Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours is proud to provide travel experiences ranging from day trips, overnight trips, multi-day trips, international tours, and extended journeys throughout North America. The following information outlines the terms and conditions for booking a trip with Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours. For ease of booking, please indicate the trip number for the tour you wish to register for.
OPTION #1: Book online by visiting our website, www.kellytours.com. Click the “Book Now” link on each trip’s corresponding page. This will redirect you to Tour Store, our secure online payment portal.
PAYMENT OPTION #2: Call Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours with your trip request. Make sure to include your first and last name, address, telephone number, the name of your preferred roommate, departure point, and email address. Where required, you will also be asked for your Date of Birth and Passport Number. You can give the receptionist your credit card information over the phone.
PAYMENT OPTION #3: Mail your payment to: Kelly Tours, 2788 Highway 80 W, Savannah, GA 31408. Be sure to include the trip number, your phone number, departure point, and the name of your preferred roommate.
RESERVATIONS will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. The per-person deposit must be made to confirm reservations.

PASSPORTS are required for all cruises and international trips including Canada.
TOUR PRICES ARE PER PERSON AND INCLUDE roundtrip transportation, coach transport, flight if applicable, hotel accommodations for each night of the tour’s itinerary (we do not provide roommates), all admission and tours listed excluding optional tours (optional tour prices are listed), tour director, baggage handling (where available at hotels), and meals listed by B (breakfast), L (lunch), D (dinner), and R (hotel reception) on the trip itineraries. Tour packages do not include meals not listed, souvenirs, or gratuities for the driver and/or escort. We suggest $4.00 per person/day for the driver and $4.00 per person/day for the escort. Tour prices with airfare included are subject to change based on flight availability and airport of departure. Airline-checked baggage fees are not included.
FINAL INFORMATION INCLUDING departure points and times, hotel phone numbers, luggage tags, what to bring, and an updated itinerary will be mailed out three weeks prior to trip departure.
LUGGAGE SERVICE on overnight tours is limited to one bag per person. You may also bring a small carry-on for which you are responsible. Try not to overpack. Trips involving air travel require payment for luggage at the airport on certain airlines (currently, count on $35/$40 per bag each way). The luggage must weigh less than 50 pounds, or the airlines will charge an overweight fee.
MULTI-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY: On multi-day ground trips not involving flights, there is no cancellation penalty if a trip is canceled before the final payment due date minus any unrecoverable vendor payments. There is a 100% cancellation penalty if a trip is canceled within 45 days of trip departure. On multi-day bus tours involving flights deposits are refundable 75 days or more before departure minus any unrecoverable vendor deposits. On Cruise & International Trips deposits are refundable 95 days or more before departure, minus any unrecoverable vendor deposits.
DAY TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY: Day trip payments are transferable, but non-refundable minus the cost of shows, games or event tickets & any vendor payments which are unrecoverable.
OPTIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Protection is now available for purchase through Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours. Please call for full policy details.
PARKING AND PICKUP POINTS: See page 5 for pickup locations contingent on ten or more passengers.
ALONG THE WAY: Contact Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours if you live along the route of the tour and we will make every effort to accommodate a special pickup point if conducive to the trip’s routing. Please make your request a minimum of 30 days prior to departure.
GROUPS OF TEN: For groups of ten or more, Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours may be able to pick you up in your hometown. Please note that this option requires planning and Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours must approve the additional pickups at least 30 days before the departure date. Additional pickups from our Macon, North Florida, and North Georgia offices may also be added as a pickup location on a per-trip basis. Please note that Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours is not responsible for your car or items left in your car when parked at any of the pickup locations.
TOURS INVOLVING FLYING to a destination require the traveler to meet at the airport unless otherwise noted. Airfare is subject to change.
ALTERATIONS: Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours reserves the right to alter or vary the trip’s itinerary to ensure that quality standards are provided. This would only happen in an exceptional situation and an equal replacement will be substituted for alterations.
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: By booking, financially committing to, and physically traveling on a trip with Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours, passenger(s) do so at their own risk and will indemnify Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours and Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours employees in totality against any claim(s) resultant to any actual or perceived harm caused by potential exposure to Covid 19. In addition, passenger(s) will not hold Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours or Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours employees liable for any actual or perceived harm caused by potential exposure to COVID-19 during a trip.
