Dear Naya, So, my QuinceaĂąera is at the Beach, and catering is too expensive. Can we ask our guest to bring a dish enough to feed 50 people? -Maria, DC Dear Maria, You can certainly ask them, but you know many guests will call you anyways and ask if they can bring something. You shouldn't hesitate to ask, and I am sure you won't get any pushback...it's the Latino way!
Naya Perez is an honor roll student with big dreams and aspirations to pursue. She lives in Maryland and is proud of her Latino heritage. Naya sits down to read every question that her readers submit and makes an honest effort to answer them accordingly. Please send your questions to info@dulcequince.com for our next issue.
Dear Naya, I have friends who have been pressuring me to drink and I'm too afraid to tell my parents. What can I do? - Teresa, CA Dear Teresa, I am not expert, but if it were me, I would tell my parents. Honestly, they are not your real friends if they pressure you into anything that is wrong. Dear Naya, One of my friends is always getting bullied, and I want to stand up for him. What should I do or say? - Esmarelda, MD Dear Esmerelda, Bullying is a serious matter and should always be reported to school officials and parents. Whatever you do don't confront the bully, but your friend should tell his parents, and you also should tell your parents. If your parents are friends with his parents, then this may help with getting the school to do something about it.
Dear Naya, I want to help my parents with my Quince, so I thought this summer I can get a part-time job. What jobs are out there that won't take much of my summer away? - Abigale, OH Dear Abigale, Babysitting is a way to make instant cash but can be tedious. Also, check local summer camps for jobs because your typical work week is weekdays, leaving your weekends free, and you work outdoors. Dear Naya, I am trying to decide whether to wear a Tiara for my Quince. What is the protocol for wearing a Tiara? - Carla, TX
Dear Naya, My Quince is next year, and I want to know when I should start planning? - Alex, WA Dear Alex, Planning a Quince takes a lot of time, and the first place to start is finding the place where you will host your Quince. If you have it close to your Birthday, then be sure you give it at least nine months to a year for the place. Many venues are booked more than a year out, so the sooner you find your party place be sure to book it.
Dear Carla, It is your day, and you will look amazing whether you wear a tiara or not. Sometimes it can depend on your hairstyle, so figure out how you want to wear your hair and then decide.

s a teen, you don't want to miss a thing! You want to be in everything and everywhere to make your mark. While this is pretty awesome, it is also unrealistic and exhausting. Your friends will still be there even if you choose some time alone because this is a time to reflect on your life.
Me time allows for reflection and adjustments not always known with the everyday rigor. School work is exhausting and keeping up and making the grade is tiring. Afterschool activities that keep you fit or you enjoy is rewarding, but also can get overwhelming.
Relax on your porch and watch the sunset, grab a cup of hot chocolate or a cold glass of ice tea and listen to nature. The peace you will find when it is "me time" is profound! Your time is your time, and it should be for you and not others. g

Great ways to spend time with yourself can be taking walks, shopping, catch a movie or reading your favorite book. You also can take on a day of pampering by getting a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. Sometimes, you can just vegetate and do nothing at all. Sure you can do this with the girls, but why? You talk about the same things, and it passes the pampering time to quickly.

his is an exciting moment; your party is coming soon!
We’re sure you already dreamt about your party and how it should look, so we decided to put together a quick guide both for those who want to hire a professional event designer and those who want to venture into designing the party themselves.
EVENT DECOR the basics Claudio Fernández EVENT LINENS & DECOR
Although this doesn’t expect to be an exhaustive how-to guide, it will undoubtedly give you some essential pointers you can use to get things done better and more efficiently.
Should I buy/rent or hire a designer? That is the first decision you have to make, and you have three primary options. Many think hiring a designer will be too expensive, while in reality is many occasions is not only the most convenient option but also the most economical. The math is simple: an event designer will rent you beautiful decor pieces at a fraction of what would cost you to buy them, and on top of that they will put the decor for you and break it down after the event, leaving you free to enjoy your party.
14
The other two options are either buy or rent the decor, put the event together yourself and then sell or return the decor after the party is over. If you have several months ahead to work in your decor, lots of help and (ideally!) you already know someone who may buy the decor after the party, go for it, this may be a good option for you. Just make sure you can follow the deadlines for every step of the process, you don’t want to end up with la tia and la abuela running around the ballroom finishing the decor minutes before the party begins!
Dulce Quince Magazine / Spring/Summer 2018
The Seating Layout The seating layout is an often overlooked but quite important step, as many vital questions are answered here, like “how big should the tables be?” or “where do we place the dance floor?” An event designer can help you answer all those questions, using the ballroom’s blueprint and computer software to place the tables on the floorplan as they design the layout with you.
Themes: a great starting point Go ahead and check all those fantastic themes and design on Pinterest! And while you do it, ask yourself what you like from each of those designs. Is it the color scheme? The centerpiece? Take note of everything, and if you are working with a designer, show them your notes and cross-check your faves against the designer’s themes. Try to use as many of the pieces the designer already has in inventory to achieve the same look and feel you want, hat will allow you to complete the decor package much faster and it may help lower the cost. If something is not currently in stock, work with your designer to incorporate the new pieces into your decor.
S

