WHAT’S NEXT, COLONEL? Use the checklist below to keep track of your next steps for enrolling at EKU in the Summer or Fall 2022 term. Please visit go.eku.edu/nextsteps or contact the Admissions Office if you have questions on how to complete any item:

BEFORE ORIENTATION:

______ Set up your myEKU and student email accounts ______ Register for New Student Orientation ______ Sign up for Housing or complete housing exemption form ______ Review financial aid options and complete any remaining or incomplete paperwork (check verification with KHEAA; provide any missing signatures, etc.) ______ Submit test scores or sign up for placement testing ______ Accept your scholarships in myEKU ______ Apply for services with the Center for Student Accessibility (optional) ______ Submit a photo for your Colonel Card ______ Submit AP test scores and/or college transcripts for dual credit courses (no need to submit EKU transcript) ______ Complete Pre-Advising Survey (one month before Orientation) ______ Sign up for the Colonels Now summer program (optional) ______ Attend Orientation and finalize classes

AFTER ORIENTATION:

______ Submit your final high school transcript with a graduation date (June) ______ Choose your campus housing room if living on campus (June) ______ Choose a meal plan (July) ______ Order a parking pass if you will have a vehicle on campus (July) ______ Review your financial aid information (July) ______ Review the BookSmart program and order optional items and campus gear ______ Pay your tuition and fees in myEKU or set up an installment plan (August) ______ ‘Log into myEKU, go to the My Profile card & complete the Authorize Proxy User Access form to allow a parent or guardian to pay bills online (optional) ______ Move into campus housing (August 10-11) ______ Attend the Big E Welcome • August 12-14, 2022 (Mandatory for all new students)
