The post-holiday tradition of establishing a New Year’s resolution seems to be ingrained in our cultural DNA. This month’s article, “Eating Right: Why You Should NOT Plan on Dieting in the New Year”, inspired a different perspective. The typical New Year’s resolution usually brings to mind a laundry list of all the things we "should" do or accomplish. Perhaps, this is the year to make a resolution to try something new. The song “Let It Go” from the movie Frozen is ubiquitous. Listening to the lyrics for the umpteenth time, the light bulb finally went off and the real message came through at last. It’s all about becoming true to the wonderful person you were created to be and expressing yourself in a way that is authentic to that self. Consider this … what can you let go this year to become your own true self? How can you free yourself of the expectations of others? Where can you find the courage to express your own voice? What habits are getting in the way of real relationships and communication? (Check out “An Editorial on the Negative Impact of Social Media” for ideas.) Physical fitness and a healthy body are always very important, but a shift in focus to the state of our internal wellness might lighten the load and bring a fresh mindset to 2015.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES
STAYING SEAWORTHY:
How A Lifeboat Drill Could Prepare Your Portfolio For A Market Downturn WHILE IT MIGHT be tempting for investors to “set it and forget it” when the markets are up, history indicates this is exactly the wrong approach. Many of our clients benefit from being invested in accounts which are automatically and regularly rebalanced and this enables those accounts to be better positioned for a possible market correction. However, some clients have 401(k) or IRA accounts or other investments that are not automatically rebalanced and retain very high allocations to equities since market values have been increasing for the past five years. These may also be highly skewed towards more volatile mid-cap and small-cap equities. Maybe it’s time for a “lifeboat drill” to talk about how your portfolios will fair in turbulent seas. The broader markets have been up strongly since the last correction ending March 9, 2009. Investors that rode out the financial crisis and recession of 2008 and 2009 have been rewarded handsomely and are probably sitting on some pretty big gains in their taxable portfolios. Even in their qualified accounts, they only have to look at the 5-year return numbers to see some impressive results.
It seems like every week we hit another all-time high in the Dow or S&P and the performance numbers on client statements show it. But consider this – we have gone three years since the last 10% plus correction. That has happened only four other times in history: 1926-1939, 1934-1937, 1984-1987 and 2005-2007. After each of these time frames, the market had a correction of 35% plus. This doesn’t mean that we are making a call on the markets and it doesn’t mean that we have turned bearish. In fact, I am a longterm bull. What it does mean is that we are realistic and want our clients to be prepared for whatever happens. This is the time for a “lifeboat drill”. When you go on a cruise, you know that on the first day you are taught what to do and where to assemble in case of an emergency. The hope is that by training you, you will be prepared and won’t panic if something does happen. We cannot predict what is going to happen in the markets this year, or even tomorrow, but we do know that this is a good time to have a conversation about the future and what to do, and what not to do, when the next correction happens. Are you prepared for both good and bad times? Make this your New Year’s 2015 resolution. Call our San Clemente office at 949-276-6333 to discuss your investments and how well positioned you are to weather the next storm that may unexpectedly blow your way. We offer a complementary portfolio review and second opinion for the readers of Talega Life. Please visit www.enmeier.com for more information.

Two Ways to Raise Money for Vista Del Mar School Using Your Ralph’s Reward Card
Want to help raise money for our local school, Vista del Mar? All you have to do is link your Ralph’s rewards card to Vista del Mar. Each year, Ralph’s donates 2-4% from every purchase made. Last year, they donated $19,000! It’s simple to do. Next time you are in Ralph’s, just ask the cashier to scan your rewards card and the barcode for Vista del Mar. It’s a great, free way to help support our children’s education. The barcode is available at the check stands.
