Discover Table Rock Centre, the famous Floral Clock, and the School of Horticulture. Next, we arrive in the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Stop for breathtaking photos of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario and experience the old-world charm of British Colonial life in Canada. This evening is a real treat, as we partake in a welcome dinner at the Skylon Tower! B D

Don your poncho, stand at the bow of the ship, and feel the mist lightly spray your face as you experience the falls up close and personal. Enjoy the rest of the day to discover all that Niagara Falls has to offer. B

Here, we will be met by horse drawn carriages and taken to the stately Grand Hotel for a 2-night stay. Dinner is in the Grand Dining Room, where you will be treated to a 5-course gourmet dinner & attentive service, surrounded by the lavish ambiance that is the Grand Hotel. B D

Day 6: After a “Grand” breakfast, we are entertained this morning by a carriage ride of this resort island where no automobiles are allowed. Time in the village for lunch, and a chance to relax in our stately resort before another fancy dinner in the main dining room. B D

COLORS OF THE BLUE RIDGE SCENIC RAILWAY

OCTOBER 8 - 10, 2025 #19737 $899 SINGLE $729 SINGLE

Escape into the Blue Ridge Mountains to admire nature’s colors at their best and experience the Bavarian Alpine Village in Helen, GA.

Day 1: Our first stop is Dahlonega, the Appalachian town famous for a certain color: gold! Lunch on your own downtown before discovering “there’s Gold in that Dahlonega Gold Museum!” View massive gold nuggets, mine maps, and equipment. Learn how in 1849, Dahlonega became the country’s first gold rush town, twenty years before the California gold rush. This evening, we’ll dine at the historic Smith House, which has been doling out delicious family-style country cooking since 1922. As the legend goes, the original owner Captain Hall literally struck gold as he broke ground on his home. During a renovation in 2006, an employee punched a hole through the floor directly into a mine shaft! Today the mine shaft opening is the centerpiece of an exhibit that digs deep into the history of Dahlonega at the Smith House. Spend the night in the nearby town of Helen, GA, fashioned as an Alpine Bavarian town. D

Day 2: After breakfast, we head to Blue Ridge, GA to hop on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Southern Living Magazine recently classified the train ride as one of the top five attractions for experiencing fall color. The train snakes through the Chattahoochee National Forest along the beautiful Toccoa River to the mountain town of McCaysville. Here, enjoy the many lunch options available and free time for shopping along Main Street. Then we head back to Helen for additional time to shop and explore, before a Bavarian Oktoberfest dinner and overnight. B D

Day 3: This morning enjoy some free time in downtown Helen. Then we must depart, but not before stopping at Jaemor Farms, famed for produce and gifts of a homegrown flavor. A boxed lunch is included to munch on as we head back home. B L

Day 3: Our first Port of Call is Portland, ME a beautiful fishing town first settled in 1633. The restored brick buildings and warehouses of the Old Port and the fine upright houses of prosperous captains, merchants and shipbuilders make the cities past a living part of its present. Explore the waterfront with its fishing boats chugging into and out of their berths. Buoys clang, harbor seals bark but those shop windows aren’t displaying hardtack, rope or hand salve, though! Juice joints, art galleries, bookstores worshipful temples to coffee, locavore bistros with national press, bespoke menswear designers and gelato shops all jostle for attention. Make sure to check with your Holland America Cruise Host for exciting Optional Land Excursions such as trips to Portland Head Lighthouse & Kennebunkport. B L D

Day 6: Charlottetown is the capital of Canada’s smallest province, Prince Edward Island. Despite its modest size, the city has an impressive number of Victorian houses and buildings & great parks waiting to be explored. For Canadians, it is perhaps most famous as the Birthplace of Confederation. It was here, mostly at Province House, that an 1864 conference led to the creation of the Dominion of Canada. Prince Edward Island is linked to New Brunswick on the mainland of Canada by the eight-mile Confederation Bridge that soars over the Northumberland Strait and is well worth a look on an optional panoramic Island drive. Or discover the farmstead that inspired the setting for L.M. Montgomery to create her beloved tale of a redhaired orphan, Anne of Green Gables. B L D

Day 7: Today we cruise along the Gulf of St. Lawrence, the world’s largest estuary fed all the way from the Great Lakes 750 miles away. View Centuries-old fishing villages which line the mighty waterway that alternates between imposing cliffs and plateaus and broad estuaries filled with fertile islets. Discover the many amenities on board. Should you wish there are three specialty restaurants to try (additional cost). Five dynamic bars to enjoy. Duty free shopping, A Casino and of course you can take in a show at The World Stage Theatre. B L D

Day 8: Few places in North America are as steeped in history as Québec City, Canada. Older than Jamestown and founded before the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock, it is the only city north of Mexico whose original fortifications remain intact. The Québec City historic district, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is still home to religious orders and hospitals that date back to the 17th century. Its Place-Royale would look familiar to the explorer Samuel de Champlain, even with its modern attractions of gift shops and cafés. Discover the beautiful old city with its narrow winding streets. Sample the distinctly French Cuisine and delve into the European charm and character of the first French city in North America. B L D

Day 9: Our final port sadly marks the end of our cruise in Montreal. Enjoy one final breakfast onboard before disembarking. Then experience a short city tour with a local guide before heading to the airport for the flight back to Jacksonville, FL. Here your coach awaits which will whisk you back to Valdosta. Bon Voyage!
