Darren Ferguson Welcome to the Keepmoat Stadium for today’s visit of Grimsby Town. I’d like to welcome Marcus Bignot, the fans, directors, staff and players of the Mariners.

It was frustrating, but we move on and we have been working hard to get a reaction out of the players today. I’ve always maintained it is about points, and we’re one point behind where I want us to be so we’re doing ok. If we win today –

We have bounced back well from defeats this season. If we get to the level of our past two home games then we will have a chance this afternoon and over the Christmas period. There will be a big crowd, which should ensure a good atmosphere and edge to the game for us. When I was a player these were the kinds of games I looked forward to featuring in, and I am sure it is the same today. I’d like to wish you all a merry Christmas and happy New Year. Enjoy the game.

We are disappointed to have lost at Plymouth Argyle last week, but we just didn’t get the breaks you need in a tight game. I was satisfied with elements of the match. We controlled large parts of the game and, had we got the first goal, it could have been a different game. We had 35 crosses and came out on top of most of the stats – I certainly wasn’t disappointed.

and Grimsby will provide a real test – then we would be on 42 points from 21 games, so bang on target.

Gavin Baldwin Good afternoon, and welcome back to the Keepmoat Stadium for today's visit of Grimsby Town. I'd like to extend a warm welcome to the directors, fans, players and staff of the Mariners.

You may already have seen our Supporters Board launched our latest In Rovers We Trust survey this week. It is five years since we first started our In Rovers We Trust partnership with fans, and we've learnt a lot in that time. We felt it was time for another comprehensive survey so we can really learn how to make Rovers a better club

A lot of effort has gone into making both sets of supporters feel welcome today. Before the match the Donny R'Sonists fans team played their Grimsby equivalent on the pitches beside the stadium, while our Junior Christmas Party after the match is a sell-out event. If you are in the Belle Vue Bar after the match you may even receive some free sweet treats - an offer open to both sets of fans! This is all on top of our regular family-focused events. After today's match we do not have a home fixture until January 2 (half season tickets are available from our Box Office now!), so I'd like to wish both sets of supporters a merry Christmas and happy new year from everyone at Club Doncaster. Enjoy the game

Gavin

Last Saturday's defeat at Plymouth was a disappointing result for us, but not a disappointing performance. Our manager has also been clear that he is more interested in keeping us close to the two-points-a-game mark which would virtually guarantee automatic promotion - and we're just about there.

Club Doncaster Foundation are set to launch Fit Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium after an incredibly successful first course. A series of eight-week fitness courses will be conducted throughout the year offering excellently delivered sessions and advice to work towards a healthier lifestyle for men over 30 – free of charge. A record of 11lb was lost from one member during the first eight spell and co-ordinator Scott Copeland is excited to emulate those results at the Keepmoat. “We have seen a massive improvement in members so far, participants easily reach their goals because they enjoy it, so we are eagerly anticipating the inaugural Fit Rovers programme here at the Keepmoat Stadium,” he said. “The project will give the men of Doncaster an opportunity to improve their health and wellbeing in a supportive, relaxed environment. “Using the fantastic facilities at the stadium and working with our experienced staff we are confident you can achieve your lifestyle goals and will be happy to look back in years to come as a pioneer of the Fit Rovers Programme.” Unlike big fitness/weight-loss chains that charge you for pubic weigh-ins and give very little guidance, information at Fit Rovers is completely confidential meaning you can keep a track of exactly how you’re doing on a one-to-one basis with the staff. One session a week for eight weeks is included in the course, as well as incentives such as sports wear, Doncaster Rovers player visits and money off match shirts. The sessions consist of an interactive workshop looking at managing portion sizes and making healthy but tasty food followed by a gym session tailored to the needs of every individual. Nick Gillott, Heath and Wellbeing co-ordinator at Club Doncaster Foundation, is delighted to be given the opportunity to make a difference in Doncaster. “We really are a family at Doncaster Rovers and throughout Club Doncaster so that’s the concept that we are going to deliver for Fit Rovers,” he said.

“Alarmingly, Doncaster was recently revealed as one of the most obese towns in Britain so by introducing the course we want to make a significant difference to that.”

GIRLS Academy Club Doncaster Sports College hosted their first College Women’s League fixture recently as the College continues to make great strides on and off the field.

Club Doncaster Sports College partners, Selby College, have recently been awarded the accolade of highest performing college in the region and joint second overall in the national college league tables.

