Preschool Special Education Professional Learning Opportunities The CSDE Bureau of Special Education Services in partnership with the RESC Alliance is offering these winter and spring PreK Special Education learning opportunities for administrators, general educators, special educators, related services providers, and other early childhood services staff at no cost for participants.