DIYers, use your money wisely! If you decide to go the DIY road, remember that you can mix and match rented and purchased decor elements. For instance, you can save money by renting the linens, which will leave more cash available for you to buy unique centerpieces or floral arrangements not available for rent in your area. By doing that you will be getting the most “bang for the buck” since unique centerpieces will help you set your party’s decor apart much better than the linens alone.
Linens: the basics There are many different tablecloth styles, but it is crucial for both DIYers and those planning to hire a designer to be able to identify the most popular ones, polyester, satin, pintuck, crinkle, embossed, rosette, and sequin. The same styles and colors are available for runners, overlays and chair sashes for you to match the style across your decor. If you’re on the DIY road, try to order your linens from the same company, although at first glance it may seem like all the companies selling linens Visit eldmd.com/basics online offer the same product, to see pictures of these nothing could be further from tablecloth styles and more! the truth, quality (and color hues) vary quite a bit. You will find that the “navy blue” from company “A” looks quite different from the “navy blue” offered by company “B.”
Tell your photographer about the LED curtains The brightness of the LED lights make difficult for the photo and video cameras to take good pictures, and that may result in your photos looking little too dark. To prevent that issue, your photographer will have to use what is known as “fill light” and calibrate it very precisely, so both you and the background look good in the photos. Just let them know you’re using LED curtains or a ceiling skylight kit as part of your decor, so they take the appropriate flashlights with them to ensure your pictures look fantastic!
But wait! There is more! We’re missing many other aspects of your party’s decor here (chairs, centerpieces, backdrops, uplighting, ceiling drapery, favors, photo setup, etc.) but we hope this article helped you get started. Regardless if you are planning to hire a designer, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@eventlinensanddecor.com or call/ text at (240) 464-5601 if you think we can be of any help to you or your family. The
We all have that pesky visitor that never fails and comes every month like clockwork. You'd think you were paying bills, but nope this visitor just can't catch a hint. Your visitor usually comes with a name such as an aunt Mary, aunt Flo or whatever you choose to name your monthly friend.
Now, what sort of protection will you use? There are so many items to choose from like tampons or pads, name brands or generic. You do have the choice to use both depending on your mood and what makes it most natural for you. If you are athletic, you may feel the need to wear a tampon because it allows fewer restrictions and more flexibility in your active lifestyle. A pad can come in thin protection to ultra thick for more substantial protection. Every young teen should talk with their mother about what is best for their cycle. A pad is most uncomfortable but can be more reliable and safest. Tampons have been known to be the leading cause of TSS (toxic shock syndrome).* Toxic shock syndrome, although rare it holds life-threatening complication of certain types of bacterial in-

fections affecting menstruating women, especially those using super-absorbent tampons. Some teens girls may experience a short few days of their period while others have to endure several days to even a week or more. The last thing to remember is finding all the remedies to get you through your period. Your mom experience in finding many over the counter remedies for pain, bloating and some irritability. Your mom has natural resources like a heating pad or a hot water bottle to help combat your discomfort. Overall, get plenty of rest during this time. Be aware of your change in attitude because one day you may be a sweetheart and the next you may take someone's head off. You are going through a hormonal shift and most days you can adapt and overcome primary obstacles and later become lethargic and irritable. Make every effort to keeping your attitude in check during these times because you may lose friends and that will only add to your emotions. Whatever you choose to use is up to you, but be safe and know that becoming a woman can also be messy. g

