Join us on this exciting seven-day trip through the Smoky Mountains all the way up to Michigan where we will enjoy many stops along the way.
This trip takes us through the Smoky Mountains into southern Kentucky, through Ohio, and on to Frankenmuth, Michigan, a German-style resort village. Bonner’s Christmas Store is famous world-wide, and after our stop here, we have time to explore in the village. Afterwards, we travel up through the heart of the state of Michigan. Arriving in Mackinaw City, it’s time to board our jet boat ferry to enticing Mackinac Island. We will be met by horse drawn carriages and taken on an interesting carriage tour of this resort island. We see the island, its’ natural beauty, and historic homes on this heritage carriage ride before arriving at the Grand Hotel. Later into our trip, we return to the mainland and motorcoach to southern Michigan to Holland during their 2022 Tulip Festival.
