Project Status • Crushing/hammering blasted rock into smaller pieces to haul off-site. • Began the installation of CMU walls at the proposed pool facility. • Started the in-wall rough-in for plumbing at the pool facility. • Completed the installation of the CMU walls for the proposed restroom facility. • Received all metal trusses and joists for the proposed gym facility. • Received transformers. • Obtained water meter permits.

Project Status • RA-LIN is addressing minor items listed on TSW’s punch list. • The illuminated rail system will be installed at the end of October. • The metalwork panels for the event space bridge will be installed the week after the last concert • The metalwork panels for the stage area will be installed by the end of October. • Additional landscape features at the Fire Department Administration building. • Additional electrical infrastructure for the Amphitheater (power for hoist speakers, including electrical circuitry).
West Pines Maintenance Facility

Project Status • The contractor has completed the installation of the PEMB structure. • The electrical work is currently in place, in addition to the installation of the heater and fan systems. • Staff is coordinating with various utility companies to make connections (GA Power, Comcast, etc.) • The contractor is finalizing the installation of a security system for the facility. • After all utilities are in place, and gravel work is completed, staff will move forward with selecting a contractor for the proposed asphalt and concrete work around the building.
