One major goal of The Wine Exchange is to acquire 5-10 different Lots at each auction
Securing a variety of Lots allows our members to secure a decent portion of many Lots
Members contribute financially and each Lot is distributed pro-rata based on each contribution level.

The Wine Exchange membership provides you with access to wines that are essentially impossible to secure in the open market. Our Trade access through Dover Hall allows our members the opportunity to purchase wines that are only available to Trade buyers And as a major benefit, The Wine Exchange eliminates the heavy retail markup
Each year The Wine Exchange strives to build upon previous efforts from past auctions. Last year we won a total of 7 Lots as we did in 2022. This year we are hoping to hit 10 Lots by expanding our membership. You have been hand-selected because of your desire to collect exceptional wines that can’t be found in other cellars and your expectations are second to none. We hope that you will accept this invitation to be a part of our special membership It is truly a special group and we welcome you!
The Wine Exchange does not charge any fees to support the Willamette Valley, we believe “In Vino Veritas.”
*Results: Shortly after the auction is complete, you will receive an email explaining our final lot winnings and a list including your equity portion of each Lot **Wine Shipments: Each Lot is released by the Vintner(s) and it could take 3 to 9 months to receive your wine. The release timeline process is by design. This way each wine has been properly aged in barrel and is shipped during the time of year when temperature will not have any negative impact on our newly acquired world class wines.
