Easington Sports Wildcats

Ladies Manager Leah Kinch managers our Wildcats sessions every Thursday evening. The group aims to give new girl players aged 5-11 years the chance to develop and enjoy football. As with our minis sessions, the coaches encourage all the players to learn skills with fun activities that fit carefully into our long term philosphy. The players regularly are asked to play like Meerkats and work in 3’s. A model which has worked well for a number of years. The players, and hopefully parents identified as coaches, then follow the pathway into an ESFC squad. In the five years that we have been recognised as an Oxfordshire FA Wildcat Centre we have helped develop over 100 girl players and we currently have five affiliated girls teams.
