We achieve this through eliminating stigmas and limitations and creating a culture of inclusion through the promotion of education, awareness, and mutual understanding.
Equal Employment Opportunities Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) means finding the best person for the job, basing selection only on factors which are relevant to the position. EEO is also about being fair. This means making sure that people are not treated unfairly due to assumptions which are unwarranted, irrelevant or untrue.
Our EEO policy supports the employment aims and aspirations of all people regardless of gender, ethnic or national origins, age, disability, sexual orientation, family status, marital status, colour, race, religious belief, ethical belief, employment status or political opinion.

• When we must print, doing so on recycled and ethically-sourced paper where possible.
• Encouraging the use of and gifting sustainable coffee mugs and water bottles, reducing the personal waste of our staff and supply chain
