CHATROOM
What is the story line for “Lahore se agay”? Yasir: It is basically based on the character of “Moti”. In the previous film “Karachi sy Lahore” all of them came to Lahore and left, but Moti wanted to meet his Sick mamoo. On way to his mamoo’s house, his momani sets up a gang in order to chase him etc. While on his way he meet a girl name “Tara” who wanted to become a rock star. It is a road trip of two days based on a love and romantic comedy movie. How did you prepare for the role of Moti? Yasir: I’ve used the same character in my previous film “Karachi se
Lahore”, so I didn’t find it difficult or challenging. Actually it’s an inspiration that I took from one of my friends. My friend is very witty and also stammers. What was the most difficult aspect of working on “Lahore se agay”? Yasir: Dubbing, because making scenes while stammering and repeating it so many times, which was really hard. Describe your character in the movie? Yasir: What I would say about my character is that “he is an innocent funny guy”. In this
movie you will see different shades of “Moti”. In “Karachi sey Lahore” he was in his comfort zone with his friends, but in this movie his characteristics are more enhanced, so last time if you liked his character, this time you will fall in love with “Moti”. Is there any connection between “Karachi se Lahore” and “Lahore se agay”? Yasir: It’s a spin-off, it’s when one character is retained, and rest of the cast and story is completely new. So “Moti” is retained from the film “Karachi se Lahore”

and “Lahore se agay” is based on his character. What was your favorite scene from the movie? Yasir: Normally ending scene of movies are not that good, but my favorite scene from the movie is the last scene, which is the ending part and I’m happy that people are liking it too. Tell us more about your film “Lahore se Agay “and your experience shooting across Pakistan. Yasir: In film “Lahore se agay”, every character is very strong. watching the film you will remember these characters for a long time. My experience was amazing as I had a lovely time and the places were beautiful. People of that area are really warm welcoming in nature. Though every moment was memorable, but one of the most memorable moment was that, once we asked from someone that we want to eat fish and in reply that person sent fifty trunks of fish, each trunk was of one kg so in total we had 50 kg of fish with us. What kind of roles are coming your way and what things do you see before saying yes to a project? Yasir: Some of my films are pending due of date issues. In Pakistan even now it’s a bit hard to make a film as our film industry is still at the growing stage. “Lahore se Agay” is my first film in which people are watching me as a main hero. Right now I’m working on my pending films but no new roles yet. So In future maybe I get new roles and offers from the film industry. EBUZZ

Before saying yes to any project I always check two things, script and director because in my point of view these two things are the most important thing for any project. How do you relate your previous work with this project? Yasir: My previous work was totally different compared to this project as those scripts were amazingly written by “Anwar Maqsood” legend of Pakistan’s television industry. At theater I’ve acted in many plays including “Panwey 14 August” and “Sawa 14 August”. I did acting of old time character like “Akbar” as “Aamir Dera” and “Mirza” as “Moein Akhtar”. But I found my theater work and this project similar in a way that both includes big screen , body language and you have to buy tickets to watch them. You can see that every big actor in this world has started his career from theater which leads them to big roles on screen.
NORMALLY ENDING SCENE OF MOVIES ARE NOT THAT GOOD, BUT MY FAVORITE SCENE FROM THE MOVIE IS THE LAST SCENE, WHICH IS THE ENDING PART AND I’M HAPPY THAT PEOPLE ARE LIKING IT TOO. WWW.EBUZZTODAY.COM

HEALTH
HOW TO STAY HEALTHY? TIPS FROM THE EXPERT
ADNAN FAROOQ There are literally a million ways to lose weight. Simply start cutting out calories, exercise daily and you have weight loss for a few weeks. In doing so, you will need to fight off unrelenting hunger and sugar cravings, perhaps mood swings and energy lows associated with the process of dieting. Sounds familiar doesn’t it? I’m here to tell you that there’s a better way and here’s a list of 09 things to help you get forever lean. 1. Manage your SHMEC – short for sleep, hunger, mood, energy-levels and cravings. The idea here is that all these factors impact metabolism and to mindfully approach each one of these is to jolt your metabolism into action so your body starts to burn calories with much less effort. Metabolism is NOT a function of age! 2. Eat lots of veggies – the miracle cure of the new age is (organic) veggies but make no mistake, not all veggies are the same. You want fiber and water from these and there are a selected few that deliver the most nutrition including broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, kale, spinach, cucumber, celery. 3. Eat moderate amounts of protein – you don’t need to become a meat devouring predator to be forever lean. The “sustainable” solution is to have 20 to 25 grams of protein (a palm size of meat) in each of the 3 meals. 4. Do not cut out starch – starch is not your enemy, the “quantity” of starch is. While whole wheat atta and brown bread are better than their white counterparts, they still do contain mostly starch and less fiber. So go easy on these and restrict yourself to 10 to 20 tablespoons per day. 5. Exercise 3 days a week – you don’t need to workout daily. Exercise, when overdone, leads to metabolic disruption and may also cause it to slow down. Besides, you want something sustainable so 3 days is easier to do that daily. Choose higher

