyle changes also may help make living with Parkinson’s disease easier. Healthy eating: Eat a nutritionally balanced diet that contains plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. These foods are high in fiber, which is important for helping prevent the constipation that is common in Parkinson’s disease. Walking with care: Parkinson’s disease can disturb your sense of balance, making it
We can help you with any health
difficult to walk with a normal gait. Avoiding falls: In the later stages of the disease, you may fall more easily. That’s because Parkinson’s disease affects the balance and coordination centers in the brain. Dressing: Dressing can be the most frustrating of all activities for someone with Parkinson’s disease. The loss of finemotor control makes it hard to button and zip clothes, and even to step into a pair of pants. An occupational therapist can point out techniques that make daily activities easier.
Alternative medicine Coenzyme Q10: People with Parkinson’s disease tend to have low levels of coenzyme Q10, and some research has suggested it may be beneficial. Massage, Tai chi and yoga can all reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation, improve flexibility and balance.. If you would like further information, call Garvan at Lynch’s Pharmacy on 4366923.

Know Your Rights Registering to vote Question: Last month, I returned to live in Ireland after living abroad for some years. How do I find out whether I am still registered to vote?
Answer: In order to vote in an election or referendum you must be registered to vote, that is, you must be listed on the Register of Electors held by the local authority where you live. You can check if you are listed on the Register of Electors at checktheregister. ie. You can also inspect the Register in local authority offices, post offices, Garda stations and public libraries. A new draft Register is compiled each year and is published on 1 November. If you are not on the Register and you wish to be included on it you must fill in form RFA. If you need to correct or change your entry in the draft Register you must fill in form RFA1. You can do this up to 25 November each year. The updated Register is published in February each year. If your name is not on the Register of Electors in February, you may still make an application to be included in a supplement to the Register on form RFA2. You can make
this application at any time, but in order to be included in the supplement used at an election, your application must be received by your local authority at least 15 days before polling day. (Sundays, public holidays and Good Friday are not counted as days for this purpose.) If you are on the Register but your address has changed, you can apply for inclusion on the supplement as a result of changing address on form RFA3. This will also remove you from the register for your previous address. You can download the forms from checktheregister.ie or get them from your local post office or public library. The forms are also available from your local authority and this is where completed forms should be returned to. Know Your Rights has been compiled by Blackrock Citizens Information Service which provides a free and confidential service to the public Tel:0761 076930 Address: Convent Road,Blackrock, Cork Information is also available online at citizensinformation.ie and from the Citizens Information Phone Service, 0761 07 4000.

Cllr Kieran McCarthy
Ballinlough Burglaries At a recent Douglas Partnership Forum meeting (or Community Policing Forum), a number of issues were raised with recent burglaries and antisocial behaviour in the Ballinlough area. Sergeant Ronan Kenneally outlined the following: (1) There is a need for extra vigilance in our communities at the moment. On the point of burglaries, Ballinlough, as well as surrounding areas, has been targeted by criminals from outside Cork. In recent weeks at least three vans have been seized, which were operated by bogus callers, who aimed to deceive the general public through providing an odd jobs service (cleaning of gutters etc). (2) The Gardaí continue to monitor anti-social behaviour in the green area parks in Ballinlough and the Japanese Gardens and these remain as hotspots for supervision. (3) The high level of law abiding off-licences in the area not selling drink to underage young people is quite positive. However, there are over 18’s buying drink and selling the drink onto minors in the suburbs’ parks. If anyone witnesses people involved in this, take the car registration and report it to Douglas Garda Station, 0214857670. (4) The Sergeant has expressed the view that if you have an alarm, put it on plus look out for neighbours and your local community. A special Crime Prevention meeting has been organised in Ballinlough Community Centre on Wednesday 24 October at 7.30p.m, where the focus is on crime prevention especially for older people. (5) If you are elderly in particular, do not answer the door to people you don’t know and ask for identification through the letter box. Cllr McCarthy also noted; “A personal monitored alarm/ device for the over 65’s can be applied for that when pressed will activate help. It may be of particular use if you suffer from health defects. If one is interested in this scheme, or know someone who is, please contact me and I will apply through Young at Heart, Douglas Senior Citizens group for one”. Cllr McCarthy’s phone number

