Bring It On - Cheerleading
Kids on Campus cheerleading teaches young athletes all the essential skills to lead the crowd and support the home team. Collegiate cheerleader Megan Hess will lead cheer camp. Each camper will learn cheers, proper hand and body movements as well as jumping techniques. There is no stunting, just a big focus on fun while each cheerleader learns important life skills such as teambuilding and leadership.

Spike-It
Volleyball takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it all together into one fun-filled camp. All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. This co-ed program is designed for the beginner to intermediate player and will incorporate essential life lessons such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Coach Heather Hawk will assist each athlete in developing the fundamental skills of the game through game-based drills.

Social media artist Matt Mullins will make your head spin with endless yo-yo tricks and tips, and a little bit of magic. Missoula Children’s Theatre Camp
Make plans to be a part of EACC’s 14 th annual Children’s Theater Camp. Stretch your creativity and bravery muscles through daily rehearsals for Sleeping Beauty . Once casting is complete, you will become involved with comedy, acting, singing and dancing, as well as staging, scenery design and development. The camp program culminates in a dress rehearsal and a public performance on Friday, June 28 th at 6:00 p.m. Children must be available to rehearse for the entire week between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

Congratulations to all of the area students who were recommended by their teachers for EACC’S 41st annual Summer Enrichment Camp during the week of July 8th - 11th. Students will be able to let their imaginations soar with this year’s theme Hustle & Bustle Energy: The Science of Motion! Approximately 100 students will study force and motion by discovering the many ways the laws of physics affect our reality through hands-on science experiments that involve technology, engineering, art, and math. This STEAM adventure will include project-based learning, coding, and outdoor fun!
Summer Enrichment Camp is an annual 4-day program designed to provide fun and challenging enrichment for academic achievers entering grades 2nd - 6th.

Would you like to be a crime scene investigator? In our CSI camp, Buck Morris will teach students to use real-life forensic techniques to solve crimes. Home Sweet Home
Experience art that is totally edible! This class will be “sweet” from beginning to end. Kids will decorate pre-made cookies with their unique designs. These sweet masterpieces will be drenched and bedazzled from top to bottom with all materials that are edible.

Plants need a few basic things to survive: soil, water, and sunlight. When you start your garden, make sure you plant everything in an area where there is good, healthy dirt. AR Enhanced Concealed Carry Course
Classroom experience and firing qualification (to be held at a local range) meets the 2017 changes to A.C.A. §§ 5-73-101 to -324. The ECHCL gives a licensee the ability to carry and possess a concealed handgun in more locations than the standard AR CHCL. The course training requirements are significantly more detailed and in-depth compared to the standard AR CHCL with more detailed classroom training in aspects of self-defense with a firearm, as well as a minimum accuracy on timed live-fire qualification requirements. Participants must be 21 years of age and a resident of the State of Arkansas. In addition, participants must already possess an Arkansas CHCL or must complete the basic Arkansas Concealed Carry class first.

AR Concealed Carry Course
Taught by certified concealed handgun safety instructor Buck Morris, this course offers a safe, friendly environment for Arkansas residents to qualify to conceal a handgun with a permit (license). Concurrent Credit
High School Students: Get a head start on your degree or career!
Concurrent credit is a great way for high school students to earn both college and high school credit simultaneously. Concurrent enrollment is the enrollment of a high school student in post-secondary education for high school and college-level credit (1000 and 2000 level courses). This program is designed for students in grades 9 th-12th. Students apply for admission to EACC and once admitted, have the opportunity to take full advantage of this opportunity to learn. EACC will provide qualified instructors at your school or online, or the school district may provide appropriately credentialed instructors according to the Arkansas Division of Higher Education (ADHE) standards.
Make your summer count with the Concurrent Credit Summer Tuition Waiver!
EACC has established a tuition waiver for summer coursework to students who have successfully completed at least six (6) credit hours in East Arkansas Community College’s Concurrent Credit. The waiver may cover up to one class per summer term.

Secondary Career Center
EACC’s Secondary Career Center assists high school students in making more informed career choices. Students select a technical program of study based on their aptitude and interest. ESCC prepares students for the world of work upon high school graduation. Programs teach students marketable skills and lead to professional certifications, certificates of proficiency, or technical certificates. Students are encouraged to continue their education after high school. ESCC classes are credited at both the high school and college level, and students acquire college credits while in high school which will count toward a degree, certificate, or advanced certification program.

Classes are filled on a first-come first-serve basis, and early registration is encouraged. Please note that fees are due upon registration to reserve a space in a class. A student is not officially enrolled in a class until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
A 100% refund is given when a course is cancelled by the College. EACC reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. Refund checks are usually mailed within two to three weeks.

Healthcare Provider CPR teaches CPR skills for helping victims of all ages (including ventalation with a barrier device, a bag mask device, and oxygen); use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). This course is intended for participants who provide healthcare to patients in a variety of settings.