Completely turning the game on its head, the girls managed to bounce back from 5-1 down to draw 5-5!

The Sports College has contributed to this commendable achievement, which was measured in four key criteria: learner satisfaction, employer satisfaction, destination data into sustainable jobs and adult apprenticeship delivery.

The Ladies Academy runs alongside the College’s three male Football Academy teams and the Dons Rugby Academy. These academies support the College’s outstanding education provision. A range of vocational sports courses are offered at the college, all which are delivered in state of the art facilities – providing great opportunities to study and play here at the Keepmoat Stadium.

Student Charlotte Hewitt added:“It’s really enjoyable to be part of the team and great to accompany our studies with competitive sport.”

The open evening will run from 5-7pm at the Keepmoat Stadium, East Stand conference and hospitality entrance - which is free to drop in whenever convenient. To find out more information, contact Adi Turnpenny on adi.turnpenny@clubdoncasterfoundation.co.uk or 01302 764663.

Ladies Football Academy coach Eric Randerson said: “We are delighted to now be able to offer a Ladies team in our Academy as we continue to encourage more of our female students to become involved in football.”

Applications for study in the 2017/2018 academic year are now being processed via www.clubdoncastersportscollege.co.uk. However to showcase their facilities and courses, the College are hosting an open evening on Monday December 19.

Mathieu BAUDRY MIDFIELD DYNAMO Mathieu Baudry tells a story about how he was out for dinner with John Marquis one Sunday when a Rovers fan came up to the table. The supporter instantly recognised the No.9, and congratulated him on the goals which have fired the club into the top three. After the small talk, he left Baudry and Marquis to their meal - blissfully unaware there was more than one Rovers player at the table. Baudry repeats the story not to complain, but to highlight how he prefers to slip under the radar and allow characters like Marquis to take the focus.

12

"It was funny - he went to John and said 'well done on Saturday' and I was right next to him, I played in the game and he didn't recognise me," says the defender.

Box Office: 01302 762576

"The crowd have really taken to John and he has become a fans favourite. But I keep a low profile, it doesn't really bother me. Other people have been doing really well, we've been scoring goals - they have the limelight and it is fully deserved." Baudry was one of a number of new arrivals in the summer as Darren Ferguson reshaped his squad, but a pre-season injury meant the Frenchman had to wait until late September to make his competitive bow. "It has been frustating, the worst way you can start at a new team by getting injured straight away. But the team has done really well while I've been out," he says. "But I have been quite happy with the way I've been playing, considering I've been out for quite a long time. I just keep working as there is a lot of football to be played and I want to be a big part of this team. "It has been challenging, but I've been happy just to be out there with the lads because it was frustrating being out. Now it is about embracing it and getting an understanding with the players around me." Baudry spent four years at Leyton Orient before moving north to join Rovers this summer. And the 28-year-old reckons his game has come on. "I spent a lot of time there, and it was my decision to leave. I have a great relationship with the fans and players. It is a big

I really hope they pick up results now," he says.

"I learn every day, even when I was injured. I am full of admiration, at this level it is the first time I have heard a manager who knows so much about football - it is just too good for this level. "The gaffer was a big part of my coming here. I nearly had the chance to work with him before and knew about him. When I met him and he talked me through the project, what he wanted to do, he really sold me on the club. He gives you so many tools to play with, when you find a problem on the pitch he helps you find a solution. Everyone knows what they have to do.

It was not until late September that Mathieu was able to set foot on the pitch in a competitive match for Rovers due to a heel injury. It was a frustrating start to life in South Yorkshire for Baudry, who just wanted to get to know his new team-mates. “During the summer I rested and thought it was going to be alright, but when I started pre-season it just got worse,” he says. “I went to the specialist, they shaved a bit off the bone at the back but it's fine now. It's the best I have felt in a long time. It was so frustrating. If I was at my old club it'd have been easier to come back, but from the start of the first week I've been back. “When you get to a new club you have got to bond - I was doing that, but with people in the physio room. When I came back I wanted to impress, but people were already in their stride and I was getting up to speed and not 100 per cent. But I know what I can do, and feel I am developing an understanding with my team-mates more after every match. “I want to be a big part of the club. At Leyton Orient I was doing an interview every week and people knew me, now I've