Dine Out Week: January 12-15
Another easy way to support Vista del Mar is by visiting the following restaurants on the days below and they will donate a percentage of your meal to Vista del Mar: Monday @ Board & Brew Tuesday @ Baja Fresh Wednesday @ Z Pizza Thursday @ Panera

New Concept for Preschool Education Opens in Talega A new concept in early childhood education is changing the way students in San Clemente will interact with nature, express gratitude and learn the fundamentals of early math and literacy. Dr. Dustine Rey (Founder and Executive Director of The Gratitude Garden Preschool) is announcing the opening of a nature-based, year-round preschool in the spring of 2015. The new school will have a balanced focus on curriculum inspired by STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) combined with strong social and emotional influence. The environmentally friendly classrooms are designed to ignite the imagination, supporting local artists by using handmade and reclaimed wood furniture. The school's design utilizes the rich teaching opportunities and discoveries of nature. The indoor/outdoor classrooms allow students to explore and play while applying early concepts – in math, engineering, physics, science, art, music and ecology. Students will participate in martial arts, cooking, foreign languages, dance and various forms of artistic expression. The curriculum is designed to instill a love for learning by giving children confidence to try new things and learn about the world around them. “Children are naturally little scientists, curious about how the natural world works and why. Preschool is the perfect time to connect young curiosity to the foundations of STEM in a fun and playful way.” says Dr. Rey. She adds, “STEM is a perspective of connecting what children learn in a variety of settings to a range of materials for investigation, observation, inquiry and creation. This is why
FITNESS FOCUS
the outdoor classroom is one of the greatest settings for learning.” Gratitude Garden Preschool will serve 48 students, providing full-day educational care for two through six-year-olds. Monthly Kids’ Night Out programs and quarterly parent educational workshops will be offered. “We aim to increase the well-being of our students, their families and the community. Parents are included in everything we do. For example, educational workshops provide tools for creating and maintaining wellness in their home as well as relationships. Our technology connects parents to their child’s daily activities by sending them teacherprepared pictures and videos of learning moments, strengthening the connection between home and school.” A unique feature of the play area is the absence of poured rubber and concrete surfaces. “We intentionally do not have prefabricated play equipment that confines how and where children play. Instead, we assist children in designing a play scenario constructed from their imagination and developmental needs. This allows them to let their curiosity drive the process of learning. At this age, play and learning are expressions of the same concept,” explains Dr. Rey. The school places great emphasis on gratitude. “We know that children with a grateful perception experience less negative emotions, bounce back more quickly from adversity and feel better connected to school and family. Therefore, developing gratitude is a priority. Students learn to appreciate the world and people around them through the use of art, stories, songs and theater,” says Dr. Rey. extremely important, but you’ll also want to look at other factors to get a complete picture of the trainer’s personality, training experience and philosophy on his/her approach to fitness. This will affect how you connect with the trainer. Asking questions about experience, past clients’ successes (and failures), their approach and promise to YOU will help you choose a trainer that best fits your needs.
Q
What should I expect my trainer to provide?
Coach Dave Answers: Working with your trainer is the best way to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals! • Motivation – Staying motivated is hard! Your trainer keeps your motivation high through challenging workouts that deliver measurable results. All you need to do is show up! • Efficient Exercises – You may already know many useful exercises, but your Trainer can organize those exercises that will maximize your results in less time. • Proper Intensity – Too little intensity means more time working out, but too much can cause injuries and setbacks. •K nowledge – Your Trainer should be highly educated with documented credentials and be abreast in the latest advances in Fitness. • Fun –Your sessions must provide results but they also should be fun.
Q
Isn’t using a personal trainer expensive?
Staff Member Mike Answers: Many people shrug off training because they assume that it is too expensive. However, there are several options including both private and semi-private training available to meet both your needs and your budget. You can typically select 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions at a two to four times a week interval. With semi-private training, you can enjoy a more engaging session and train more frequently even if you are on a budget.

WELLNESS TALK
EATING RIGHT:
Why You Should Plan on NOT Dieting In the New Year I REALIZE THAT the New Years diet resolution is as unavoidable as paying taxes, but I’m here to say don’t do it. And here’s why:
Anticipation of food restriction sets us up for binge type eating.
It’s that whole idea of I’m never going to eat cookies (or insert your favorite food) again, so I may as well eat as much as I can now. We’ve all been there. Admittedly, I have eaten half a pie due to this type of thinking! Get those negative, restrictive thoughts out of your mind. Prevent overeating and keep your focus on your family, friends and spirituality. Restrictive diets never work in the long run.
It’s funny how we keep making the New Years diet resolution, yet time and time again it doesn’t work. These types of diets will actually slow metabolism, increase anxiety and depression, make binge eating more likely and keep our minds preoccupied with food – as well as typically make us gain back the weight. So, what can we do instead?