The Forgotten Meaning of

et’s try something: When you are not driving or speaking to your boss, grab an electronic device and type “synonyms for health.” One of the initial sites that comes up is “Thesaurus.com,” which lists “energy” as the first synonym. Notice that nowhere are the words “diet” “calorie counting” “one-hundred daily abdominal crunches” or “swimsuit model.” Therefore, why does it feel like “healthy” is so often related to weight, facial-beauty, and/or body shape? The answer to the above question is not straight forward. To start, there are numerous commercials that advertise fad-diets with actors excitedly stating, “I am so much healthier now that I have lost weight with ‘this’ diet!” Another example is fitness models on a magazine or television. Sure, they may look great, but their physically fit
Well, that’s completely fine! I will never ever tell anyone not to eat dessert, especially since I eat a small dessert daily and often have a few highly caloric beverages on the weekend. gized, and physically fit requires two secret ingredients: eating well and moving. You probably just rolled your eyes, but the thing is, it is extremely possible. Once you get on the “eat-welland-move” track you will never want to go back to the old days where you were asleep at work or school, even though you swear you slept eight hours the night before.
One of the reasons I am invested in the true meaning of health is because of my job as a traveling personal trainer, where I go to each client’s home or office. From the beginning I have encouraged my clients to focus on how they feel inside, specifically their energy levels. I discourage clients from focusing on a number, appearance, or outside comments. posts to create a strong and clear color story for Spring/ Summer 2018. Metallic. Say what you will about this fabric, but it’s always somewhere in a runway show or in a futuristic wardrobe. This season so many Anoraks, trainers and dresses have
been designed with a metallic fabric instead of a plain matte color. To be quite fashionably correct and always giving credit where it should be given, every fashion girl knows this really isn’t a trend per se. It appears and then reappears. However, taking our cue from Old Hollywood Starlets and 60’s British Mod ’s you can style this into the 21st century with your jeans and favorite trainers to take your look from basic to all-out megastar in no time at all. Try styling metallic high top trainers with your favorite jeans to give an added pop to your outfit or wearing a full-on dress to bring summer shimmer to an already pretty spring day!

Fully saturated and spectacularly bold, going head to toe with a monochrome color palette is a fun and fashionable way to break with the monotony around you. This trend is for the one who wants to look totally different from her friends and says hello before she can even speak to a passerby. Spring brings more sunshine and longer days but also comes the uniform of more pastels, florals and the all but ubiquitous ripped jeans and the cutoff shorts brigade. Going monochrome is a chic way to dress and to stand out in a very uniform world. Here are some elevated examples to get your creative juices flowing. Finally, at the end of the day be your own kind of creative, the people that we most remember are those who are unashamedly themselves. Iris Apfel said in a famous quote, “When you don’t dress like everyone else, you don’t have to think like everyone else”. g Spring/Summer 2018 / Dulce Quince Magazine

They say the "Eyes are the windows to the soul," so remember they should feel as good as they look. Applying makeup techniques will only go so far if you have not taken care of your skin. Get an adequate amount of rest, use a good moisturizer and eat a healthy diet to allow your eyes the glow they deserve.

2. Liner Choice Is Important
3. The Height of the Eyebrow Arch
Using highlighter shadow, lightly dust into the corner of your eyes. This technique will brighten your eyes. You will need to swipe the highlighter into the corner “V and dust under bottom lashes a tad.
A black liner will close up your eyes, making them look tighter and fiercer. A white eyeliner will open up your eyes, making them look larger and brighter. White eyeliner is great for those with smaller eyes.
Add height to your eyebrow arch by blending highlighter directly under your brow in a continuous upward motion.

