WEDNESDAY, JULY 13TH
We travel by motorcoach to Atlanta for a visit to the amazing Georgia Aquarium. This is one of the world’s largest aquariums with more than 8.5 million US gallons of marine and freshwater, housing more than 100,000 animals of 500 different species. Everyone will have a chance to see one of the aquatic shows with dolphins and other sea creatures. If that is not enough excitement for you, then it’s off to the Medieval Times dinner show for the thrill of an authentic Medieval tournament inside the walls of the King’s 11th century style castle. A four-course dinner is included with the show.
THURSDAY, JULY 14TH
Breakfast is included and this morning we travel into the North Georgia mountains to Dahlonega, the site of America’s first Gold Rush. Our group will go into the old Consolidated Mine for a narrated tour and later, pan for gold and precious stones. Who knows, you may strike it rich!
