Restrooms can be found in the Auditorium, E Block, Pavilion and SPACE.
Parking Availabilty
Car park 1 and 2 are available for parking. If they are full, RTA parking is available on the service road outside the gates.
The International School of Choueifat, our neighbors, have generously permitted the use of their external parking facilities. If you still cannot find an available parking spot using the first two options, there is additional parking space available on the sand patch, as indicated on the site map.

Boys: 15 players per team (max 10 on the field).
Girls: 12 players per team (max 7 on the field).
Rolling substitutions allowed.
Scoring System
Win = 3 points | Draw = 1 point | Loss = 0 points.
Tiebreakers:
Head-to-head result. 1.
Points difference. 2.
Coin toss if still tied. 3.
Refereeing
Under 16 & 19: Official referees provided.
Under 11-14 finals: Neutral referees provided.
Under 11-14 group games: Schools must agree on a referee.
Contact the desk if refereeing issues arise.
Game Restarts & Conversions
After a Try: Scoring team drop-kicks to restart.
Conversions: Drop-kick only.
Match Play Rules
Boys
Lineouts: No lifting for U11-U14.
Lifting allowed for U16 & U19.
Scrums:
U11 & U12: Uncontested, scrum-half passes to first receiver.
U13 & U14: Contested, defending scrum-half cannot pass the tunnel.
Girls
Lineouts: No lineouts for U12 & U14.
Lifting allowed for U16 & U19.
Scrums:
U12 & U14: Uncontested, scrum-half passes to first receiver.
U16 & U19: Contested.
Rippa Rugby:
U12: Restart with tap and pass.
U14, U16 & U19: Restart with drop-kick.
Knockout Stage & Sudden Death
Draws in knockout games = Sudden death extra time (5 min per half).
If still tied, a coin toss decides the winner.
Player Eligibility & Borrowing
Players can only play in their age group.
Injured teams may borrow younger players from their school, but:
- Must get tournament coordinator approval.
- Borrowed players cannot start and only play after all substitutes are used.
Handoffs
Allowed at all age levels.
Timings
Centrally Timed: Games start and end by hooter.
Match Duration:
- U16 & U19: 10 min per half.
- U11-U14: 7 min per half.
Weekend Variations:
- Saturday 10s: 10 min halves, 2 min halftime.
- Sunday 10s: 7 min halves, 1 min halftime.
- Girls: 7 min halves, 1 min halftime.
Scoring Zones
No goalposts - Tries scored in marked zones = 7 points.
Player Discipline
U14 & Above:
Red Card: Player is ejected from the tournament and reported to UAERF.
Yellow Card (Sin Bin): Player must stand behind the opponent’s goal line for at least 2 minutes.
U11-U13:
No cards used.
Referee may ask for a player to be substituted for the rest of the match.
Reminders
Age Restrictions: No overage players allowed in U11 (per primary school regulations).
No Playing Down: Players cannot compete in a lower age category.
