What are Chemical Emissions? • Chemical Emissions (fumes) are released from the paint into the air whilst painting and as paint dries. You can often smell these for days or weeks after, but even if you can’t smell anything they can still be there!

How are they different to VOCs • All VOCs are chemical emissions, however there are other materials in paint not classified as VOCs that are also chemical emissions. • Note: Very Low VOC paints can still have HIGH Chemical Emissions.

Dulux UltraAir has Ultra Low Odour We tested Dulux UltraAir in blind odour testing with consumers and professional painters. Dulux UltraAir rated as having significantly less odour... “There is very little odour coming out of the paint can which is great. I believe there would be very little time required after painting, especially an interior room before being able to live in it again which is ideal for my clients.”

“It has almost no smell! This is the weakest smelling paint I have ever come across. I’m sure this would be better for my health compared to other paints.”

“There was barely any smell at all. If I had a blindfold on, I would not know I was smelling paint.”
