Welcome

The bulls are exceptional and ready to go to work. They exude style, power and perfor mance and will enhance any herd’s bottom line. A special thanks to our hard working crew. Lindsey heads up the crew doling out daily duties and the hard task of record keeping in Cattle Max. Scott Lehman did another fine job managing cattle and breeding everyone all while having both hips replaced, WOW! Pat ran in circles fixing and repairing equipment and managing the hay fields and ground work. Garret Bosse was back working the show barn and showing. An drew Lyle, a new member, worked the show barn, showed and was on the road haul ing cattle to various locations. Gina Sheets is learning all facets of the cattle indus try and is counted on daily. Eric Montgomery once again was a huge help this winter when things get tough!

John Ferguson, Owner. 440-478-0782

The ET Program is as strong as ever and most of the offerings have perpetrated from it. We have again scoured the country and invested in top bulls including STCC Tecum seh, Remedy, Counter Time, Fort Knox, Coleman Glacier and Coleman Ace. The breds were AI’d predominantly to sexed semen which brought our percentage down somewhat. So we have decided to offer every first calf heifer that was confirmed AI bred. It’s a very deep set. There are about 6 to 8 top donor prospects that need serious consideration. The show prospects will take some serious heat and actually have already had some great success. They will go on to produce top herd prospects.

Ryan Rowland, Lindsey’s husband, is always there helping out wherever needed. Without a great team this could not be accomplished! Our family has been so blessed with good fortune and health. At the time I am writing this Lindsey is 8 months pregnant and has not missed a day. She has a strong back and work ethic. We eagerly await a son and grandson. Ryan plays a major role in the success of the other family businesses. John Paul is having a hugely successful career in the construction business. Holly has been blessed with the patience of a saint with her career and being a wonderful mother to Noli. Noli, while being the sweetest little girl ever, just made her debut on the cover of a children’s magazine. I want to thank all the customers past, present and future. We love to hear your suc cess’s with Ferguson Cattle Company genetics and will always help with any question you may have. We thank you for the consideration and if we can answer any questions please call!

The rock solid cow families of Gemstone, Sazerac 251D, Firefly, Sweet Emotion, Neon Rey and if you find a 54S scoop it up. All of these donors have stood the test of time and have excelled in herds across the country. We have always had an Angus influence in our herd but we have expanded it to offer some purebred genetics.

God Bless America, John J Ferguson