Douglas / Rochestown Works Update Work has commenced on phase 1 of the Maryborough Hill Green Route project. This phase of the project concentrates on the lower part of Maryborough Hill and includes the provision of a dedicated bus lane on the approach to the Fingerpost roundabout. Also, as part of the scheme, new footpaths will be put in place as well as traffic calming measures on the entrance to estates. An upgraded Pelican Crossing will also be provided. Works aimed at improving travel to Scoil Niocláis in Frankfield have recommenced in the last 2 weeks. These improvements are a continuation of the work completed last year and essentially involves an upgrade to the footpath network as well as enhanced crossing points. Work on the Rochestown Road on the eastern approach to the roundabout at St. Patrick’s Church is also currently underway at the present time. This includes the provision of a second lane for traffic approaching the roundabout from the Clarke’s Hill direction. Resurfacing work will also be carried out on stretches on the road between the roundabout and Coach Hill Furthermore, the Council Engineer has confirmed to me that the Council will be applying for funding next year for the provision of a Pelican Crossing at Scart Cross, Donnybrook Hill. This crossing is badly needed to improve safety at Scart Cross and I will continue to follow up on this issue with the Council in the coming months.

Cork on Ice Cork on Ice, Munster’s premier ice-skating experience, has just announced plans to set up on the grounds of Mahon Point Shopping Centre in Cork for the third successive year, opening in just a few weeks, on November 9th. Employing a local workforce of up to 30 people for the four month event window, the ice rink has gone from strength to strength each year. The 600m2 main ice rink offers ample space to perfect your skating style or show off your moves, while the separate 200m2 kiddie rink with familiar penguin skating aids offers a safer environment for junior skaters to practice. The supporting dining area onsite allows patrons to warm up or “chillax” with a choice of beverages and snacks after a brisk session on the ice. For the 2012 season, Bill Cremin of Cool Running Events is focusing on perfecting the user experience while adding some new features to the event. A new website will serve as a
gateway to event updates, the booking system and the social media channels. “The aim has always been to create a quality winter experience for all the family to enjoy, so this year we are changing the interior layout to create more space and comfort, while introducing things like ice skating classes and family sessions to encourage new people to try it out.” Mr. Cremin prides himself in freezing prices for the last three years. “In this economic environment, every penny counts, so we offer off-peak and peak prices every day, and our research shows us that families like to use our special pre-opening prices to book in for several sessions during the season and make use of the facility while it is in place.” The much-anticipated pre-opening sale starts on the 18th October, both online (www.corkonice.com) and through the dedicated Ticket Desk in Mahon Point Shopping Centre.
To celebrate the Pre-opening Sale of tickets (for only €8 per person) from Thursday 18th October, we have a Open Family Pass (for 2 adults and 2 children) to give away this week!

“The new clinic is a significant improvement for people with foot-care problems, it delivers services primarily to people with diabetes who are more at risk of developing serious foot complications than the general population,” said Deputy Lynch. “Diabetes related foot complications often result in costly hospital treatments but this new clinic has already worked though a long waiting list and is keeping people mobile, out of hospital and will help the local HSE conserve funds at a time of intense pressure”. “I’m very happy to see this clinic in the city centre where it will serve the whole Cork region. I’ve worked with the local diabetes community for a number of years, submitted many parliamentary questions and raised the urgent need for clinics like this here in Cork and nationally”. Deputy Lynch praised the HSE South for working with Diabetes Ireland who together to provide community foot-care services at clinics in Cork, Kerry, Enniscorthy and Waterford.