4. Hooded Eyelids Use crease shadow to make your eyes look
bigger and fuller. Take the shadow and place it a little higher than your natural crease, but be sure you blend out well.
5. Before Shadow Application Prime your eyes first and then add a neutral or white base to your lids
ADOBE STOCK
1. Highlight The Corners
because this will intensify your eyeshadow and make it last longer. Eye Primer is a must for powder shadows, but is for all types of eyeshadow for all-day wear!
6. Blending Your Smokey Eye Hold your blending brush at the end and lightly swipe in a windshield wiper motion by applying medium pressure, but don’t overdo it!
7. Those Lashes Tho’ Apply two coats of mascara! Make sure the first layer dries before applying the second. Also, you can use a coat of translucent powder in between coats. It intensifies the length and volume.
8. Conceal Under Eyes Use concealer to hide under eyeshadows or to brighten the eye area. Apply your foundation first, then apply your concealer. Same shade concealer to just conceal. Go a shade or two lighter to highlight the eyes and add some concealer. If you are applying/ blending the concealer with your fingers, be sure to use your ring finger. Moistened blending bud is best.
9. The Perfect Wing Liquid eyeliner is the recommended way to accomplishing the perfect wing. If you are a beginner, the use of tape at ends can make guiding you easier. Just
line up a piece of tape with the corner of your eyes at a slight angle. Start application on the lash line at the middle and work your way towards the inner corner of the eye.
10. Under the Lashes Use a dark shade of eyeshadow at the bottom area of your eye. Smudge it out and clean it up with concealer if needed. Adds a dramatic depth to the eye! Remember highlight the inner corner too!
11. The Right Brush Some brushes can make or break your fabulous looking eyes. Cheap brushes are can be thin and rough and may lead to a splotchy outcome. The brush makes the blend, so always do your homework because not all inexpensive brushes are no good.
12. Eye Health Taking care of your eyes is key to younger looking eyes. Moisturizing prevents fine lines and helps with the elasticity. When applying moisturizer never rub, but dab in a circular motion around the eyes to help with circulation. Using cucumbers, and ice masks can also reduce the puffiness around the eyes and make them appear bright. No amount of makeup can fix the issues of fine lines, puffiness or dark circles, so be sure you are as fixated on the health of your eyes. Avocados, Salmon, and walnuts are a few beneficial foods to add to your diet for great looking and healthy skin. g Spring/Summer 2018 / Dulce Quince Magazine

A job is a significant milestone in a teens life because you gain a sense of responsibility and it feels great. A job is genuinely empowering. A rewarding summer would be one where you volunteer at a facility that is in need of help but can't afford to pay. The beach is usually a must with hot white sand making its way through
every inch of your toes and the sight of the crashing waves. Protect your skin when out in the elements because you
can endure horrible sunburn or worst you can get skin cancer. The sun is hot and bold, but it is not an element to reckon with, so admire the beauty the sun offers, but protect your skin. A great vacation place is a cabin on the lake. The lake is usually more refreshing and not overcrowded like the beaches. You have time to reflect on the things in your life while admiring natures beauty. Tall green trees, chirping birds and perhaps waterfalls. The mountains are

Enjoying your summer at home has its rewards as well. Staying home allows you to spend less money, and you don't have to trek a long way to have fun. Summer fun is not always about being with others; it is also a time well spent by yourself. Pamper yourself at the spa, nail salon or even by the pool. iersten was born in Rockville, MD at Shady Grove Hospital on March 5th, 2003. She currently attends High School in Hagerstown and is in the ninth grade. Kiersten loves eating out with her disabled brother Zac because he is the sparkle in her eyes. Her favorite subject in school is Science. Her favorite animals are dogs and horses. She has three dogs Chili, and Pep which are both bulldogs and Miley who is a Borador. Kiersten is a beautiful young lady with a big heart for those she encounters. She has many great dreams and aspirations. If you were to meet Kiersten, you would instantly describe her as a genuinely loving and caring young lady. You can see the love and passion she carries in her for her friends and family. Kiersten likes to keep things simple and casual. What we mean is that she loves her leggings and jeans and has no quorums about dressing it down to suit her style. Kiersten has endured a long journey in such a short time of her young teen life but has managed to rise above. The one thing that gets under Kiersten's skin is seeing someone getting bullied or picked on. You see, Kiersten is all too familiar with this and had to endure the wrath and the pain from others who were plain old ugly inside. Because so much love surrounds her, she has found her place of peace and gained a bit of wisdom throughout her travels.
Kiersten will always advocate for love and kindness, and you can see it exuding from her personality every day. Kiersten enjoys the art of cosmetology and hopes to follow that path someday. She enjoys modeling and fashion, and her mom’s best friend Bella is her inspiration. When Kiersten wants to rock out to some good music, you can assure it will be to either Ariana Grande or Selena Gomez. She lets her hair when she hops on top of a beautiful horse or traveling to see the world. Empanadas are Kiersten's favorite food, but she is partial anything that her grandfather is cooking for her. When Kirsten is not hanging out with friends, family, or modeling or riding a horse, then she may be curled up on the couch watching a scary movie. g

