BAMBOO POTS Bamboo is green, friendly and ecological Bamboo is one of the most remarkable resources on Earth. As a member of the grass family, not a tree, it grows at a much quicker rate than any other wood. From start to harvest (60-70 feet tall) it can take just one year. Bamboo is naturally anti-microbial, therefore stopping bacteria from growing. It is also one of the strongest yet lightest materials around. Bamboo is 30% stronger than maple and 38% lighter in weight than oak. What is probably most remarkable is its unique extensive root system. When bamboo is harvested its natural root system spreads and automatically regenerates itself. Bamboo biodegradable pottery is made from natural bamboo fibre. The production process as a whole is environmentally friendly because both additives, as well as generated waste during production are pollution free. Using our bamboo biodegradable plant containers, sprouts can be grown while allowing part of the stems to penetrate the container wall. These biodegradable plan-

RUBBER POTS Rubber has a long life span, it’s waterproof and resistant to extreme temperatures. Each year, millions of broken tires are thrown away and it is not good for our environment. Fortunately, tires are 100% recyclable. The high quality of steel and rubber found in tires are easily reintegrated into the manufacturing process at very minimal or no change to existing manufacturing processes. Such products using recycled tires have proved to perform better than traditional materials. The global implications of reducing waste tires are many: improved socio-economic justice, reducing landfill, reducing carbon footprint and creating a safer society. In Vietnam, where we have offices, tires are then reproduced into Recycle Rubber Pots. They are perfect planters for plants. Made to last forever, but widely used in products designed to be imminently discarded, plastic has wheedled its indestructible way into every nook and cranny of our planet. Recycling plastic is the process of recovering scrap or waste plastic and reprocessing the material into useful products.
