S I T E L O C AT I O N The 381 acre study area is largely comprised of vacant land owned by Philadelphia Energy Solutions and a PGW gasification plant. The Schuylkill River, Interstate-76, and Passyunk Avenue strongly define the west, east, and southern boundaries, respectively. The northern limit of the site is Moore Street and it is currently connected to the city via Maiden Lane.