Confidence exudes from the dressing room at the moment, and the aforementioned Marquis is clearly one of the biggest characters in a group of players with plenty of them. Baudry and Marquis played together for a spell at Orient, and the friendship continues to be strong. "He makes me laugh. I think people realise he is quite a character, but he's also really passionate. We love him, he makes me laugh - in training he is barking all the time, kicking everything, but he is just really passionate. You need that sometimes in the team to get you going," says Baudry. "I don't take any offence, it is all good. He's mad - he repeats every thing I say back to me with a French accent! It is annoying, but it is funny - he is unbelievable with his accents! There is a good balance in the dressing room, there are people who have been around the leagues but still so driven and professional. "They can bring the younger lads with them. There are a lot of people in this team who could be captain, or have been captain at other clubs. They know what they want to do and are so professional in that. There is a lot of experience here, everyone wants to get promoted and is working really hard to achieve that." Baudry may have missed the start of the campaign, but he is clear about the role he wants to play in ensuring Rovers finish the season celebrating elevation to Sky Bet League One. “I just want to get promoted. I have missed a lot of games and want to bring something different to the team. I want to play a big part,” he adds. “Everyone is different, I don't look at the table too much because I know at the end of the season if you've kept getting the points you get promoted. We just focus on what we're doing and picking up points, there's no point looking around you every week - if you keep winning games you'll get promoted.” If he keeps on doing so, maybe next time he is in a restaurant when Rovers fans are around it will be him who is the centre of attention.

13 Box Office: 01302 762576

“There is a consistency in approach. If we win 4-0, he will find something to improve but if you lose it's not all bad. Every week I enjoy training because I'm learning and it is consistent.”

got to make my way up but it's exciting as well. I needed a new challenge.”

Goalkeeper James McKeown, who previously played under Darren Ferguson at Peterborough United, is in his fifth season with the Mariners.

14 Box Office: 01302 762576

McKeown began his footballing career in Birmingham with Walsall after coming through their youth ranks to seal a professional contract in 2005. Unfortunately for the keeper he did not make any league appearances for the Saddlers, he moved on to join the Posh where he was subsequently sent out on loan to gain some valuable first team experience. He went on to play for Kettering Town and Worcester City during the 2007/08 season. It was his loan spell at Boston United that he would look back on with fondness. An impressive total of 14 clean sheets in 18 games in all competitions saw him quickly become a fans favourite down at York Street, which saw him receive a standing ovation on his final game for the club. McKeown signed on the dotted line with Grimsby in the summer of the 2011/12 season and has not looked back, the 6ft 1in Brummie has gone on to scoop the Grimsby Town Supporters Player of the Season on two occasions. He was included in the Conference Premier Team of the Year (2012/13) and the National League Team of the Year last season as the Mariners were promoted to Sky Bet League Two.

Wherever experienced midfielder Craig Disley has gone he has always made an impact, the 35-year-old has been promoted with three out of the four sides that he has played for including his current side Grimsby Town, which ended the Mariners’ six-year exile from the Football League. Disley, who is originally from Worksop in Nottinghamshire began his footballing career in 1999 with Mansfield Town, he made his debut against Shrewsbury Town in a 4-0 victory, coming on as a 67th-minute substitute for Michael Sissons. In his third season with the Stags he earned promotion to the Second Division but the promotion season would only last one year as Mansfield were relegated back to the Third Division with them only securing 12 league wins all season. At the end of the 2003/04 campaign the midfielder moved onto Bristol Rovers, two years after joining he was involved in another promotion League One. Disley appeared 61 times scoring six times that season, the Gas would continue to hold their status in League One but failed to keep hold of their midfield maestro as he moved onto Shrewsbury Town. After spending only two seasons with the Shrews, he decided to join at-the-time Conference Premier side Grimsby Town. The 35-year-old achieved promotion once again at the end of last season as the Mariners put Forest Green Rovers to the sword in a 3-1 win in-front of 17,198 at Wembley.

MIDFIELD MAESTRO

04 | CRAIG DISLEY

Sky Bet League Two new boys Grimsby Town appointed Marcus Bignot only a month ago, after previous manager Paul Hurst left for League One Shrewsbury Town. Bignot originally from Birmingham, began his footballing career with AFC Telford before moving onto Kidderminster Harriers, the full-back would only spend a season with the Harriers before breaking into the Football League with Crewe Alexandra. During the 1998-99 season he also decided to launch his managerial career with Birmingham City Ladies, where he went on to win two league titles during his seven year stint with the Blues. Bignot continued his footballing career until 2016, playing for the likes of Bristol Rovers, Millwall and Queens Park Rangers. It was the second of two spells he would be remembered for down at Loftus Road, which saw him promoted to the Championship in his first season back in a hooped shirt. And his final season with QPR, the defender captained the side to Championship safety. After three seasons in charge at Solihull Moors, Bignot guided the Moors to the National League North title with three games to spare. At the beginning of November 2016 Grimsby Town came knocking, reuniting him with star forward Omar Bogle.

