EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE Drake is in an excellent position to regain market share.

Investment is being made in sales, marketing and our delivery capability.

Drake is in growth mode; we therefore want you to focus on winning and delivering work to the highest standard. Be proud and confident that each of you will be responsible for contributing to what will be the resurgence of one of the best brands in the market. DRAKE INTERNATIONAL

Our Executive Committee:

Implementation of the Deputy rostering system for Medox and Flex for major selected clients Improved compliance to reduce worksite injuries (League Ladder Indicators) Digitalizing the Drake Management System (Recruitment, Quality and WHS documentation – process and forms) Reducing credit notes due to incorrect rate card selection in Bond (old rate card errors) Reintroduction of our R&R program: RAPID Improving cash collections to reduce branch ATBs Legal compliance to ensure the Drake Labour Hire License is maintained

FRANK SPIZZO

Chief Financial Officer

The key to exceeding standard profitability and enjoying the resulting benefits is in driving the DFO. Our aim over the coming months will be to work towards achieving a minimum DFO of 1.0 per branch. Investment in sales focused personnel will also help to drive our objectives, as will investment in technology and marketing.

CHRISTOPHER OUIZEMAN

Profit Improvement Manager

One of our standout brands, Medox, has undergone a brand refresh, and with that has come new opportunities, growth and the expansion of the team. In terms of results, Medox have just hit their biggest monthly result for the last decade and the team around the country are very proud. We look forward to reporting more success next quarter with the expansion to new international regions such as Singapore. All in all, it’s an exciting time at Drake as we continue to make investment into the business and drive future growth.

Celebrating Wins

SALES SHAPSHOT

Win Alert Americold is growing to be one of Sherwood’s largest clients as Drake continues to supply staffing services to their temperature-controlled storage facilities. The Drake Sherwood branch were given the opportunity of a trial to provide staff over the last 7 months. During this time, we have seen continued growth in head count, which has been a big win for the Sherwood team and hopefully wider Queensland.

Kristianne has sourced quality talent in line with Americold’s requirements and is averaging an 80% ratio from walk through to confirmed starter which is an outstanding result. This has left only 20% of the staff fill for the other agencies to pick up. Well done Kristianne for your dedication, commitment to service, and for making the most of this opportunity.

Currently there are two other agencies also participating in the trial. We are thrilled to report our Consultant, Kristianne Sukkar, is outperforming the two current incumbent agencies, as Drake is now Americold’s first point of call.

We’d like to introduce our Drake sales star for Q2:

Nathalie Den Doelder Reason for nomination:

Nathalie took on the opportunity as Account Manager for ALDI in Sherwood, which requires 24/7 support. Nathalie has done an exceptional job in providing high quality contractors within strict deadlines. So much so, that we have recently been informed that due to Drake’s continual improvement and service, ALDI will be providing us with the opportunity to supply to the Transport & Logistics department in the coming months (this is the only department we have not had the opportunity to provide staff for). This could not have been made possible without Nathalie’s hard work and tireless dedication. Great Job Nathalie!

JOHN LAW

SKILL SPOTLIGHT

Finance, Melbourne

Onboarding staff is a key feature of our Learning and Development platform, and we need to give a shout out to our latest Training Star!

1. Take control of your own learning Where you see opportunities in your learning style, ask yourself what you need to do to get the most out of this activity?.

2. Understand what holds you back John has been so focused on ensuring he was on track with his modules, he even called Marjie personally to check he had completed them accordingly. We love your enthusiasm for your own learning and development John - great work! Other notable mentions to our newbies completing their modules and dedicating time to their learning:

Tanya Anderson DO in Melbourne

Karen Paynter Legal in Melbourne

DRAKE INTERNATIONAL

Lyndal Mildren DRS in Melbourne

Look at what blocks your success and actively address to ensure you keep yourself in a positive growth mindset.

3. Beware of the inner voice The inner negative chatter can have a major impact of embracing new and different opportunities. When the negative thoughts approach...think how you can turn this into a positive?.

4. Embrace feedback This is the corner stone for being a better version of yourself. Be open and look for opportunities to ask for feedback. This is a skill in itself and will take time to be completely comfortable with both the positive and constructive comments.

5. Lastly, set challenging goals Always look forward and strive for what’s next, both for yourself and your work activities. Keep thinking “where is your next prospect?” and “where is the next sale coming from?.“

SAFETY SPOTLIGHT

Drake Australia is currently working on the development of an electronic version of a Company Management System, which will include WHS, Quality and other aspects of the business. This project is designed to streamline internal processes, remove the administrative burden from the branch network and improve our compliance aspects. The project is expected to take around 6 months to complete. The project team includes Robert Homer (Global IT) and representation from local executive management, WHS/QA, IT and Operation staff. The planning phase of the project is well underway, and we are currently reviewing and updating the documents, information and forms that will be used to produce this new corporate management platform. We are currently developing a library of forms required by the branch network, including Site Inspections, Reference Checks, Injury/Incident Report and Investigation forms. These documents are being given a face-lift and have been designed to be electronically editable. The plan is to allow these forms to be completed using a PC/iPad and being able to access and/or upload the document directly from/to Bond. Until this project is completed and launched, we need to continue to complete all the required compliance aspects and ensure the evidence is available on Bond. Onwards and upwards into Q3!
