2024 Willamette Valley Trade Auction

Exclusively 2022 Pinot Noir & Chardonnay

The Wine Exchange Program

KEY WINE CLUB MEMBER & SUPPORTER BENEFITS

This year, The Wine Exchange has expanded its efforts to support the Willamette Valley Wineries Association, by offering to collaborate with key wine club member(s) and/or major winery supporter(s) from each winery in this year's auction This will be an exciting opportunity for the best supporters from each winery to secure their favorite winery's rarest and most exclusive Willamette Pinot Noir and/or Chardonnay This is truly a very special opportunity since these lot wines are only available to the Trade at the Willamette Valley Trade Auction. In the end, the winners of each lot are the only people in the world who will own these specially crafted wines

HOW DOES THIS PROGRAM WORK?

The Wine Exchange (TWE) will work directly with participating wineries to connect with their hand-selected wine club member(s) and/or their major winery supporter(s) Once connected with the interested participant(s), TWE will work strategically to structure the buyer or buying group with the objective of winning the lot(s) of their interest. This effort includes consulting on the lot(s) to determine what level of financial interest they have in said auction lot(s) Additionally, during auction week, TWE will utilize extensive market research and professional conclusions to guide the participant(s) to ensure that their max bid price is competitive and setup for success. Once an agreed-upon max bid price is achieved, TWE will represent the participant(s) at the auction and bid on the lot until a successful bid is achieved or the lot is conceded to a higher bidder If or when TWE wins the auction lot, TWE will pay for the lot and then collaborate with the winning winery(s) and the participant(s) to work through payment and shipping.

HOW MUCH DOES THE WINE EXCHANGE CHARGE?

The Wine Exchange does not markup lots for any reason or charge for this service. This collaborative effort is all about bringing Willamette Valley’s best wines to the wine cellars of the most special Willamette Valley Winery supporters.

HOW DOES PAYMENT & SHIPPING WORK?

The Wine Exchange (aka Dover Hall Experiences LLC) will pay for the lot(s) once the final invoice is issued from the WVWA & Zachys. TWE will then share the paid invoice with participating winery(s) at which point, the winery(s) will capture payment from their winning wine club member(s) and then pay TWE (aka Dover Hall Experiences) Shipping costs will be passed on to the wine club member(s) directly from the winery(s).
