BUILDING Architecturally designed, and opened in 2009, the East Thames headquarters offer clean, modern design and flexible spaces to meet the needs of your corporate event. • Conference facility which can accommodate 60 people (round tables) or 120 people (theatre style). • Open plan gallery and foyer space which can accommodate stand-up receptions for up to 100 people.

• Smaller meeting rooms which can hold between 10-24 people – ideal for meetings, lunches or temporary office space. • Roof terrace with sweeping views of the Olympic stadium, the Orbit tower, the O2 arena and Canary Wharf – a unique venue to host a breakfast, lunch or champagne reception. Can accommodate 100 for a standing reception or 50 seated. We offer a complete audio visual package, high speed internet connectivity and a range of catering packages to meet your needs. LOCATION East Thames headquarters is located on 29-35 West Ham Lane in the heart of Stratford and just a short walk away from the main venues for the 2012 Olympics. There are excellent transport links. UNDERGROUND: Stratford underground (Zone 3) and train station has Central and Jubilee underground lines and is less than a 10 minute walk from the station to the venue. TRAIN: The DLR (Docklands Light Railway), the London overground and many other train services are available from the Stratford underground station. High Speed 1 from St. Pancras takes 5 minutes to get to Stratford. BUS: The area is well served by an extensive network of buses to central London and east London. BY CAR: Comprehensive road networks provide links with Central London, the A11, A12, A13, M11 and M25. We can offer a small number of car parking spaces, there is street parking available, and the nearby Westfield Stratford City offers about 5,000 car parking spaces.
