Helping teachers, coaches, and administrators find jobs in private schools since 1977.
Attention Students: Want to teach in a private school after graduation? CS&A can help. At Carney, Sandoe & Associates, getting you hired is our job. Since 1977, we’ve helped more than 31,000 teachers, coaches, and administrators find jobs in over 1,500 schools around the world. Our dedicated placement team works with candidates by subject area, offering a tailored approach that fits the unique needs of each and every teacher. Throughout the year, we travel across the country and overseas to meet and recruit exceptional teaching and administrative candidates. Our personalized approach allows us to help candidates find jobs more effectively. By meeting with candidates during the private school recruitment season, we can familiarize future teachers and administrators with our process and help them prepare for their job searches. Our team will get to know your goals, interests and experiences in order to determine what schools will be great fits for you, and then introduce you to them throughout the hiring season. We aim to “Make the Match” for teachers and schools!

Glenn and Cindy Mitchell Owners of Rose32 Bakery
A family owned bakery, Rose32’s owners Glenn and Cindy Mitchell started baking back in the 1970’s. They grew from one small bakery into a national company, known as Grace Baking Company, employing 250 people with four retail stores in the San Francisco Bay area. The master artisan at Rose32 is Glenn Mitchell, who studied and trained in both France and in the United States. At the international competition of Coup du Monde de la Boulangerie in Paris, France — known as the World Cup of baking — Glenn competed against the best bakers from all across the globe and team USA was awarded top honors. In the baking industry, Glenn’s name is synonymous with innovation and world-class skill. Eventually the Mitchells sold the big business, moved to the small town of Hardwick, Massachusetts, and quietly set about building a new type of bakery, one that combines decades of world-class know-how with a quaint, hands-on, personal approach of baking nourishing bread.
