Finance and accounting As a YBYB business owner most of your finances and accounting is handled centrally by a team we call My Admin Partner. My Admin Partner manages the trust accounts and settlements and all accounts receivable and payable on your behalf. There is also an option to include general & payroll management if you intend to have people working for you. My Admin Partner can even look after your book keeping requirements for you via secure cloud accounting software, Xero.

Expression of Interest Call Maria Findikakis or David Bolton for an initial chat about your YBYB journey and to find out more about this exciting opportunity. Following this initial contact an expression of interest form will be forwarded to you for completion.

Telephone Discussion On review of your expression of interest form, you will be contacted by telephone to complete the second stage of the membership application process. This will assist us in determining your suitability and answer many of your questions.

First Meeting This is our first ‘Get to know each other meeting.’ From this initial meeting, we will determine whether we are a suitable match for each other and that our values align.

Formal Application On completion & receipt of the Formal Application Form, Eview will review the information provided and make enquiries with references & referees nominated. Once satisfied, formal documentation & agreements will be forwarded for the applicant to review.

Second Meeting A second meeting will be arranged with Head of Operations and Finance to discuss business plans, review the membership documentation and answer any further questions the applicant or Eview may have.


Agreement After the second meeting, should both parties be satisfied with the ‘rules of engagement,’ and there are no outstanding issues, formal execution of documentation by both parties will be required.

Style Guide After agreements have been finalised, Jelly Bean Media will be appointed to facilitate all necessary marketing and promotional templates and collateral to help the applicant enter the market as quickly as possible.

IT and Online Resources Our IT department will enable all email addresses and provide secure password access to online resources & initial systems operations training.

On Boarding Process & Ongoing Assistance Formal induction and training on all the varied Eview Group systems, policies and procedures. Our commitment to you does not stop once sign off and induction is complete. The Eview resources are at your disposal throughout the partnership term.

List, Sell & Manage! Once the above steps have been completed, you’re ready to start listing, selling or managing as a business owner. It’s as simple as that!