22 | JOSH GOWLING

DEFENSIVE ROCK Towering centre-half Josh Gowling had an interesting start to his life as a footballer, signing his first professional contract with Premier League side West Bromwich Albion, before moving to Denmark after finding first team opportunities hard to come by down at the Hawthorns.

One of Sky Bet League Two’s most prolific strikers, the 23-year-old from Birmingham has hit the ground running this season, which has seen him plunder 16 goals in 23 appearances in all competitions. He began his youth career with West Brom before moving over to the youth side at St Andrews, after two seasons he was on the move again - this time up to Scotland to join Celtic, featuring in the European Next-Gen Series. Bogle signed for Conference North side Hinckley United in March 2012, he scored his first goal for the club in the last minute of the game to beat Cheshire Side Vauxhall Motors. He made eight appearances for the Knitters, netting three goals in the process. The forward signed for Conference North side Solihull Moors In the summer of 2012 and made an instant impact - he scored and assisted in a 3-0 home win against Corby Town in his second game. The 6ft 2in powerhouse was rewarded with the 2014/15 season Player of the Year award alongside scooping the Golden Boot for his 29 goals in 42 league games. Bogle left to join Grimsby Town in the summer of 2015, the move which saw him move up a division. His first season would see him score 19 goals in 53 appearances, including two against Forest Green Rovers in the Mariners’ 3-1 play-off final victory.

DEADLY STRIKER

15 Box Office: 01302 762576

He signed for Herfolge in 2003 and spent two seasons in Scandinavia, before returning back to the United Kingdom to sign for Bournemouth. It was a first season to forget down at Dean Court for Gowling as he ruptured knee ligaments in a game against Brentford. He would come back with a bang, however, featuring in more than 30 games for the Cherries during the 2006/07 campaign. After seeing his contract out with Bournemouth he was on the move once again, this time to Cumbria to sign for Carlisle United. He also spent time out on loan with Hereford United and Gillingham, before signing for the Gills on a permanent basis in 2009. Gowling’s ground hopping continued, signing for Lincoln City on loan before making the move permanent for a single season. Kidderminster Harriers was his next challenge and he would fit straight into the back line alongside Anthony Malbon and Lee Vaughan. At the end of the 2012/13 season, Gowling, Malbon and Vaughan were all named in the Conference Team of the Year in a campaign which saw the Harriers finish second behind Mansfield Town. Gowling joined the Mariners originally on loan for the end of the 2014/15 season and due to his impressive performances he found himself signing a permanent two-year deal a season later.

Ricky RAVENHILL Local lad Ricky Ravenhill signed for Rovers after in 2002 on a free transfer, a season later he was part of the squad that achieved promotion back to the Football League after a five year absence, beating Dagenham & Redbridge 3-2 AET in the Conference play-off Final.

16 Box Office: 01302 762576

Rovers would earn promotion again a season later, finishing as champions of the Third Division, Ravenhill joined the Mariners in 2006 alongside Rovers teammate Nick Fenton. During his short five month stay with Grimsby, the midfielder would go on to play 17 times whilst scoring on two occasions, his first goal for the club came against Darlington in a 1-1 draw.

Jim DOBBIN

LEGEND, WHERE ARE THEY NOW

After spending his first few years as a professional footballer in his native Scotland, Dobbin signed for Rovers in 1984, he would go on to spend two years at Belle Vue, making 64 appearances and finding the net on 13 occasions. The Scotsman had two stints with Grimsby Town before he retired in 2000, he originally signed for the Mariners back in 1991 for ÂŁ200,000 from Barnsley. Dobbin would spend five seasons at Blundell Park before heading off once again. Since retirement the 53-year-old has featured in three Masters Tournaments, once for Celtic and twice for Barnsley, he also covers the Tykes home games for Opta sports.

