“Come immerse yourself in three days of zero waste living, music, art, dance, food, craft, yoga, play, overnight camping, workshops and talks at NFF 2019.” - New Fire 2019 Festival Guide.

This is my first New Fire experience! It was really cool - I enjoyed working in my field; I was able to convince people who say they can’t paint and stuff to put something on the mural boards. And the live music was awesome! I’m looking forward to coming back next year! - Volunteer

This w and I There exper health It was a good experience. Overall, what I appreciate about New Fire Festival is the message about zero waste. I describe it as a holistic experience - people can come with their families and kids. It’s a great usage of the space. I would call it the ultimate Trinbagonian weekend opportunity. As a vendor, it’s a good way to interact with the audience in a way I don’t usually get. - Artisan EAST YARD Magazine

It’s so nice to see something like this; it’s very inspiring. Having everything local is good. I think this is the biggest stage I’ve ever performed on. To me the festival was more about promoting different artists and different types of art - there’s a way for everyone to express themselves in their own way. Overall, it was very organic and arts festival-y. - Performer

It was fun! I met a lot of people through workshops and activities and stuff. The whole vibe was nice. Some of the workshops introduced me to things I never heard of but I want to try.
