Originally from central New York State, Debbie has resided in Naples for almost three decades. As a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Naples Area Board of Realtors, Debbie has over 20 years of experience in the Naples luxury market and is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in many different communities, ranging from private homes to beachfront condos and golf course communities. Previously specializing in high-end Residential Leasing, Debbie now brings her extensive market expertise to the sales arena. In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her new grandson, and being active outdoors boating and kayaking on the beautiful Gulf waters and spring-fed rivers throughout the state of Florida.

A New England native, Katie has lived and worked in Naples for over 20 years. From an early age, creativity has been prevalent in her life. She gained experience in the real estate field early, becoming a property manager at age 20 for a company in Old Naples with over 70 vacation rentals. Her knowledge of the Naples area along with an eye for design and branding landed her an opportunity in the marketing department of a leading real estate company.