intensity workouts done progressively over cardio workouts. 6 Be patient – we all want what we want right now and that’s human nature. But trying to lose maximum weight in minimum time is a short term, short lived approach that may give you result for some time but will surely cost you a lot more in the long run. It’s like buying on credit card for instant gratification and paying a lot more with interest over a long period of time. 7. Ignore critics and naysayers – they will always talk and criticize no matter what you do. Separate yourself from negative people and ignore your critics because you will need to conserve energy and put it to a better use than wasting on people who just want to gossip or criticize. 8. Believe in yourself – everything comes from belief. We tend to do things that are congruent with our belief system and don’t even bother with goals that we don’t believe in. So start with a strong belief in yourself that this time you’re gonna take a different route forever lean and in the process you will retain your sanity and lose weight, not the other way round. 9. Love yourself – allow your body to heal and the stress to subside by loving the body you’re in. Gratitude is an amazing cure for stress and a complaining attitude and the body you’re in is yours to keep for a long time. So nurture it, love it, allow it to heal by accepting it and from this point allow yourself to make progress that may be a little slow but sure. SAMSUNG GALAXY J7
Samsung’s high-end smartphones have managed to impress us with their performance in recent times. For Samsung, the arrival of the Galaxy J-series was a turning point. The Galaxy J-series has been received well in the Pakistani market. The new Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime features a metal body, supports 4G, packs a large battery, and has a fingerprint scanner. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime represents the new generation of affordable Samsung phones: with a stylish look, a sturdy metal frame, and even with a few premium features like the Quick Launch camera shortcut.
CAMERA
The Galaxy J7 Prime has a 13 megapixel rear (primary) camera, which will produce high quality photos. Its 8 megapixel front camera makes it a great choice for selfies. It can capture 1080p high definition video with its primary camera, which is second only to 4K in terms of recording quality. The main camera can reach f/1.9, which is a very large aperture for a smartphone. This allows the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime to let in more light as well as take shallower depth of field photos.
DISPLAY
The Galaxy J7 Prime has a 5.5 inch display, which is a little larger than an average phone released in 2016. Because its screen is over 5.3 inches, this phone also qualifies as a phablet. This also means that for most users, the phone will be difficult to use with one hand when compared to phones with smaller screens. The screen has a resolution of 1,920 pixels by 1,080 pixels, making it a 1080p HD screen. Display sharpness can be measured in the density of pixels per square inch of screen, and at 401 PPI, it’s 1.4 times sharper than the average phone released in 2016.
BATTERY LIFE
The Galaxy J7 Prime has an advertised talk time of 21 hours, significantly longer than 11 hours, the average of phones also released in 2016. In terms of battery capacity, which is the actual electric charge the battery holds, this phone can hold 3,300 mAh, a massive battery capacity for a smartphone released in 2016.

TECHNOLOGY
PROCESSOR AND MEMORY
The Galaxy J7 Prime houses an octa core Samsung Exynos 7 Octa 7870 system on a chip. Its CPU runs at 1.6 GHz, which is much higher than average for a smartphone processor. With 3 GB of RAM, the Galaxy J7 Prime has more memory than an average smartphone from 2016.
STORAGE SIZE
The base model of the Galaxy J7 Prime has 32GB of internal storage, which is a modest amount when compared to other smartphones released in 2016. If 32GB isn’t enough, there are other size options, or you can increase its storage an additional 256GB with a microSD card.
VERDICT
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime is now available at various retail stores. It has a lot of features such as a metal body, large 3300mAh battery, S Power Planning, and superb screen. S Power Planning and Secure Folder are both neat value additions in software. Despite featuring a large 5.5-inch screen, the J7 Prime is easy to manage. At this price point, the phone is pleasure to use.

