Employment & Education
Housing Center City ranks highest in urban desnity, second only to Midtown Manhattan in New York City. The population grew 16% from to 2000 to 2014. As population increases, new residential units continue to be built, both owned and rented. For rental properties, asking rents on a per-square-foot basis increased as well. It is estimated that the demand for downtown living will continue to increase at a steady rate for at least another five years.