Home & G ard e n Things to do This Week “The last leaves lie upon the grass. Why, oh why must Beauty? Why must all the glory go? Such is the law; it must be so. The leaves must fall at Winters breath – and trees, stand stricken, feigning death…. And yet I hear the robin sing. He knows there’ll be another Spring.” As usual we try to give you a few ideas on what might need doing in your garden this week. Not everything in this article may apply to your garden but there might be something, if not this week maybe next week.)
Flower Garden
Greenhouse
Plant tulips in beds and borders. Cut down deed growth of border perennials and mulch between with rotted manure or compost. Continue planting roses whenever the ground is workable.
Prune greenhouse climbers such as plumbago and passion flowers. Prune grapes when the leaves have fallen: trim sideshoots.to 1-2 buds and shorten new main shoots by onethird. Pot up a few primroses from the garden and keep in a frame for early flowers.
Kitchen Garden Start winter pruning gooseberries and currants. Cover a well-grown row Of spring cabbages with cloches or fleece to advance crop. Clean dead growth from rhubarb crowns and cover with a good dressing of rotted manure Start planting all kinds of soft and top fruit Start lifting Jerusalem artichokes, but only those for immediate use. Sow broad beans and plant garlic. If not already done.
Lawns & Hedges Hard prune overgrown deciduous hedges now, or wait until the spring.
Water Garden Stop feeding fish
In General Check bulbs potted for Christmas flowering: when about 5cm (2in) high, bring indoors and keep cool. Keep sacking, old blankets and carpets handy for covering frames and cloches before hard frosts
1 Day Halloween Camps: Sciencecamps will run three oneday LEGO & Science camps this Mid-Term Break. The camps cost €30 and will run in Douglas GAA Hall and The Glen Resource Centre for children aged 7-12 yrs. Science activities include Making Fake Fog, Exploding Pumpkins and Green Slimy Eggs. LEGO activities consist of LEGO Education – Robotics. Kids aged 7-10 yrs use LEGO WeDo while LEGO Mindstorms for kids aged 10+. The camp in The Glen resource centre consists of 2 hrs Science/LEGO and 2 hrs Adventure Activities: Ziplinging and Highropes. Camps in Douglas GAA Hall are on Bank Holiday Monday and Tues Oct 30th. Camp in the Glen is on Wed Oct 31st. Sciencecamps ran very successful camps this summer in six locations in Cork City and County. The LEGO activities were a big hit with kids, with Roaring Alligators and Drum
Playing Monkeys all part of the action. Kids also used Snap-Circuit electronics and learnt to build a radio. Kids in the Mallow camp even used the radio to listen to one of Katie Taylor’s Olympic bouts. The science experiments are based on Primary Science, with children learning about mixtures, forces and circuits. Feedback from children and parents has been great with “Deadly and Excellent” used to describe the camps. Sciencecamps also went international with their experiments, using Skype to great link with Kenton High School in Tanzania. The children in both Cork and Tanzania measured the angle of the sun and calculated the circumference of the earth – with 98% accuracy. Full details on the one-day Halloween camps can be found by contacting Clare on 087 2575734 or www.sciencecamps.ie.

A Carousel is GREAT FUN Brainteazer Last Week’s Teazer Leonardo da Vinci carried out the following experiment. He held a sphere of very thin fragile glass above a floor of solid stone. When he dropped it, the sphere fell two metres (6ft) without breaking. How ?
But that was not the worst of it. The ticket lady said, “You can go in, but not your friend.” Why wouldn’t she let Dave’s uncle in ? He was smartly dressed and had often been to the cinema before without any trouble.

Savings for State of €400 million on Medical Drugs Cork South Central Fine Gael TD and Chairman of the Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children, Jerry Buttimer, has welcomed the deal to reduce the costs of medical drugs announced today by Minister for Health, James Reilly. The agreement between the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association (IPHA), the HSE and the Department of Health is expected to save the State over €400 million over the next three years. “I am pleased that the negotiations on the cost of medical drugs have concluded successfully. This deal is a significant achievement and will deliver real savings to the State. The agreement will lead to a saving of €16 million this year and over €400 million in total over the next three years. “As well as delivering a lower drugs bill to the State this agreement will bring about significant reductions for patients in the cost of drugs. The State’s €2 billion annual drug bill is a major proportion of the amount we spend on health services. Today’s deal is an important step in delivering efficiencies within the health system. “The agreement will also help secure access to new and innovative drugs including life-saving treatments. That this agreement delivers continued access to the latest innovations will ensure that our health system continues to provide patients with the best available treatment. “Minister Reilly and the Government are continuing to progress other measures to reduce the cost of drugs. In the Dáil this week, I will be speaking on the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Bill, which will introduce a reference pricing system and the generic substitution of drugs. When this Bill is enacted it will deliver further savings for patients. “I would like to congratulate all parties involved in securing this deal. The pharmaceutical sector plays an important role in the Irish economy as well as in the health system. It directly employs over 25,000 people and indirectly employs an estimated 100,000 people. Ireland is an important hub for pharmaceutical companies, especially in the area of R&D. It is important to recognise the contribution made by these companies and their employees. “Savings of over €400 million are a significant achievement. I hope that the other initiatives being pursued by Minister Reilly can deliver further reductions in the cost of drugs to the State and to patients.”

