LIVIN’s A Story of Mental Health course aims to show why it’s important to look after your mental health and why we need to change the conversation around it.
Our mental health can sometimes see-saw; one minute, you’re feeling on cloud 9, and the next, you’re feeling down. When this happens, it’s not generally a sign of mental illness. Still, it is crucial to recognise when to take a step back and look after your mental wellbeing. This module explores how you can do that and how you can also help others.