• Focus on weight maintenance versus weight loss. Most people gain weight during the holidays, so maintaining is a huge success. Depending on your circumstances, the holidays may not have been an ideal time for weight loss. After the holidays, it’s important to keep goals realistic so we do not set ourselves up for failure. • Be physically active each day. The holidays often throw us off our routines, but exercise needs to be mandatory. Schedule it in your calendar as if it’s a meeting with your boss and stick to it. Or grab a family member as an accountability partner and get out to walk or jog together. Exercise will relieve stress, help to regulate your appetite and ultimately help burn off some of those extra holiday calories. You will thank yourself for it later!
• Stay hydrated. It is very easy to mistake hunger for thirst, which makes us much more vulnerable to succumb and eat those tasty holiday treats that are still around. It is also very dry outside – but because it’s not hot, we often don’t think about hydrating the way we would in the summer months. We are also very busy and it can slip our minds, so carry a reusable aluminum water bottle with you at all times as your constant reminder to hydrate. Remember water is your number one weight loss mechanism. • Maintain perspective. Food is a big part of any gathering, but it does not have to be the main focus. It’s important we remember balance and moderation. We also need to give ourselves permission to overeat or have some treats once in awhile. Overeating a time or two throughout the holidays does not make or break our eating plans or cause us to gain weight. If you did over-indulge, put it behind you. Trust yourself to go back to your regular eating plan without guilt, depression and despair.
Choosing an Orthodontist:
It’s Not The Surgical Tools That Perform The Surgery RECENTLY A PATIENT asked me if she could get her braces put on in her home country and then have me monitor their progress. Her rationale: braces are cheaper back home. I realized that in her mind, the braces work all by themselves. That is like believing a surgeons instruments are doing the surgery and it doesn’t matter who is performing the procedure! When considering surgery, we look for the best surgeon around. Choosing an Orthodontist is no different. You want one with top-notch education and vast experience who is therefore most qualified to handle your needs. You are investing in the expertise of the Orthodontist, not the braces themselves.
A few things you should consider when choosing an Orthodontist:
➥ General dentist or Orthodontic Specialist? Who is best suited to address your orthodontic needs? A general dentist or an Orthodontic Specialist who spent an extra 2-3 years studying Orthodontics and can no longer practice dentistry (such as fillings and crowns)?
➥ Is your Orthodontist board certified? Board certification (www.americanboardortho.org) shows that the orthodontist has proven that they can treat to the highest level of care. ➥ How is the office team? Do they work as my advocate in appointment scheduling, working with insurance and handling emergencies? ➥ How much does it cost? Most people don’t base healthcare decisions entirely on price; they also consider expertise and final outcome. There are three factors we often take into consideration when making a purchase – boldquality, service and price.unbold Some shop at Nordstrom® for the high quality and service, knowing that it will be reflected in the price. Medical and dental procedures are no different. Orthodontics is a service, not a commodity. In fact, from one office to another you may receive a completely different result and definitely a different experience! ➥ Not all Orthodontists are created equally. Where was his/ her education? Does s/he know you by name? Does s/he treat you as if you were a family member? Is s/he a perfectionist, resulting in better care? After considering all these factors, you’ll likely find that in Orthodontics, it’s more than just braces … you’re investing in a result and an experience – a priceless smile that will last you a lifetime! (If you wear your retainer!) competed as a member of the dance team as well as in non-school related events. She served as song leader in her senior year, cheering for the sports teams and also performing in half time shows. As she approached college, Brooke considered studying physical therapy or another body-related discipline. But the further she got into school, the more she knew that her future studies couldn’t be anything but dance. Brooke was accepted into the acclaimed dance program at Brigham Young University in Utah and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree. After graduation, she applied to the Master’s program at the University of Utah. A week before her entrance audition, she tore her hamstring. It was bad timing and a terrible audition ... or maybe not. Disappointed but determined to find another way to pursue a dance career, Brooke decided to move back home to California. She joined
the Savage Jazz Dance Company in Oakland, spending intense and endless hours in training nights and weekends. During the day, she was working the front desk at a physical therapy clinic. But she understood that dance wouldn’t be her “bread and
butter income” long term. Like Taylor, she also planned to have a family someday and wanted a flexible schedule. Inspired by her experience with Pilates during rehabilitation from a serious injury in high school, she also completed her certification as a Pilates

