Dupli empowers customers, employees, families to achieve more

Dupli was a small four-person envelope jet house when Kemper Matt, Sr., purchased the company in 1980. The company has grown over the years because of the dedication and hard work of Dupli employees. A culture of continuous improvement and focus on the customer is ingrained in all of Dupli’s staff. This culture is who they are.

Mission

Dupli’s mission is to be a world-class team empowering their customers, company and families to achieve more.

Vision

The company’s vision is to help their customers promote human connections.

Dupli’s basic beliefs

Dupli President J. Kemper Matt, Jr., said the company is run on the belief that everybody counts.

“If you want to fix a problem, ask the person doing the job,” Kemper said, adding that this was “a concept my grandfather taught my father.”

Kemper said it is essential to have a positive attitude, since “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t ... you are right.”

He also said a key belief is taking ownership.

“Taking responsibility of what we do as a company or as an individual is fundamental to any relationship,” Kemper said.

He said this should be done while also having fun and striving for continuous improvement.

“We always need to be getting better,” Kemper said, adding that they strive to do their best every day.

“We have six company pillars that allow us to have unique production capabilities. With this we can ship thousands of orders every day,” Kemper said. “At Dupli, our mission is to help our customers eliminate wasteful overproduction. Our technology and production infrastructure enables our customers to only order what they need when they need it.”