Protecting oneself is a right we all should take seriously. Every person should know how to defend themselves in case their safety is under attack or compromised. There are so many items you carry in your purse or in your pockets that could potentially stop someone from hurting you or even abducting you. lways be on guard even when you believe you are in the safest environments. There are several critical spots on the body that can help you to safety when being attacked. The predator may have an advantage over you, with their physical strength. It is essential for you to depend on the element of surprise by using some vital defensive tips. Be sure you are swift and hard when you strick a predator. Don't hesitate because this is a life or death situation. If you don't get this right, it will only agitate the perpetrator even more.
How to possibly free yourself from being tied up. Be sure that you leave room for space and air by clenching your fists. When your fists are released, it can create an excess of space. If your body is being tied up, inhale so that your diaphragm and lungs expand. This technique creates more space and causes your ties to be looser giving you a better chance to escape. hh, love!! The magical four letter word that one has reinvented across the cosmos. What makes you think he is the one? How much do you know about him and what makes you believe he is a keeper? These are questions you should ask yourself before taking the plunge. Looking for that so to speak "perfect" boyfriend is overrated and honestly not realistic. Everyone is flawed and knowing this can read a false positive when choosing a boyfriend. Here's the thing, be sure to choose wisely and weigh your emotions against your mindset.
Do you let your girlfriends have a part in how you choose your mate? If so, how much of their opinion rests on your outcome and ultimate decision? A bit of advice is not to allow your friends to be the deciding factor, but their opinion should matter because they care about you. However, be warned of the so-called jealous friend who would stop at nothing to break you apart. Be sure you are of sound mind when receiving information from a jealous friend because they may put doubt in your heart and make you second guess your decisions. Try to step back and make a cons-
cious effort not to assume or overreact to situations that you don't have all the pieces to. Things you should consider when contemplating if he is the one. Is he a gentleman in front of others as he is in private? Does he listen to your feelings when you most need him? Does he let you share your ideas? How does he handle a disagreement? How well does he react to criticism? Can he give you unbias advice that makes you think? Does he challenge you to keep you motivated? Will he give you the last bite of his food? Remember that he is not the only one on stage for an audition. Remember you are not dating him to change him, but because you have chemistry. It is not wise to focus on the things he does wrong but to focus more on how he treats you. The best relationship derives from a sound foundation with respectful expectations, yet it is the trust, understanding, and commitment that will stand against the odds. A keeper is one who above all cares about your feelings, your ideas, your sense of privacy and your sense of self. He will not only act like a gentleman but be one without hesitation. g

mily is a creative young lady who enjoys dancing, volleyball, and soccer. Emily aspires to become a professional dancer and hopes to attend the University of Maryland College Park in the Fall of 2019. Emily's Quinceanera was on March 19, 2016, at the Montgomery County Agricultural Fairground. She wore an elegant teal gown full of layers, stunning beading, and decadence. She wore sparkling rhinestone studded heels. Her court of honor consisted of five Chambelanes and four damas. The Chambelans wore some snazzy tuxedos in black, with champagne vest, bow tie, and sporting tails. The Damas wore layers of champagne chiffon with a strawberry shaped dress.
Rain did not put a damper on Emily's extravaganza!! She and her court of honor rolled up in their stretch Hummer limo. They stepped out of the limo striking poses. The cake table set in a rosetta tablecloth and the Cake was in layers of Tiffany blue and white. Emily and her Damas dance in colors of the Panama flag with vibrant red, blue and white while her chambelanes wore straw hats as they set the dance floor on fire. She had a candy table with mounds of delicious sweets for her guest. The dance floor saw many dance styles throughout the day with laughter, joy, and appreciation. The guests enjoyed a fabulous buffet-style feast. While they ate, they had the honor of watching this amazing young beautiful lady blossom over the years on the screen. As the day began to wind down, Emily was wearing a gorgeous white cocktail style dress as she bid all of her guests a big thank you and goodbye. g