aylor Olsen was born in Utah, moved to North Carolina and then to the San Fernando Valley. As the son of a physician, he always knew he would practice medicine. After returning home from a mission trip to El Salvador – his dad gave him some sound advice. He encouraged Taylor to look for an option that would allow him to make a good living, but also provide the flexibility to spend more time with a family. Taylor was attending UCLA as an undergraduate to complete his studies for a Bachelor of Science degree
in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics. He knew a lot of Dental School students at UCLA, but he had never really considered that as a possibility. Working in a breast cancer lab, Taylor noticed he was doing a lot of work with his hands. In a moment of clarity, he realized that was a key factor in the practice of dentistry. Taylor was concerned that it might be too late to get accepted for dental school in the upcoming year, sharing “I was really behind the eight ball.” Aspiring dental school students normally apply in June for acceptance
in December to start the next academic year. He made a decision to apply in October. The first date available to take the Dental Admission Test was December 5. By that date, many of his friends had already been accepted. It appeared to be bad timing for Taylor. Just in case, he applied to two schools – UCLA and Harvard. He was accepted at both … turned out to be great timing! Brooke is from the Bay area, specifically Walnut Creek. Although interested in dance from an early age, she didn’t seriously start classes until the 8th grade. She said, “Studying basically everything from jazz to ballet to tap, I found very quickly that I was obsessed. Dance was all I wanted to do.” Her years in high school were filled with dance activities. She

instructor. Brooke took a job teaching Pilates at the high-end Sports Club/ LA located in San Francisco. When Taylor was attending Dental School at UCLA, Brooke moved to Beverly Hills to open the club’s new location. Enter her good friend from high school who was attending medical school at UCLA during the same time that Taylor was in dental school; they happened to be best friends. Brooke reconnected with her friend after moving to Los Angeles; he suggested introducing Brooke to Taylor. In November, Brooke’s whole family came to town for a weekend visit to celebrate her birthday. They all attended church together, along with her high school friend, creating a perfect opportunity for an introductions. It was that weekend that Taylor met Brooke and her family. When Brooke didn’t hear from Taylor, she assumed he wasn’t interested. When he finally called late on a Friday in January, she played hard to get. “I didn’t really have any plans that night, but he didn’t need to know!” That didn’t last long, and it was a whirlwind courtship. They
were engaged a few month’s later on Mother’s Day. Brooke says, “We knew what we were looking for and found it.” In less than a year, they were married and subsequently expecting their first child. While Taylor was attending dental school, Brooke worked as a Pilates instructor at Sports Club/LA and danced at The EDGE Performing Arts Center in Hollywood. After attending a series of stilt-dancing classes taught by a famous teacher who worked with Cirque de Soleil, she became part of a dance company called Stilt World. Brooke performed with this group in such famous venues as The Palladium and The Kodak Theater. She even appeared as one of the cheerleaders on the Madonna episode of the hit television show, Glee. It turns out that Brooke isn’t the only one with a performing talent; Taylor has a musical aptitude. He was a member of the UCLA Chorale during his time in Los Angeles and then sang with the Dickens Carolers in Seattle – an a cappella quartet decked out in full period costume. For the last three years, he has participated
in the Disney’s Candlelight Carolers in the Town Square at Disneyland – a magical musical extravaganza that includes a celebrity narration of the Christmas story. And he is also a pianist. When they were planning their wedding, Brooke was on the phone with her family and Taylor was in the other room playing his parents’ grand piano. She points out, “It was so good that my dad asked for the name of the CD!” The family moved to Seattle so Taylor could complete his orthodontic residency at the University of Washington. After living there for 2 ½ years, they began to miss California sunshine. A few months before Taylor completed his Masters of Science in Dentistry and received his Orthodontic Certificate, he started looking for an opportunity to buy a practice in California. Brooke said, “Orange County wasn’t even on our radar screen. We were more LA-type people.” Taylor found an available practice in Westlake Village and contacted a fellow student from dental school as a sounding board. Turns out his classmate had literally just

decided to sell his practice in San Juan Capistrano and offered it to Taylor. Perfect timing? Yes. Olsen Orthodontics was born. Eventually, Taylor added another location in San Clemente when another practice became available just at the point they were ready to expand. Brooke is one of five kids and Taylor is one of four kids, so they shared the desire for a big family. The Olsens currently have 5 delightful children. Their three sons are Kai (9), Beau (7) and Jax (4). Their two daughters are Isla (2) and Olive (6 months). When Brooke was pregnant, Taylor came up with the name of Jax. Brooke always loved the name Isla (pronounced “I-la”) and hoped to use it someday for a daughter. For the newest addition, Brooke and Taylor just couldn’t agree on a name. Brooke proposed the name of Olive and it resonated with Taylor. Brooke explained, “Later, when he was looking at some family history, he remembered that it was his great-great-grandmother’s name.” That settled it!

