Transitioning back to the office After many months spent in lockdown, we are faced with the stark reality of transitioning back to a COVID-normal. For many, this means returning back to the office, being around people and adjusting to life similar to our pre-COVID world. The only difference is that COVID is here to stay. Adjusting to change can be daunting and not always a simple task. It can have lasting impacts on individuals, teams and organisations. As we enter into this transitional period, it’s a time to focus on those things that we have control over and prepare ourselves accordingly. Drake WorkWise are running a Transition Program designed to equip managers and workers with the tools and psychological strategies to survive this transition period and return to the office with minimal disruption.

Who is this program for? The program is designed for all organisations broaching upon a transition back to the office. The complete program includes 2 x workshops, 1 for managers and 1 for workers. You may choose to run only 1 workshop if preferable. You will also be provided with relevant marketing material to assist with employees engaging in this program.
