Have you read a book that was made into a movie? If so, write a short essay of 150 words to receive a prize. Pick up a recommended book list from the front desk. Essays are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 19.

Oct. 22: DIY Jewelry – Learn to make a variety of funky jewelry, and take home your creation! Nov. 15: DIY Melted Crayon Art – Learn how to make the coolest art just by melting crayons! Melt your own at this program, and take home your creation.

Thursday, Oct. 4 3 - 4 p.m. Come celebrate Banned Books Week and your freedom of expression by making different word magnets! We’ll chat about different banned/challenged books and recycle old books into magnets. We’ll also enjoy some pizza!
