7. Normal throw ins apply.

8. Players may not score direct from a kick off. In the event that of the ball entering the goal from kick off without touching another player, the defending team will restart play with a goal kick.

9. Referees will be appointed to each match and their decision is final.

10. The referee will record the result of each game and hand a result slip to the winning (or in the event of a draw the first named) manager / coach at the end of each game. They will in turn take this slip to the control point where the result will be logged. The result slip must be signed by the referee.

11. A player cautioned will automatically be ineligible for their teams next match. A player cautioned twice or sent off will take no further part in the tournament. No substitute will be allowed to take the place of any player sent off.

12. Any case of misconduct involving players, officials or spectators may result in immediate suspension of the team concerned taking no further part in the tournament

13. Any dispute must be raised immediately at the control centre prior to the start of the next match. The decision of the tournament committee will be final.

Each age group shall consist of group matches and knock out games:

1. Each age group will consist of one group with each team playing one another on a league basis. The first named team selects ends and the second name team starts the game. 3 points awarded for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss.

2. If a team fails to fulfil a fixture, a 2-0 score line will be awarded to their opponents, unless, by their failure to appear that team gains an advantage. In this case the tournament committee shall make a decision which will be final.

3. Games will be 10 minutes in duration with no half time

Qualification for knock out stages

1. For age groups with ten teams, the top eight teams in the group after all the league games have been completed will qualify for the next stage of the competition. In the event of a tie on points, goal difference, then goals scored, the head to head will apply. If the teams are still level a penalty-shoot out will take place.

2. For leagues with less than ten teams, the same principle applies and the teams finishing first to fourth will enter the knockout stage.

Knockout Competitions

1. In the knockout stages of the competition, if the scores are level at full time a penalty shoot-out will decide the winners.

2. Games will be 10 minutes in length with no half time.

Penalty Shoot Out

1. Each team will take five penalties. If the scores are level at the end of this a sudden death shoot out takes place. Only the players left on the field of play, taking part in the game, are eligible. Both teams will remain on the half way line and the Manager will select the order in which the players will take the penalties and make this known to the referee. Should it go to sudden death, the remaining player left on the field at the end of the game takes the 6th penalty. If still no result, the penalties return to the first penalty taker from each side.