As You Slide Down the Banister of Life Towards 2013 -- Remember: It used to be only death and taxes, Now, of course, there’s shipping and handling, too.
College Corinthians Schoolboys Section Under 12 Premier Division Lakewood Ath.. 3 Corinthians Boys 4 Corinthians Boys with a determined finish managed to secure their fifth successive league victory with a hard fought 4 – 3 win over Lakewood Athletic today. In the first half Corinthians Boys started well and took the lead after 10 minutes through a great shot from Fionn Molloy. Corinthians Boys failed to push home their advantage and allowed Lakewood back into the game, conceding two bad defensive goals in a period of 5 minutes, the first a header from a corner kick and the second a shot from 25 yards. Corinthians Boys battled back and got a second just before half time, with a header by Conor Murphy from a corner, to leave the half time score 2 -2. At the start of the second half, Corinthian Boys struggled to control the game and fell behind to a Lakewood goal, 10 minutes into the second half, from a good strike. This kick started a Corinthians Boys response and they finally started to impose themselves on the game, with 10 minutes to go Adam Idah struck, to bring Corinthians Boys back level at 3 – 3. Finally with 5 minutes to go, Leo Barron struck a great shot from 25 yards which flew into the top of the net. Corinthian Boys struggled for long periods in the game, but showed great character to fight their way back to win the game. The team switches their attention next week to the National Cup with an away match against Ardfield. Division 1 Corinthian Boys A 2 Avondale Utd. 1 A superb first half performance by the lads laid the foundation for a well deserved 2-1 win against top of the table Avondale at Corinthians Park this morning. After 10 minutes Ruairi Moriarty side stepped his marker on the edge of the area and shot just wide with the keeper well beaten. Minutes later a free kick was put into the box by Daniel Kelleher and Andrew Greany was unlucky when his header came back off the crossbar. Corinthians finally got the goal that they deserved just before half time when David Cotter struck a well placed shot past the keeper. Early in the second half Ruairi Moriarty set up Daniel kelleher who gave the keeper no chance from the edge of the penalty area. After that Avondale threw everything into attack but an excellent defensive display led by the outstanding Brian Kennelly made sure that Avondale had very few chances. Avondale scored with 5 minutes left to ensure a tense last few minutes. Avondale had one last chance but a brilliant close range save from Max White secured the points for Corinthians. Luke Healy, Brian Lagrue and Andrew Greany impressed for Corinthians. Under 13 Premier Division Lakewood Ath. 0 Corinthian Boys 5 From the start this was a game Corinthians were never in danger of losing, they were on top from the off and found themselves ahead after 12 minutes when a good ball from Conor Fagen put Jaze Kabia in on goal and he shot into the roof of the Lakewood net.
Corinthians went two up a few minutes later when Rory Doyle scored after a well worked move involving Ger O’Mahoney and Colin O’Mahony. The third came just before half time when Mark Cronin scored from a direct free kick. Lakewood started the second half a little better and Alan Kelleher had to be at his best to make two fine saves. The game was as good as over after 40 minutes when Kabia knocked in a Mark Cronin corner, and soon after Rory Doyle got on the end of a Padraig Nash ball for his second of the day. This was a great team performance and keeps the Corinthians boys top of the league this weekend. Under 14 Premier Division Corinthian Boys 3 Mayfield Utd. 0 Corinthians maintained their 100% record after defeating Mayfield 3 - 0 in Corinthians Park this weekend. Corinthians made the perfect start when Patrick O’Callaghan put one past the Mayfield keeper on 8 minutes after good work from James Holland down the left. While Corinthians dominated possession Mayfield were a threat on the break. However sweeper James O’Donovan had the back four well organised ensuring that Corinthians goalkeeper David O’Keeffe, centre back Ciáran Couch, full backs Stephen Fox and Dylan Ward coped well with the challenge. Corinhians had to wait until the 50minute before they got their second and it was one to savour. Eoin Davis weaved his way through the Mayfield defence from the left and opening his body up he clipped it over the advancing keeper and into the top right had corner of the net. Oisin Lucas and Conor Shalloe also put in good performances linking well with central midfielders Chirs Healy and Eoin Murphy. Corinthians grabbed their 3rd on the 70minute when Joe Duggan headed into the Mayfield goal from close range after David O’Sullivan’s 20yard shot crashed back off the cross bar. Eoin Murphy, Dylan Ward and James Holland put in great performances. Under 15 Premier Division Mallow Utd. 2 Corinthian Boys 5 An impressive away win against a good Mallow side, puts last week’s loss well behind us. It took only 9 minutes to take the lead, when Colin O Brien won the ball outside the box turned right and let loose for a superb strike. Mallow drew level after 14 minutes. 