Experienced technicians construct the best systems in any size required.

‘A reliable stainless steel base, perfected over 66 years of experience’ Proven reliability Our many years of experience have provided the basis for the reliability of our booster systems, with all details from hydraulic parts to pipework and control units being developed in-house. Using our own tools and dies we convert high-quality stainless steel sheet metal into high-tech hydraulic components. From these we build a customised pump within a matter of an hour using sophisticated assembly processes. The booster assembly department is strategically positioned alongside our welding shop and skilled electrical engineers. Here all the components are brought together so as to build the best booster systems. Throughout every step of production our employees’ indepth knowledge combines with advanced machines and monitoring & measuring instrumentation accurate to a thousandth of a millimeter, to guarantee that our pumps and systems operate to the highest levels of integrity and reliability.

Every detail of our booster systems is designed by our own engineers.

4

Our stainless steel pumps are at the heart of each system.

Customised systems - competitive prices Smart made-to-order processes make it possible to produce our customised systems just as efficient as batches of standard systems. Together with the wide range of economic and high end pumps and control options, we can always offer you a competitive booster system for your project.

We monitor quality in every step of the production process.

Service friendly design Continuity of water pressure is one of the most important elements in the technical design of our installations. Every booster system that we supply is assembled, programmed and tested in our factory for quick installation and comissioning on site. The smart design of the manifolds makes it possible to “mirror” the manifold on site, allowing connection of the installation to the main water supply on either the right or left side of the booster.

Easy set-up and exchange of components “Flex” flanges in combination with adjustable non-return valves and adjustable “Easy-fit” fittings, make it easy to align the manifolds and set the correct tension during installation and maintenance. This ensures durable and silent operation of the system.

‘Easy installation and short service-time.’

By keeping the pump, motor and control as individual parts we are making the maintenance and replacement of components as easy as possible. You can even service the pump and non-return valves without interrupting the building’s water supply. No part of this drawing may be reproduced without the prior written consent of DP INDUSTRIES

Boosters with DP-Control offer you advanced monitoring and service options. All parameters can be set and monitored with an App. A built-in service log gives you detailed information on urgent and non-urgent alarms.

Thanks to adjustable ‘Easy-fit’ fittings with O-ring seals, it is easy to replace or inspect the check valve without having to disassemble the pump or manifold. It also enables a quick alignment of the pipework.

User-friendly operation through an app using a safe wireless connection

The 100% flow-through manifolds with welded end-caps can accommodate the connection to the main water supply on the left or right side. The position can be selected (mirrored) on site.

Efficient and durable Saving water and energy is important in a world where resources are becoming increasingly scarce. That is why we are continiously looking for ways to make the installations even more efficient and sustainable. The hydraulic efficiency of our pumps is among the best in the world. Every detail is optimised to achieve the last 0.10% of efficiency gains and that also applies to our installations. Our systems already perform above average on energy efficiency and due to their design, meet the strictest European EEI standards for pressure booster systems. Our pumps use energy efficient motors as standard, but we can just as easily produce installations with pumps that meet the IE5 standards to further increase efficiency. In each configuration, increased flow diameters of the pipes and fittings ensure minimal pressure loss.

‘Systems that meet the strictest energy standards in every configuration.’

Smart Control The final gain in efficiency is made by applying the in-house developed DP-Control. This smart control unit regulates the speed of each pump separately and uses intelligent calculations to ensure that each pump runs closest to its qopt to deliver the required pressure and capacity.

Our experts program the system to the application to meet the strictest energy standards.

The right system for the application How do you select the right pressure booster system for your building? An over-dimensioned system wastes energy. That is not a sustainable situation and is more expensive than is necessary. If the system is under-dimensioned it will result in extra noise and a lack of water pressure. Determining the right size of the system starts with an accurate calculation. Technical advisors convert the details from a building into designing a customised booster. By correctly calculating the system based on the periods of average water demand, energy savings are made, peak time water pressure delivered and optimal efficiency achieved.

A booster system customised for the application is a good return on investment. This is particularly true if we apply variable speed control. Using variable speed means that the pumps run more slowly when water demand is low, resulting saving an average of 35% less power than with a simple fixed speed system. Plus, a system equipped with an efficient IE5 motor can save an additional 13% in energy.

‘Optimal performance is achieved differently in every application.’

hydro-unit stainless steel booster systems

We turn top grade stainless steel into high tech hydraulic components.

Care for water quality Every detail of our booster systems, from the design, choice of materials and the organisation of our production processes, contributes to guaranteeing the highest level of water quality.

‘Designed and produced to ensure optimal safety.’

100% flow-through ball valves guarantee the refreshment of water, even in the chambers behind the ball.

14

The hydraulic heart of each booster system is sustainable stainless steel and all components, from pressure vessel to the chamber behind the ball valves give 100% flow-through. This prevents potential (Legionella) bacteria from multiplying in the biofilm of standing water. In our production facility we operate strict safety requirements, and the safety of the test water is guaranteed by purification, constant change and regular sampling.

The manifolds have a welded end-cap and are designed to be as short as possible on one side in order to minimize standing water.

According to European drinking water law and guidelines Each booster system meets the highest European safety standards and carries a CE mark. All fluid contact parts of the system have a drinking water quality mark. The complete range of systems is certified according to the WRAS and ACS standards for drinking water safety.

High hygienic flow-through of the vessel and sensors by using flowjet valves.
