Privacy legislation protects your personal information. Your EAP provider conforms with the requirements of the Privacy Act. If you want, you can access your information held by Drake WorkWise. If you would like to obtain this information please discuss this with your counsellor.
Confidentiality The Drake WorkWise EAP is strictly confidential, which means your employer: •
Cannot access any of your Drake WorkWise EAP information.

Cannot contact the Drake WorkWise EAP provider or counsellor & enquire about attendance or matters discussed in counselling.

Information can only be released to your employer at your request and with your signed consent.
