These are the typical steps for our EASY APPROVAL PACKAGE: 1) Client provides an ‘as-built’ CAD of tenant space in planned building including entirety of facility with any future changes, structural grid, and existing restrooms and other plumbing 2) Brief phone call with Designer to discuss goals of floor plan 3) Floor Plan Revision 0 created and passed for client review 4) Client follows up via email to Designer to discuss changes 6) A final Floor Plan or one last revision is created.

7) We work with our fire protection engineer / Fire Marshal to create a Fire Protection Plan for your facility

Each C1D1 Extraction Booth comes with the intake and exhaust fans, sensors, alarm lights and horns, and more to fulfill interlock requirements in National and Local codes. All of the equipment used in our booths are UL listed. C1D1 Labs LLC also has all of our extraction rooms PSI peer reviewed to ensure approval by your local fire department.

Each booth is designed Class 1 Division 1, Group D and can be used for both hydrocarbon or ethanol extraction. Spending the few extra dollars on the C1D1 VS C1D2 electrical equipment is worth the extra cost. Paying engineers to learn code, design and approve your booth is the majority of the cost when building the booth. This will allow much more flexibility for your booth, and also leaves room for more strict regulation changes.