Kai’s name is the Hawaiian word for “ocean”. He participates in soccer, basketball, cub scouts and karate. He absolutely loves to read and his current favorites are the Diary of Wimpy Kid series. He’s a whiz at math, great at puzzles. His dad describes him as having a “sciencemind”. Legos are his all time favorite toys. But his real passion is raising Monarch butterflies, lovingly tending them from caterpillar through to their breathtaking adult stage. Beau, meaning “handsome”, is known for being a social butterfly. Brooke says, “He makes friends wherever he goes and really knows how to connect with people.” He also enjoys soccer and karate like his older brother. The youngest three are all about play as typical for their ages. Taylor loves to surf, play soccer, enjoy his kids and volunteer with the youth group at church. Being a stay-at-home mom keeps Brooke very busy, but she continues to dance and teach Pilates as well as volunteer
with the women’s group at church. While they mostly like to stay local for excursions, this past spring they joined Taylor’s parents at their timeshare in Playa del Carmen on the coast of Mexico. The family initially moved to Talega as renters in 2008, then relocated to Cazadero in 2010. As they looked around at potential places to live, a close connection with the ocean was important to Taylor. After living in some great cities, Brooke thought it might be too quiet. But, she now loves their community. “We’ve made so many wonderful friends. It’s just a great place to raise a family. There’s always something to do and someone to play with our kids.” There are lots of neighborhood events around the major holidays. In fact, Cazadero is known for being the best spot to Trick or Treat at Halloween. So, be on the look out for the Olsen family’s bright and smiling faces. Their enthusiasm for life in this wonderful place is contagious!

RECIPE TREASURES
Millennial Perspective:
The Negative Impact of Social Media slowly dying. Social media has garnered a reputation as the bane of this generation’s existence. It’s impossible to ignore the rapidly growing number of children, teens and adults that scurry nervously through life, eyes fixed upon their smartphone. Defined as a ‘networking experience’ that ‘encourages relationships’, social media is widely regarded as something that fortifies interaction. However, 40% of participants surveyed in a recent study admitted that they spend more time socializing through online mediums than fostering face-to-face relationships with friends and family. It’s difficult to categorize these types of interactions as true relationships. If we allow this generation to continue its downward spiral into the world of online correspondence, will we lose our identity as a society? “I have 422 friends. Yet I’m lonely,” confesses author and activist Gary Turk in his groundbreaking spoken word poem,‘Look Up’. If social media supposedly connects people, why do we feel like we’re drawn so HUMAN INTERACTION IS
far apart? The answer is simple: our online and offline personas are completely different. When browsing the Internet, we are given bravado through anonymity. Upon creating a Facebook account, one is given a blank slate, and the necessary tools to sketch an idealized life. New research suggests that 1 in 10 social media users, or around six million people, regularly lie about their lives on social media. This psychological pattern of embellishing creates communication issues in the real world. When forced into a conversation with a friend in our social media circle, we feel pressured to perpetually maintain the perfect facade we have spent hours a day creating. How can we truly connect with our friends through the web of lies we have woven for ourselves? Real relationships are built on tears, pain and reality. Those who see us in our most imperfect moments provide us with the most perfect friendships. It is impossible to build a relationship of the same quality with the interference of an idealistic culture. If we
continue to pretend that we live lives of perpetual perfection on the Internet, it will only isolate us further. When the illusion of immaculacy has slowly eroded, we will be left with nothing but a bevy of likes from strangers. In order to encourage honest relationships, it is necessary to first be honest with ourselves. In addition to being obsessed with perfection, we are also becoming addicted to online interaction. A 2011 University of Maryland study examined reports of students who claimed to experience symptoms of substance abuse when abstaining from social media. One student admitted, “I was itching, like a crack head, because I could not use my phone.” Seemingly, it is not just a desire to use social media; it is a compulsion. This addict-like behavior causes us to be in a perpetual state of social media use, further isolating us from our peers. One student confessed that "I have less time for my studies and face-toface meetings with my friends” due to a constant use of technology. In a society where social media has become the standard, it will take deliberate effort to defy the norm. The loss of necessary human interaction is impacting our culture in ways both glaringly evident and frighteningly invisible. The only way change will manifest is through the individual effort - embracing the imperfection and tension that is present in real-life relationships. No matter how frightening the concept, the vulnerability and beauty of real communication is a cause worth fighting for. Rebeccah Glaser is currently a high school senior, looking forward to attending college next year, with a particular interest in communications.