8 minutes later Mark Buckley scored his first goal for Corinthians with an unstoppable shot. Again Mallow to their credit refused to die down and scored their second, however we took the lead again 17 minutes into the second half when Mark Buckley got his second with a cheeky chip past the Mallow keeper. Mark Buckley got his hat-trick with 10 minutes remaining when he raced onto a a loose ball to shoot past the keeper. With a minute remaining Ross Welch gave a wonderful pass to Colin O Brien who tore past the defender, rounded the keeper and made it five. Team: Stephen Jermyn, Sean Desmond, Bryan Cotter, Alex O Driscoll, Dean Swords,, Mark O Leary, Chris Og Jones, David Dalton (Harry Shanahan 57 mins) Ross Welch, Colin O Brien, Mark Buckley
Division 2 Ballincollig A 3 V Corinthian Boys A 0 It was the manner by which we lost was most disappointing, to say the least, as we never competed against a team which were stronger on the ball and in the tackles. Two enforced changes through injuries early in the first half did not help although at 1-0 down at half time we were still in the game after battling well.
However in the second half Ballincollig added another and later on scored with an unchallenged header from a corner. Despite persevering we never looked like scoring and indeed did not even create an opportunity throughout the whole game. David Smith, Mikey O Doherty and Killian Moriarty tried hard for Corinthians.
The Vintage Gaels By, Derry JF Doody ,Chairman In July 2011 I founded Vintage Gaels [Cork] at Bessboro Enterprise Centre, Blackrock, Cork. The focus was on mature people who professed a lifelong interest in sporting matters current and historic. This led to the formation of a weekly forum and speakers club and very soon after foundation we incorporated music into our itinerary also. Our sessions were 3 – 5 pm and from time to time we invited a former Cork sporting icon to be our special guest at our speakers session. Our meetings were always interesting and also informative and occasionally we would indulge in listening to some really good music as a diversion. We also established a liason with The Friends of Marymount Hospice to engage our members in worthy fundraising ventures concepted by ourselves. With our sporting backgrounds it was decided to set up a sporting promotion at Fota Island Hotel and before a full house auditorium at the hotel in October 2011, we presented a tribute to former Cork hurler and 3 in a row All Ireland medalist of 1952/53/54, 86 year old Willie John Daly. The show also showcased some really outstanding musical talent from the Carrigtwohill district. We had to move from Bessboro in
December 2011 and since then we have not enjoyed a permanent base. However Mahon Community Centre manager, Denis Coffey, has invited us to avail of the splendid café facilities at the centre and on Wednesday morning at 11 am, a small group of Vintage Gaels will again set in motion our regular meetings over a cup of tea. We are always courting new lifelong sports and music fans to join our debates and we also promote a special Irish heritage project on Famous Sons & Daughters Of Ireland, courtesy of ScoreBoard Memories [Irl]. To celebrate our first year since foundation we inaugurated a new project Club & Community Award. This project recognizes the unsung heroes of sport and voluntary associations in Cork city and county, these are the people who work away quietly in the background and never seek media limelight. Two very successful awards were recently completed before large audiences and we are currently working on nominations for our third recipient. We need volunteers to assist with our Marymount Hospice promotions throughout the year and would be delighted to welcome interested parties. Our email is vintagegaelscork@gmail. com. Let’s make life little Simple There Is Something I Don’t Know That I am Supposed To Know. I Know What It is I Don’t Know And Yet I am Supposed To Know. And I Feel I Look Stupid If I Seem Both not to Know it And Not Know What It Is I Don’t Know. Therefore I Pretend I Know It. This is Nerve-Racking Since I Don’t Know What I Must Pretend To Know. Therefore I Pretend To Know Everything. I Feel You Know What I am Supposed To Know But You Can’t Tell What It Is Because You Don’t Know That I Don’t Know What It Is. You May Know What I Don’t Know, But Not That I Don’t Know It, And I Can’t Tell You. So You Will Have To Tell Me Everything.