Welcome to our game against Grimsby Town, I think we have all been looking forward to this local fixture! Not long to go and it will be Christmas Day, I am excited and will be getting lots of treats. We were knocked out of the Checkatrade Trophy by Blackpool who beat us on penalties, but I made a new friend that evening (see picture of Leo). He loved his little mini me, but was very tired! I am pleased I have lots of you attending my Christmas party after the game today and so sorry for those of you who did not get booked on in time. Please don’t be too disappointed because we will have lots of exciting opportunities in the future for you.

If you would like to become a part of the team contact: info@cre8ivedance.co.uk to request more information and find out more about practise times, costs and all the exciting events Cre8ive Dance Academy and Doncaster Rovers Football Club have lined up for the future!

Goalkeeper Ross Etheridge has completed a loan move to Alfreton Town. The 22-year-old will stay with the Reds until January 15. Etheridge has made seven appearances for Rovers this season since his summer move from Accrington Stanley.

Matty Blair is targeting a successful Christmas period as Rovers look to bounce back from the defeat to Plymouth Argyle. Rovers were beaten 2-0 at Home Park as Argyle reclaimed top spot in Sky Bet League Two, and the midfielder expects that frustration to be channelled into the start of another run. “We don’t really look at the table, we look at every game and will analyse this on Monday then put it to bed,” he said. “The gap to fourth doesn’t bother me, we just need to concentrate on putting together another run like we’ve just been on. “We have this Christmas period where we want to put a right statement down to the league.

Academy manager Kieran Scarff said “To be honest for the best part of the first half there was a general lack of composure from both teams that affected the overall quality of the game “In the second half I felt we had greater control of the game and if it wasn’t for a number of chances missed could and perhaps should have won the game. The players showed a real endeavour and character throughout but the importance of composure and decision making was highlighted after the game” The youth team are back in action when they travel to Mansfield in the Youth Alliance League on Saturday January 7 (KO 11am).

Kieran SCARFF I would like to take this opportunity to highlight the work of our coaches in our younger age groups and the quality of our players in this area. When I see our academy and development centre groups training here at the Keepmoat Stadium on weekday evenings and on a Saturday morning the positivity and enthusiasm is becoming very evident.

It is so important for us to develop our own players, players with a clear identity and an affinity to this football club and the work that is going on will only support this and ensure it happens. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our players, parents, families, staff and supporters a very happy Christmas and a positive new year. Good luck to the gaffer, the staff and players this afternoon. Kieran

We have some real potential in our younger age groups and with the guidance and coaching they are getting in the positive environment being created by our staff I am genuinely excited to watch these youngsters

develop and fulfil their potential over the coming years.

THE RECORD BREAKERS: DONCASTER ROVERS 70 YEARS AGO. Part 11 - By John Coyle

50 Box Office: 01302 762576

Following the FA Cup victory at Oldham, fans of Doncaster Rovers were hoping that the Third Round draw would produce a plum tie, and they were duly rewarded. First Division Portsmouth, FA Cup winners in 1939 would visit Belle Vue on Saturday 11th January 1947.

However, the Belle Vue pitch was passed fit to play and a crowd of 21,297, the best of the season to date, filed in to watch Rovers take on neighbours Rotherham United. There was one change from the side that had won the FA Cup tie, left-back Jim Wooldridge returning in place of Bill Corbett.

It was time, though to focus on League business and particularly the looming festive programme. Four games in eight days awaited Rovers, and to increase the importance of the coming games Rovers’ lead in Division Three North had been reduced to goal difference. Chester had beaten New Brighton 2-1 while Rovers were winning at Boundary Park and were now level on points.

Line up: Archie Ferguson; Ernie Swallow, Jim Wooldridge; Cecil Stirland, Sid Bycroft, Bob McFarlane; Jackie Kirkaldie, Leslie Owens, Clarrie Jordan, Paul Todd, Ralph Maddison.

Saturday 21st December was a cold, crisp morning and left behind it a hard playing surface, slippery in places.

Clarrie JORDAN

Paul TODD

The visitors had the better of the opening exchanges and it came as little surprise when they took the lead after 27 minutes. Williams’ long pass caught the Rovers defence flat-footed and inside-right Shaw was able to shoot past Ferguson. Rovers began the second half better and levelled after 57 minutes. Todd and Maddison worked the ball to Kirkaldie who beat his man, drew out goalkeeper Warnes and slipped a pass to the unmarked Owens who scored. Rovers could have won the game when Maddison’s shot hit the crossbar with Warnes beaten but Rotherham had chances of their own and a 1-1 draw seemed a fitting

conclusion to an excellent game played in difficult conditions. There was good news for Rovers at the end, as Chester had lost at Rochdale and Rovers would take a one point lead into Christmas.

