This is a great way to get experience tutoring, help build your community and meet new people. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! FOOD AND FICTION FRIDAYS (Tweens, Teens) Fridays 3 - 5 p.m. Grab a book, relax and read! Feed your bodies and your minds in this read-in. Time will be split between quiet reading and talking about our current and favorite books. Snacks will be provided.
HOMESCHOOL LEARNING LAB (Teens) Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. The Homeschool Learning Lab is a program that allows homeschoolers time and space to come together in the library for social, educational and fun programming. Each week, we will have a different activity. Parents are always invited to facilitate a lab.

Join Uptown Glamor for a three-week sewing class where students ages 10 to 15, alongside a parent, learn the basics of sewing and fashion design while building character. Learn to sew on youth-friendly sewing machines, use patterns and take your own measurements to create wearable garments. Strengthen mathematics skills as you create your own fashion brand. Every class ends with a fashion show for students to showcase their work. You even get to take home what you make throughout the course! All supplies included.
TEEN ZINE (Teens) Mondays, Mar. 6, 20; Apr. 3, 17; May 1, 15 5 - 6 p.m. Are you a writer, an artist or an editor? Join the Teen Zine staff to start North Regional’s first self-published magazine! We will meet on the first and third Monday of every month and publish two to three zines each year. Let your voice be heard!

Come and join us for our open MakerDays to learn about 3D printing, robotics, alternative energy and more! Explore different types of robots, build a small motor and create an object to print. The possibilities are endless! No tech experience required! These programs are great for families and are open to all ages.
