The proposed site is a 1.10-acre lot, zoned CMX3 located at the corner of 46th and Market Street adjacent to the Market Frankford Station that runs above market My proposed High School will exhibit student progress over time through a transparent fabrication bay oriented along Market Street toward 47th Street.
