Reiki Energy healing is a Japanese practice which means “Guided Life Force Energy.” Reiki was discovered by Mikao Usui in 1922 but history shows Reiki or forms of energy healing have been in practice for over 2500 years. Reiki clears energy pathways and centers called Meridians, Nadis and Chakras through a Reiki Practitioner. Reiki can be done without touching or a very light touch to the client. It is not massage or manipulation of muscles. Reiki is extremely gentle, leaving the client instantly feeling at peace, calm, lighter, rested and tranquil, removing stress within the client. Energy Modalities such as Reiki unblocks stuck energy which causes discomfort emotionally and physically. The flow of healing Reiki energy will release any blocked or stuck energy and restore a natural flow which assists the body’s ability to naturally heal.