During the second half the lead was doubled by a pair of own goals, first of all Wrexham centre-half Tudor and then left-back Jackson putting the ball past their own goalkeeper, McKee, both a result of the pressure to which the visiting defence was subjected. With eight minutes to go skipper Todd made

Cecil HEYDON

Leslie OWENS

it 5-0, scoring after a mazy dribble through the Wrexham defence. The crowd of 17.987 could certainly enjoy their Christmas dinner after that heady aperitif. Rovers’ two main rivals at the head of Division Three North met on Christmas Day and the result was ideal from a Doncaster perspective, Rotherham holding Chester to a 2-2 draw at Sealand Road. So Rovers’ two point lead was restored, but there was no time to rest on the laurels. Boxing Day would see them meet Wrexham in the return game.

Box Office: 01302 762576

In 1946, footballers got little chance to celebrate Christmas Day as they were back in action again, with Wrexham the visitors to Belle Vue on Christmas morning. Wooldridge had suffered a recurrence of his leg strain against Rotherham, so Corbett deputised, while Cecil Heydon replaced the injured Stirland at right-half. Unlike in the Rotherham game, Rovers dominated from the off. After five minutes Jordan dribbled through the visiting defence before slipping the ball to Kirkaldie to open the scoring. Then on 12 minutes Kirkaldie returned the favour, feeding Jordan who made it 2-0, which was the score at the interval.

Doncaster

BELLES

Belles forward Sue Smith believes the club can bounce back after relegation

more of what to expect when they do return to the top-flight.

It was not been the fairytale return to top-flight football that Doncaster had hoped for following a tough campaign in FA WSL 1.

“Behind the scenes there’s been so much hard work gone into making the club sustainable and they’ve got a good platform to work from.

But Smith remained optimistic about Belles’ future as the club prepares for life back in FA WSL 2. “It’s been a disappointing season for everyone, there’s no denying that,” said the ex-Lincoln Ladies ace.

52

Sue Smith Club Can Bounce Back

Box Office: 01302 762576

“But the club are more than capable of getting back into FA WSL 1. “If anything, they can use their experience of the 2016 season because they’ll know a little

“I don’t think many clubs would’ve been able to cope following a change in manager and injuries to key players either, it’s just not been Donny’s season. “This certainly isn’t the end. Now is the time for the club to regroup, take stock of the season and work towards their 2017 campaign. “There’s some bright youngsters at Doncaster who have had a taste of FA WSL 1 football too so the future looks good for the club.”

Rovers Family Doncaster Rovers Supporters Club Good afternoon and welcome to the 4,000 or so Grimsby fans who have made the trip down the M180, to be at the Keepmoat for today’s game , it’s a fantastic support, let’s hope they enjoy their day with us. I am sure the atmosphere will adds to a fantastic game. I will always remember going to Blundell Park on the last game of a season to see Jack Lewis (ex Grimsby) scoring a hat-trick to see us win 4-3.

54

We may not be top of the table after last weekend, but a 100 per cent league record in November, Player and Manager of the Month nominations for Jordan Houghton and Darren Ferguson respectively, and Liam Mandeville bagging the PFA Player of the Month and EFL Young Player of The month awards mean we have plenty to be optimistic about.

Last weekend we ran our second weekend away trip of the season to the Plymouth game, stopping in Torquay, we hope everyone who travelled had an enjoyable time. Our main weekend away is to the Crawley game, when we will be stopping at the Best Western York House in Eastbourne from Friday 3-Sunday 5 March - cost is £140 per person. Single person supplement may be extra. Price includes coach travel, bed breakfast and evening meal. Call Paul on 07961727769 for more details, there are not many places left and we are limited to 100 fans. The Supporters Club have some new badges on sale, see Paul Mayfield , priced at £3 , there are two different designs, also why not visit the Supporters Club shop, situated in the community changing room area in the North Stand, for all your programme needs. Finally on behalf of everyone at the Supporters club, we wish you and your families, and friends a very merry Christmas, and ahHappy New Year, and let’s hope Rovers are top of the tree, and don’t come down with the decorations.
