As I was out and about the countryside west of St. Augustine I came across this beautiful farmstand. I had heard of it many times from my friends in St. Augustine who go out their regularly to get their vegetables. Such a wonderful surprise! is is a family run business of 56 years by Bradley Bland and his children. I was lucky to experience rst hand Brad and his son, Kelly bring in their fresh pickings of brussel sprouts (bottom le picture). It doesn´t get any fresher than that!

We were greeted by such a friendly sta , Sarah & Anne who were so informative about the farm and its locally grown vegetables. e farm sits on the border between St. Johns and Putman Counties at County Line SR 207, Hastings, Fl. When temperatures get high in the summer, around mid June they close and re-open in November in time for anksgiving.

If you get a chance, you have to take a ride out to their farmstand and enjoy the pure beauty of the many farms along the way …
