S urface S pray Ingredients: 15 drops of On Guard™ Protective Blend Small Pinch Salt Method: Add into a small 250mL spray bottle filled with water, shake and spray onto surfaces and wipe away. Dis hwas h e r tab l ets Ingredients: 1 cup baking soda ¼ cup citric acid 1 tbs dōTERRA On Guard ™ Cleaner Concentrate 5 drops dōTERRA On Guard ™ Protective Blend Method: Put baking soda, citric acid, dōTERRA On Guard TM Cleaner Concentrate, and dōTERRA On Guard TM Protective Blend in a mixing bowl. Mix together until the mixture is an even consistency. Place in silicon moulds and let sit for four hours. Remove formed tablets. Store in an airtight container. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Ingredients: 30 grams coconut oil (not fractionated) 6 drops Easy Air™ Clear Blend 3 drops Lavender essential oil Method: Melt the coconut oil and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes or until lukewarm (you still want it to be liquid). Once cooled, add in the essential oils and stir until combined. (It is important to allow the mixture to cool before adding the essential oils).

Pour the oil blend into a sterilised jar.

Dilute with a car r ie r oil and apply topically to the che s t, back or bottom of the fe et.
Allow to cool completely (you may need to cool in the fridge). The coconut oil will set.
Use the dishwasher tablets in place of store-bought dishwasher tablets. Tip: Adding one cup white vinegar to the rinsing agent compartment in your dishwasher may help your glassware come out of the dishwasher sparkling!