AROUND THE GLOBE WITH JAHANZAIB SHAFIQ
A DAYS
CULTURAL AND MUSICAL ROLLERCOASTER
Which corner of the world did you choose to go? With 55 days at my leisure, I chose Europe, North America and South America. Most of my itinerary was influenced by music festivals, shows and concerts since I’m a complete music buff. I had 7 weekends on the calendar and I made sure each of them counted. So my selection for weekends included the Tomorrowland experience, London, Ibiza, Miami, Budapest, Las Vegas & Cancun most of them having rich nightlife. Besides these I have covered cities like Lisbon, Paris, Vienna, Chicago, Keywest, Mexico City, Bogota, Medellin, Panama City, Los Angeles & San Francisco among others. Overall I believe it was a good balance between exploring foreign lands and enjoying musical nirvana. If you could name your travel experience, what would it be?
A 55 Days Cultural and Musical Rollercoaster What was the hardest adjustment you had to make? All regions required different kinds of adjustments. However, for me the camping experience at Tomorrowland was a first and waking up in a hot tent at 8 am is no walk in the park. I had to
look for clean toilets around a 15 sq km area so I really had to adjust to that idea. Moreover, as far as South America is concerned, you can’t surive it without knowing some basic Spanish. I had to keep my Google translator and some other handy apps on me at all times for even the very basic communication. Also, I am not an early morning person and all commercial activity in these destinations closes early (with some EBUZZ

exceptions) so if you are not out and about on time, you will miss out quite a few attractions you’ve marked out on the city map. What was the weirdest food you tasted there? Food isn’t really on the top of my list and besides, I had a long list of places to cover. So, I did not want to take any chances and went with the safer options. I definitely saw a lot of weird-looking food on the menu cards though. What has been the most interesting item of food you’ve tasted there? The Chicken Wings at Buffalo Wild
WWW.EBUZZTODAY.COM
Wings in USA, Bandeja Paisa in Medellin & Paellas from Spain. How many foreign words have you learnt so far? How to greet, ask for directions and the 1-10 counting in Spanish. Sign language helped a lot at certain instances too. Otherwise, English was pretty much understood everywhere else. Do you call yourself a traveller or a tourist? A bit of both I’d say. My intention to travel buds from both: relaxation and exploration. So, I plan my trip in a way
that I get to relax after hopping over a few cities. How many gadgets were you carrying? 2 phones (Samsumg Galaxy S7Edge and the iPhone 6+), Go Pro Hero 4 with a full box of accessories , Macbook Air , Another Laptop, a lot of USB Chargers, Power Banks, Power Adapters etc.
What destination have you found to be overrated? Maybe it was the weather but I find Paris a little overrated. Other than that it would be Los Angeles and the drive to Key West. What was the best place you stayed in? The signature Hard Rock Hotel experience in Panama was amazing. In Vegas, I went for a suite at the Trump Hotel and it was completely worth it. The Emporium Suites Resort at the Cancun Strip offered exceptional views and the Sheraton at Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco was very ideally located. So, each one of these had something exceptional to offer. What was the funniest/strangest/most insightful thing a local said?
During Tomorrowland, a Dutch guy came up to me seeing the Pakistani flag that I was holding and said Assalamo-alaikum. He then started testing his Pushto skills too. Apparently he had spent a few months in Peshawar as a University Exchange Student. I don’t know if you would call this funny, strange or insightful but generally the acceptance and not getting stared down when you declare your Pakistani identity was not just comforting but pretty cool as well. Where would you revisit? Would you ever move to any of those cities? This was my second consecutive year to Ibiza and I hope to revisit every year. Europe is always fun and there is so much to explore that no matter how many times you visit the same city, there is always something new you can look into. As far as relocating is concerned, I think San Francisco would be one place I can see myself living in. What was the most surprising thing you saw or did? Not getting a driving violation ticket
TRAVEL
even though I was on the wrong side of the road (left hand driving) a lot of times. If you could only re-live five minutes of the trip, which five minutes would it be? Definitely the closing minutes of Tomorrowland. I had bought the tickets 5 months in advance and had been
planning it for almost 5 years so you can imagine my anticipation. It was kind of like a glorious moment for me what with all those larger than life fireworks and people from over 200 countries cheering, together; no less than a dream come true. Now that you’ve been to these places, what are two other places you’d like to go? I haven’t explored Africa as yet and that’s definitely on the top of my list! And New Zealand, for its scenic beauty and to see the places Lord of the Rings was filmed at of course! That way, I would also have covered all habitable continents, so that’s the plan! Maybe Antarctica for some whale watching when the adventure REALLY kicks in.
