BurButler "Peel & Play" sterile, single use,

We are pleased to introduce you to the initial BurButler “Peel and Play” single use, sterile procedure sets available shortly to give you all the burs you will require for a given procedure in one place. The selection of burs for each set have been selected after 40 years of experience by our clinical experts.

Each kit will be individually packed in Tyvak pouches, sterilised by Ethylene Oxide in a verified process. Each kit will be packed in a carton of 60 units.

The BurButler silicon bur stand allow easy and ordered access to the burs you need for the patient procedure. The clear lid will allow you to see the contents. All burs can be removed / inserted one handed with ease

With the required burs available in one set, ready to go will eliminate the need to pick single packed burs from packaging, during a procedure saving time and reducing potential cross infection breaches when handling single use single packed rolls of burs.

Initially we will be launching four procedure sets for ECAT planned for July 1st 2023. Further sets will follow.

1. The two sizes of round carbides RA4 and RA8 are excellent for slow speed removal of decay.

2. The selection of diamond burs , will allow easy access and removal of enamel, dentine and fillings for many restorative procedures. With round end 1.4mm cylinder , medium grit diamonds 6 or 8 mmL

3. The round end diamond 1.6mm is a versatile burs fro restoration removal.

1. Round, steel, latch grip burs for removal of decay

2. Medium grit diamond burs for preparation of facial and axial walls with cylinder of choice: Modified bevel, Round end taper, or Flat end cylinder, medium grit.

3. Prepare palatal surface reduction incisally if required .

4. Ensure adequate palatal reduction for occlusion.

5. Repeat 2, 3 ,4 with FINE grit diamonds for smooth finish and removal of enamel prisms.

A selection of quality burs for veneers preparation.

1. Prepare facial surfaces to depth required with Tri-wheel cutter of choice.

2. Prepare facial and axial walls with cylinder of choice: Modified bevel, Round end taper, or Flat end cylinder using MEDIUM grit for taper, shoulder or rounded shoulder

3. Use cylinders and footballs to prepare incisally as required .

4. Ensure adequate palatal reduction for occlusion.

5. Repeat 2 3 4 with FINE grit for fine margins of your choice taper, shoulder or rounded shoulder.