It is true that, in the world of Quinceañera parties, there are trends that change and fall in and out of style, however, it is a great chance to showcase what you like.
For your party, think of a theme that reflects who you are, what you like, what makes you happy and gets you in a good mood. Nobody expresses who you are better than you. The Pageant Queen's
Dulce Quince Magazine had the pleasure of spending time with two Queens in our area. Winning titles and persevering to be more....Here is what they have shared with us. Both my parents are from Honduras, but I was born here in Maryland. I held the Title of Miss Appalachia 2018, Miss Maryland Latina, 2017 and currently competing for Miss Maryland 2018
Lelyรกn Velez, born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico is senior at Milford Mill Academy and will be graduating this June of 2018 with her Cosmetology license. She completed the cosmetology vo tech program at Milford Mill Academy along with numerous AP and honors courses and making history at her school with a leadership position. She will be furthering her education at Virginia Tech where she will be majoring in Biomedical Engineering and minoring in Business. How do you manage school and pageants? I manage my time wisely, but school always comes first while Lelyรกn likes to prioritize and schedule her days to make things less tense and manageable without procrastinating. Priorities are what matter most.
How do pageants help to support women? Pageants give young women a platform to express themselves which provides us with something to do other than taking part in athletic activities. Not everyone is built to be an athlete. Noelia has experienced a personal benefit in developing more confidence, better speaking skills and capturing new friendships.
Why did you choose to be a Pageant Contestant? I chose to be a pageant contestant because I wanted to get out of my comfort zone. Lelyรกn likes having a voice and being able to appoint problems. Being a role model for younger Latinas coming up, and a marker/beacon to those looking to build confidence when they feel they don't exude it. Lastly, to represent the Latin community as well.

What are you hoping to come out of being in these Pageants?
Lelyán hopes to help younger latinas find themselves. When I was younger, I used to watch pageants all the time on television and never thought I'd be competing in them today until I gave it a shot.
What is your Platform?

Lelyán - My platform is to bring awareness to people suffering in silence. Mental illness is very much real, and there are a lot of people out there that are going through it but are afraid to speak up. To let them know that they are not alone, and that no one will judge you for feeling the way that you do.
Lelyán says enjoy the entire process of the competition, and the preparation as much as you enjoy winning. Have fun with every aspect of the pageants because many people wish they were in your spot.
What would you say to those looking to explore the Pageant circuit? Lelyán believes that the pageants are an excellent source for networking, meeting people that you would have never crossed paths. They are exuberant, entertaining and fun. Noelia - Pageants are not what you think it might be or what the media portrays. It is a platform for incredible opportunities!
Have you experienced any embarrassment being in the pageants? Although Lelyán has not experienced any embarrassments; She believes it's about how you bounce back that will create a character and make a name for yourself. Noelia -I tripped on stage while walking. But I owned it and kept walking.
What do you want to do with your life? I want to be the next Miss America!, if I get the opportunity to be. But if not, I for sure am going to finish college with a double major in sociology and criminal justice and one day work for a federal agency. Work as an FBI agent and fight crime! I watch criminal Minds way too much.

Why Attend A Quinceañera Expo? Upcoming Quinceañera Expos
Quinceañera Expo Arlington May 6, 2018
Holiday Inn, Arlington, VA
Quinceañera Expo Laurel October 7, 2018
Hilton, Laurel, MD
Quinceañera Expo Frederick January 13, 2019 Clarion Inn, Frederick, MD
So what is a Quinceañera Expo? A Quinceañera Expo is a place where you meet the many planning professionals face-to-face that are showcasing their products and services for your Quinceañera. The Expo also is a place to take a tour of the venue and meet the staff. You will also have the opportunity to do tastings, see demos and more. You should take the information from every vendor even if you already have that vendor for your Quince. Perhaps, you need a backup, or your cousin has her Quince, and you can pass along those vendors information to her. The Expo is a great experience learning new ideas, great inspiration and tips for your big day.
My Quinceañera is DIY! Although you are planning a DIY Quinceañera, you can still find inspiration. Many professionals like florists may do a demo at their table. Most vendors bring in several items and set up displays that are full of inspiration. Even if you do not use anything from them, you may walk away with a new idea. The experience is full of detailed inspiration that you may admire.
I have already booked all my vendors for my Quinceañera. Good point, we’ve got you covered. While a typical expo has many vendors for your Quinceanera, there are also other vendors who sell at the show. And don’t forget about all of the freebies and samples. You are looking for a new hairstyle, and you may meet one at the show doing a Demo. Lastly, what happens if one or more of your vendors double booked and can no longer service your Quinceañera? An Expo presents a great opportunity in making new contacts in the event your vendor is no longer available for your Quinceañera. It is no fun in having to ruffle through the yellow pages to find that replacement. We are not suggesting that you replace your vendor for your extravaganza, but to help you with other vendors you may still
be in need of and the chance to meet them face to face.
Fashion Shows are all the Rage!! Come check out the latest and hottest Quinceañera Gowns for the current season. You can even try some dresses on from the Boutique that has a brought a plethora of gowns to the expo. There is nothing like seeing a gown up close and personal to know what you like. Also, each gown designer has their unique design, and an online photo does these dresses no justice.
