Matthew's first restaurant venture started with Pelletier's, located in downtown Fish Creek. Already in possession of a Southern Pride Smoker, it was a natural expansion to offer Pelletier's smoked dishes at Casey's. Today, in combination with BBQ lovers like you and our hard working staff, BBQ at Casey's has really taken off!