t’s a new year, a time for renewal. That’s when I get organized after a few months of gatherings with family and friends. Besides organizing my files for upcoming taxes, my wardrobe for the cooler months ahead and my health after indulging in holiday cheer, it's also time to get control over my eating habits. This is also a time to take a look at your dog’s diet and weight control. It's a time to get any pounds that can cause health issues to melt away. There are only two ways for weight loss to happen, managing intake and output. In other words, how many calories are being consumed and how many calories are being expended? Today, dogs are fatter than ever. It’s now estimated that 45% of all U.S. dogs are either overweight or obese – representing 35 million dogs! Obesity can be life threatening, too. Exercise. Exercise. Exercise. 40% of American adults do not participate in any leisure time physical activity. So, no doubt our dogs are just as sedentary. In humans, physical activity has been proven to aid in weight loss, reduce heart disease, lower cholesterol levels, decrease the risk of diabetes, control anxiety and depression, lessen the risk of certain cancers and slow bone loss associated with advancing age. We can expect many of these same benefits for our pets. So, get your dog moving. Take a walk. Run. Play fetch. Swim. Climb the stairs. Provide at least 30 minutes of brisk exercise every day to facilitate weight loss. And don't forget to have fun! Sami is a female Border Collie mix, about 5 years young, relinquished by her owners because they had no time for her. This was obvious as she only got to walk about once a week and came to the San Clemente Shelter weighing 36 pounds. She loves most other dogs, playing fetch and has shown a love for long walks. Migratory Bird Lecture
@The Richard and Donna O'Neill Conservancy Start the New Year with a winter morning nature hike. JANUARY 5
Monday Trail Clearing and Weeding
@The Richard and Donna O'Neill Conservancy Join Reserve staff for a Monday morning maintaining our trails! Volunteers: Free Visit www.rmvreserve.org/calendar for more information.
@Rancho Mission Viejo Presentation Center Comparison of weather radar data over the last 50 years has shown major declines in the numbers of birds along many of the major migratory routes, with estimates that in some cases the numbers have dropped by 50% since the 1970’s. Recognition of these declines has intensified efforts to conserve migratory birds throughout the world, in order to protect this unique twice-annual event. Come and hear about this awe-inspiring phenomenon and learn what you can do to help. 7:30am–8:30am Free Visit www.rmvreserve.org/calendar for more information. JANUARY 10, 2015

protecting our native ecosystems by maintaining trails and eliminating weeds. Volunteer efforts make an impact! Drinks and snacks provided. (If you have them, bring work gloves.) 8am–11:30 am Volunteers: Free Visit www.rmvreserve.org/calendar for more information. JANUARY 17, 2015
Astronomy Night
@The Richard and Donna O'Neill Conservancy Visitors traveling to sparsely populated areas are usually delighted to discover how many more stars are visible than at home. If you’ve not yet caught a glimpse of the Milky Way, come out to The Reserve for Astronomy Night where you can still view many more celestial phenomena than elsewhere in urbanized Orange County! Enjoy an evening outdoors, as you gaze into the heavens, learn the constellations, and peer through the telescopes of our volunteer astronomers. Reserve astronomers are all volunteers who enthusiastically share their telescopes and expert sky knowledge with you. (Bring warm clothing, a red-cellophaned flashlight, binoculars and optional beach chair.) 6pm – 8pm Adult: $10.00, Child: $5.00, Supporter: Free Visit www.rmvreserve.org/calendar for more information.
