Dj Whisky’s Birthday Celebration O

n the 5th of March 2016 Dj Whisky celebrated his 27th birthday at Lapeng Lifestyle; it was a star studded event which featured the like of; Mac Dee SA, Sir Nova,Drumetic Boys, Dj Sunz, Dj FAnzo, Dj Mshega & Juniour Taurus and Lady Zamar. Mac Dee SA and Sir Nova got the celebrations started with some smooth house sounds, getting the crowd ready for a night of good music. Bozza-La and Dj Mshega soon followed the act and what would the evening be if Dj Mshega didn’t play his hit single titled “Get Down”, he turned the dance floor into a house fiesta and the crowd couldn’t get enough.

Midnight belonged to the man of the hour Dj Whisky; he took on the 1’s and 2’s. His performance was highly anticipated and as always he didn’t disappoint. He was wished a Happy Birthday by the masses that had come to celebrate his special day with him, and on that note his set was off to a bang! He really enjoys what he does and we have proof

of that, how many Dj’s pull a smile and facial expressions while entertaining the crowd?

DJ WHISKY

Drumatic Boys were in the building, the Dj duo know how to make you dance to their beat, it’s amazing seeing a dj duo spin at the same time and never miss a que.

Drumetic Boyz

They say “come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on” come to Mamelodi, now if you don’t know that jams then you obviously haven’t heard of Junior Taurus and Lady Zama. Sweet sound s of amazing capital, Lady Zama’s voice is one force to be reckoned with. Her soulful sound kept the crowd on their toes and they sang along to MAMELODI the hit single.

aster was different in Kriel town this March because on the 26th of March Golden Boys Entertainment hosted their very 1st Annual Easter Hangout!! This was hosted at Lapeng Lifestyle. Let’s not get into the line-up for the event because it was fire, featuring; Sir Nova, Jazzin Soul, Mlindo Kev, Cubique Dj, Ezra (Golden Boys Ent.), Lulo Café, Dj Hlex and many more……….

Our photographer arrived at the venue while final preparations were taking place, and he caught a glimpse of Oscar Mbo and Ezra making sure that all runs smoothly for the event. The setup at the VIP section was fit for royalty, Sir Nova kicked things off playing some deep & afrosoul sounds. He was shortly followed by a young man all the way from Swaziland known as Jazzin Soul.

THE PREPARATIONS

of him, but as always He took music lovhe hit spinners running ers on a journey with some jazz infused soul when it came back on. music. Golden Boy’s very own Ezra had his moment on the decks and the crowed loved him as always, any Dj that laughs, smiles and interacts with the crowd is a master at his craft. Lulo CafÊ was up next and the night was still young, a short power failure tried to get the better

We would like to go on and on about how this event went down but we’ll let he pictures tell it all, all we can say for now is it was indeed a Golden Night to remember. We can’t wait to have another GB Easter Hangout because this one was…. What’s the term again? Oh right, it was LIT!!!!!!!!

MEDIA REBORN There’s been a buzz on social media recently, especially on Facebook and on Instagram the past few months, all people have been hearing is Dynasty this, Dynasty that. And you know very well that we don’t miss a beat here on the Dynasty, so we decided to find out ourselves as to why there is so much commotion by talking to Visual Supremacy CEO & Founder of The Dynasty Magazine (our Boss).

“SUCCESS IS JUST A BETTER VERSION OF CONSISTENCY” -SAUL MDLULI

He goes by the name of Saul Mdluli a young man from a small town in Mpumalanga called Kriel, he is a bit of a triplethreat with skills such as; Web Designing, Graphic Designing and Photography. This proud father of 2 amazing girls fills us in as to why he started the brand and what he plans to achieve. “Visual Supremacy was founded by Valentine and I in 2013, but due to other commitments he had to oversee other project he wanted to pursue. The name Visual Supremacy came about in a very awkward way, as the original name was meant to be VS which was our initials combined. The reason I took such a path is that I see how media is being done lately and it’s taking a very dramatic change and evolving at an enormous pace, I always knew it would be hard to get in the game and compete with the likes of Machete Media and WTF Magazine.

SAUL MDLULI C.E.O & FOUNDER OF (VISUAL SIPREMACY & DYNASTY MAGAZINE)

But as always being different is what gives you the edge, uhm how do I break it down for you? Dynasty Magazine is a funky magazine that caters to all who would like to know what’s happening in and around my hometown and surrounding places; it also features upcoming artists, inspirational quotes events that have taken place in the past month. In addition to the Magazine we also have Dynasty Photography in which we feature photo shoots that the brand has the opportunity to part take in.

We release an issue every 2nd month of the year so that the audience can keep up and due to material constraints we sometimes experience, I don’t have a large team that I work with for the moment it’s just me and Phindile Chantie Makumana. She is the brand’s Managing Director and Model Consultant; I almost giving away too much info regarding our model group. Ok let me give you a sneak peek. We have a model group called Media Fam, we will be revealing that in the 2nd edition of Dynasty Photography so please check that out as soon as it hits the net. For now we are focused on getting our work out there and offering our media services in a “Supreme “way.
