Leadership!
What are the most important values to demonstrate as a leader? 1. Operate in the spirit of excellence: Show people better than you can tell them. As a leader, I work with teams and clients so they have hands on experience of working and operating in an excellent way. 2. Be able to Delegate: I know the importance of giving a task to someone who can do it better. I am not a master of everything, those things that I am not great at, I find the person who is able to perfectly complete a task. Doing so births forth an excellent vision. 3. See Far: As a leader, we must see, not what is just in front of us (because that time will past soon). However, see far because you will always have great things to reach for.

Motivation
M
What motivates me? 1. I am motivated by other’s accomplishments. 2. I am motivated by seeing my clients happy. 3. I am motivated by coming close to scratching off items on my “to-do” list.
Vision
Why is vision important? How do you implement vision?
I implement vision by: 1. Setting smaller goals that all lead to the implementation of vision. 2. Celebrating small accomplishments. 3. Eating the elephant by taking on the biggest tasks at the beginning of the week. 4. Having a “to-do” list everyday. 5. Touching goals every day, even if it is only for 15 minutes.

MOTIVATION & VISION
Vision is important because it sets the tone and direction of your life, if you go after it.

Resources
What are some of your favorite tools to use professionally?

BUSINESS TIP
I am old fashioned and do not believe in spending a lot of money on tools. Here’s what I use often: 1. Journal: I write every day and my information is kept in one place for less than $5. 2. App: I am a strategist, my favorite strategy app is “PocketLife Calender.” 3. Health: I need to drink much more water daily, I use “My Water Balance” to help keep me on track 4. Budget: I help clients with their personal finances. I recommend the “Daily Budget Original” app.

STRATEGIC PLANNING TIPS
1. Ask yourself what is the vision (unacceptable to live life aimlessly) 2. Plan for balance, so seek vision for every area of your life (spiritual, physical, financial, social/relational, personal, etc.). 3. Speak the vision (speak into existence. If you don’t write and speak it, it’s not real) 4. Set goals (goals are the steps to get you to vision). Yearly, Quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily. All should align to vision 5. Structure your week (I Love Monday’s Journal). Every Sunday: Praising for. Praying for. Weekly goals. 6. Eat the elephant first (Monday) 7. Accountability partner (life coach, mentors, tribe (iron sharpens iron), prayer partners, friends)- you speak vision here (loose lips sink ships). This is your support. Don’t bring unnecessary warfare to yourself. 8. Celebrate small accomplishments 9. Rest 10. Prayer is a part of planning (strategic implementation). Working on the same goal, but finished quicker with more resources. (When I bring strategic planning to my mentees, it comes straight for heaven). I’m usually writing when in prayer. Strategy is key! Midwife of strategic implementation.

Breakthrough How do you get through challenges?
I often get through challenges by fasting and prayer. Matthew 17:21 “this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.
